L'invention concerne un dispositif de régulation thermique (1) configuré pour réguler la température d'une batterie électrique (2) d'un véhicule automobile, le dispositif (1) comportant au moins un tube de régulation thermique (3) comprenant au moins un élément pourvu d'un matériau à changement de phase encapsulé, ledit au moins un tube de régulation thermique (3) comprenant un passage de circulation d'un fluide de régulation thermique (R) à travers ledit au moins un tube de régulation thermique (3).
