Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'impression qui comporte un mécanisme de transport (30), une tête (721) et un ioniseur (71). Le mécanisme de transport (30) maintient des granules (9) sur une partie de maintien (62) et effectue un transport dans une direction de transport depuis un côté amont jusqu'à un côté aval. La tête (721) comporte une pluralité de buses qui déchargent des gouttelettes d'encre, et effectue un traitement d'impression en déchargeant des gouttelettes d'encre vers la surface des granules (9) qui sont transportés par le mécanisme de transport (30). L'ioniseur (71) est disposé en amont de la tête (721) et comporte une partie de génération d'ions (711) qui génère des ions au moyen d'une décharge électrique. L'ioniseur (71) fournit des ions à une poudre flottante qui flotte autour des granules (9), ce qui permet d'éliminer la charge de la poudre flottante et de supprimer l'apparition de défauts d'impression provoqués par une poudre flottante chargée. En d'autres termes, la présente invention supprime des baisses de qualité d'impression provoquées par une poudre flottante dans un dispositif d'impression à jet d'encre qui effectue un traitement d'impression sur la surface de granules.
