Definitions
- the invention relates to a root crop harvester in the form of a potato harvester according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Potato harvesters have long been used in the form of so-called combine harvesters, with self-propelled and trailed implementers of combine harvesters known.
- a mixture of crop and clods taken up by a lifting device from the field is passed over several sieve conveyor belts of an upper stone separating device.
- a finger belt or rotating brushes a forwarding of the crop to a picking tape is controlled.
- this has respective stripping elements in the form of driving fingers or hedgehog contours.
- at least two of these scraper systems are arranged one behind the other in the conveying direction of the feed belt, so that the scraper elements form two uniformly adjacent scrape planes which successively act on the feed mixture on the feed belt.
- a multi-phase transverse displacement of parts of the crop is possible in the sorting zone, and this can reach the sorting belt correspondingly free of embedding.
- the two stripper belts are adjustable in their speed. Due to the design, however, only the common adjustment of both stripping bands is possible, so that at rapidly changing, different harvesting conditions, the proportion of undesired reaching the sorting belt admixtures can be disadvantageously high.
- a corresponding embodiment of the separating device is also provided in the generic design of the potato harvester according to DE 10 2007 034 446 A1.
- the invention is concerned with the problem of providing a potato harvester working with screen belts, in the sorting zone of which by means of an improved separating device an optimum setting of changing sorting parameters is possible is, so that it can better respond to different crop conditions and soil-dependent changing mixture structures.
- the respective stripping elements of the circulating stripping bands can assume different access positions above the feed belt.
- the system forming respective horizontal stripping planes in a working gap between the stripping bands can be adjusted such that different stripping and entraining movements are imparted to the mixture of tubers, stones and clods introduced underneath with the circulating feed belt.
- the stripping elements - based on respective variable pressure angles and / or engagement depths - advantageously act on the crop so that defined delivery pulses are imparted thereto, the transversely directed removal from the mixture takes place to the secondary sorting belt and the admixtures are passed on largely uninfluenced.
- a different adjustable height position of the stripping above the feed belt for a graded sorting of large and less large tubers of the crop can already be used - at the same time remain the smaller, heavy clods and stones on the circulating conveyor belt and are discharged laterally with this to a direction.
- a "wedge-shaped" working gap forming alignment of Abstreifebenen the two pairs of stripping - by their position change in relation to the "horizontal" feed plane - can also cause the smaller and harder structures of clods or stones on the feed belt are pressed and these parts are forwarded in the particular offset by 90 ° to the stripping direction to a waste conveyor o.
- the adjustable system of the two stripping bands allows further different adjustment variants, the stripping elements of the respective stripping band can be positioned individually or in pairs both in varying height distances and angular positions to the feeding belt of the sorting zone and thereby varying Abstreifebenen in these bands Crossover structure are constructed.
- stripping bands can also have a common support connection, in the area of which a simultaneous adjustment or adjustment of the stripping planes formed by the stripping elements is then possible.
- a preferred embodiment of the construction in the region of the common support device provides that the respective stripping planes of the two stripping bands can be adjusted in the transverse direction to variable tilt angles. It follows that the stripping elements present on the stripping bands are "moved" in the form of fingers or bristles when the tilting angle of the stripping band changes. Thus, the above-described conditions of conveyance and takeover in the area of the working gap between the feed belt and stripper belts can be changed comparatively easily and the stripping conditions can be adapted quickly to changing flow rates.
- these are preferably provided with two rows of circumferential stripping elements.
- these two rows of finger structures are displaced together when the respective stripper belt is adjusted.
- the optimal structure may also depend, in particular, on the available installation space, so that the optional embodiment of, for example, servomotors or actuating cylinders with corresponding actuators is conceivable.
- the stripping bands each have at least one motorized actuator with actuator in the region of the "two-part" carrying device.
- the optional height adjustment or a change of the tilting position on the two stripping bands is made possible by means of individually introducable positioning movements.
- the two stripping bands are each held in a lateral support plates having frame.
- a hydraulic motor o In the area of each at least one actuator in the form of a hydraulic motor o. The like. Is provided. This allows a lifting cylinder o. The like. Actuator to move a corresponding adjusting mechanism so that the two independent settings of the two stripping bands are vorappelbar.
- An advantageous embodiment of this support structure provides that the two stripping bands cooperate in the region of the central support connection via a common pivot joint. By a swivel influencing this shift, the two stripping bands can be moved simultaneously in a respective opposite or the same direction running tilting position.
- a return mechanism for example with a return spring, advantageously provided in the region of this rotary joint, so that a largely automatic return displacement of the two stripping bands in the starting position parallel to the feed belt is possible.
- the overall concept of the new separating device provides that it can be supported in the area of the two stripper belts with only three support connections to the machine frame. It is provided that in particular in the range of three actuators a three-point support is constructed by means of respective holding parts. This is an advantageous stable and torsionally rigid determination of the separation device in the machine frame achieved.
- the object posed at the outset is achieved by an article according to claim 13, with respect to a sorting process which is gentle on all sorting parameters and different harvesting conditions as well as soil-dependent changing mixed soil structures.
- Advantageous embodiments of this subject matter may be taken in combination with the features of the further above or below described embodiments according to the invention as well as the claims referred back to claim 13 and as claimed in claim 13 in relation.
- a root crop harvester is designed as a potato harvester, which is provided with a Rodevorraum from which one of both the crop and clods, herb u.
- Admixtures exhibiting mixture in the region of subordinate Siebb stands is displaced, while the resting on one of the Zu2020b selected mixture enters a sorting zone and sorted in this sorting by means of a arranged above the feed belt and acting transversely to the feed direction on the mixture separating device of the root crop the crop in such a way that two scraper belts running in the same direction in a stripping direction grasp the crop by means of respective scraper elements, feed this into two adjacent scraper planes to a downstream sorting belt and thereby leave admixtures remaining as remainder on the conveyor belt in a direction offset by 90 ° relative to the stripping direction or angled guiding direction can be diverted.
- a feed through the sorting zone from the feed belt to the sorting belt is formed in accordance with the invention without any steps.
- the supply to the sorting belt and further to an formed literetisch fall stage, the reading table can be designed as part of the sorting belt or downstream.
- Such a transfer through the sorting zone protects the crop and leads to controlled conditions in the stream, in particular during the sorting of the crop or of the crop-mixture mixture.
- a falling step is considered to be present when the feed belt, the following sorting belt and / or a possibly intermediate intermediate conveyor belt and in particular additionally a sorting belt following Verlesetischband are partially mutually arranged and root crops in the vertical direction at least substantially gravity-related and in particular in free fall, i. sections contact-free in relation to the donating and receiving band, handed over. Slides or baffles would therefore be considered a drop level. Active rotating transfer elements are therefore not considered drop level. An end portion of the respective bands obliquely interconnecting transfer roller, for example, to compensate for different support element heights of hedgehog bands therefore does not count as a drop level in this sense.
- the sorting belt here corresponds to a belt leading out of the sorting zone, on which at least substantially, preferably completely, only crop material is transported.
- the sorting belt and the at least one feed belt and in particular existing intermediate conveyor belts form conveying planes which preferably form a uniform conveying plane merging into one another and / or whose height difference is perpendicular to the stripping direction in a side view at least less than 3 cm, preferably less than 2 cm, whereby the transfer of root crops on the sorting belt is particularly gentle.
- the sorting can thus be more reliable under the given circumstances and the transfer to the sorting belt allows a good fractionation of different sizes of the crop.
- a conveying plane is considered as a plane defined and extending in hedgehog bands, for example, by the tip thereof.
- at least one uniform conveying plane is provided when the carriers or the respective root-crop-conveying carrier elements (for example the nap or hedgehog belt), viewed in a plane parallel to the conveying direction, at least partially extend at a height next to each other, viewed in a sorting belt and subsequent feeding belt. Any existing intermediate conveyor belts are preferably at the same height.
- the entire sorting area can thus be structurally simpler and, if necessary, narrower and, in particular, also be provided with feed and discharge sorting belts which make good use of the machine width.
- the stripper belts transfer the material further conveyed in the conveying direction, to be sorted de harvested by pulses applied transversely to the conveying direction targeted in the direction of the sorting belt while stones are less strongly striped by the Abstreif- bands to the side and by the further promotion in the conveying direction quickly in the end of the feed belt or any Eisenordinierter intermediate conveyor belt and from there to a Add admixtures discharging discharge conveyor.
- This is viewed in particular in the conveying direction still partially behind the feed belt and may also have the same conveying direction again. Due to the arrangement of feed belt and sorting belt and possibly existing intermediate conveyor belt with identical conveying direction directly next to each other, the crop can be transmitted by means of the stripping bands without dropping step and thus gently on the sorting belt.
- the bands are arranged directly next to one another, in particular, if they are spaced apart from one another by less than 3 cm, more preferably less than 2 cm, and furthermore preferably have no height offset greater than 3 cm.
- An advantageous development of the invention is characterized in that at least one of the two stripping bands in the conveying direction before its end deflection has a Ausfactabites in which this stripping band viewed transversely to the conveying direction is provided with a slope less than 55 ° relative to the stripping, wherein the stripping a Sectionally having non-circular contour and in particular constant slope.
- a Sectionally having non-circular contour and in particular constant slope is not taken into account here.
- the slope of the stripping bands in the respective Aus detailabites results from the angle between the contour or optionally in a curved contour of a tangent to the contour of the tension member of the tension member of the Abstreifban- in the Ausforceabites and Abstreifebenen, viewed in a side view transverse to the conveying direction or Stripping direction of the respective scraper belt.
- Sectionally out of round means that in a side view in the direction transverse and in particular 90 ° to the conveying direction, the stripper has a raised or rising course of the lower strand, which is not circular arc-shaped and even before the actual deflection of the respective stripper for a gentle and speed-regulated particular transfer the root crops, especially the potatoes, ensures the sorting belt.
- "out of round” does not refer to a shape that is closed over 360 °.
- the stripping elements are stripper fingers which, viewed in the stripping direction, can lie one behind the other and / or offset relative to one another on a belt and / or on transverse struts of the stripping belt. Due to the deflection of the stripper belt at its end, the stripper fingers in the prior art experience an acceleration, in particular at their outermost ends which are in contact with the root crops.
- the root crop harvester is designed as a potato harvester generally with a Rodevorraum and additionally has subordinate sieve belts and feed belts, which bring the mixture in a sorting zone in the region of a separating device of the root crop filter via a feed direction.
- the separator has transversely to the Feeding direction, ie at an angle between 80 ° and 145 ° and thus obliquely to rectangular angled Abstreifb selected with respective stripping, which separate the incoming mixture such that are transferred to the downstream in stripping direction following sorting belt of the root crop rooting root crops substantially free of charge. Admixtures remaining on the feed belt or on a belt present in the sorting zone can be diverted in a guide direction designed essentially parallel to the feed direction.
- the distance of the stripping of the actual stripping of the stripper strip increases over the length of the Ausfactabitess the distance of the stripping of the actual stripping of the stripper strip to a maximum of 50%, preferably up to a maximum of 30% of the length of the stripping.
- a height of about 50% above the stripping level is an intervention in the possibly already existing on the sorting belt, already separated from admixtures such as clods or stones amount of root crops an intervention largely excluded.
- the vertical distance from the point of a respective wiping element pointing in the direction of the wiping level to the wiping level is regarded as the distance.
- the stripping level of a scraper belt corresponds to the plane passing through the lines drawn by the ends of the scraper elements acting in the mixture in the sorting zone, namely in the part of the scraper belt extending in a straight line above the mixture, in front of a possible discharge section.
- stripping elements of different lengths then forms one or more other Abstreifebenen, which then corresponding to the distance of the correspondingly long Stripping elements are considered in the Aus flowzone.
- this stripping level also continues in the discharge section (unbent).
- the length of the discharge section projected onto the scraper plane is about 5 to 10% of the length of the scraper belt considered in a plan view.
- the pitch of the discharge section can be adjusted separately.
- associated pulleys and adjusting means may be provided for example between frame parts of the stripper belt.
- the lengths of the at least two stripping bands are preferably of different lengths.
- the first and front branches in the feed direction are Scraper band longer than the underlying second scraper belt.
- the stripper belts can be formed in or against their conveying direction individually or together and in particular also against each other longitudinally displaceable be.
- longitudinal actuators are provided which are arranged directly on the machine frame or another frame part, for example the separating device and as part of the carrying device.
- the stripping bands and in particular the support device are pivotable about a respective vertical axis in order to adjust the angle between stripping and feed direction with respect to different sorting parameters and / or belt speeds.
- the stripping bands can be designed to be pivotable about a respective or an identical vertical axis.
- Egg- A vertical axis is in this case in particular an axis perpendicular to the stripping plane.
- swivel actuators are provided, which are articulated in particular on the support frame or on other parts of the support device and / or the machine frame and to which the stripping bands can simultaneously give away in parallel or different from each other.
- the stripping tapes with the feed belt at an angle between 80 ° and 145 °, so that transversely, a transfer and separation of the mixture in the direction of the sorting belt or a preferably parallel thereto Aus qualityers for admixtures takes place.
- the sorting zone between the feeding belt and the sorting belt can be enlarged by an intermediate conveyor belt which enlarges the sorting zone.
- This also forms a plane with feeding belt and sorting belt.
- Both feed belt and sort belt may be known hedgehog or rubber toppings.
- the conveying directions of feeding, intermediate conveying and sorting belts are preferably parallel at least in a plan view.
- the length of the stripping elements of a stripping band can be considered over its extent both in the transverse and in the longitudinal direction to be different, preferably the length is at a maximum round at individual stripping elements 30% of the length of the longest element reduced, to have, for example, in finger-like scraper elements of a total length of 15 to 25 cm, a corresponding distribution of the effect on different sized root crops pulse on the root crops to be separated.
- the distance in the stripping direction of one behind the other stripping of a single Abstreifbandes or consecutively stripping bands is advantageously different in size and in particular when viewed in the feed direction rear stripping band smaller than the front in the feed direction scraper belt.
- the sorting of the root crops of the mixture to be processed by the device according to the invention is further improved if at least one further eccentrically arranged scraper element is arranged in the longitudinal direction of one of the stripping bands considered in its angled state between two outer stripping elements.
- this further scraper element is denser and further arranged in the direction of the first row of scraper elements viewed from the feed direction to bring a first strong input pulse in operation on the incoming mixture and any remaining after a Siebumble Verklum- to be able to dissolve purged or accumulations.
