- the core network management device switches some or all of the terminal devices that have accessed the source network slice to the target network slice to reduce the load pressure of the source network slice.
- the source network sliced radio access network device sends the network state information of the source network slice to the core network management device, so that the core network management device can learn the network state of the source network slice, thereby optimizing the network resource of the source network slice according to the network state.
- the radio access network device of the source network slice can periodically send information about the network status. For example, the radio access network device of the source network slice sends information about the network status every five minutes.
- the source network slice and core network management device can pre-agreed the cycle.
- the radio access network device of the source network slice may also trigger the transmission of information of the network status based on the event. For example, when the load of the source network slice is higher than a certain threshold, the information that sends the network status to the core network management device is triggered.
- the network state information of the source network slice may include information about a network state of the radio access network device in the source network slice, and the network state information of the source network slice may include a network state of the core network user plane device in the source network slice.

- the network status information may also include network status, for example, insufficient network resources or excessive load.
- the radio access network device of the source network slice sends its own network state information to the core network management device.
- the core network management device receives information about the network status sent by the radio access network device of the source network slice. If the core network management device and the mobility management device mobility management device are separately disposed on different physical entities, the radio access network device in the source network slice may first send information about its own network state to the mobility management device to move. sexual management equipment.
- the mobility management device mobility management device then sends the network state information of the source network slice to the core network management device.
- the core network management device receives information about the network status of the source network slice sent by the mobility management device mobility management device.
- step S302 The core network management device determines whether the network state of the source network slice meets the first preset condition, and if yes, step S303 is performed.
- the first preset condition includes: the network resource residual value is less than or equal to the first preset threshold or the load value is greater than or equal to the second preset threshold.
- the first preset threshold is: 10%
- the second preset threshold is: 90%.
- the core network management device determines that the network state of the source network slice satisfies the first preset. condition.
- the first preset condition may also be: the network status is insufficient network resources or excessive load. When the network status information of the source network slice indicates that the network resource is insufficient or the load is too large, the core network management device determines that the network state of the source network slice satisfies the first preset condition.

- the target network slice is a network slice that satisfies the second preset condition.
- the second preset condition may be: the network resource residual value is greater than or equal to the third preset threshold or the load value is less than or equal to the fourth preset threshold.
- the third preset threshold is: 50%
- the fourth preset threshold is: 50%.
- Each network slice may periodically or evently trigger to send its own network state information to the core network management device, so that the core network management device can learn the network state of each network slice, thereby loading the source network slice that the terminal device has accessed. If the network resource is insufficient or the network resources are insufficient, select a target network slice with a small load or sufficient network resources for slice switching.
- the step of the core network management device controlling the terminal device to switch from the source network slice to the target network slice includes the following steps S3031-S3038, and the detailed description of each step is as follows:
- S3031 The core network management device performs target network slice access authorization on the terminal device.
- the core network management device records all terminal settings of the access source network slice.
- the logo of the preparation acquires the identifiers of one or more terminal devices from the set of terminal device identifiers that have accessed the source network slice.
- the identifier of the terminal device may be an International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number (IMSI).
- IMSI International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number
- the core network management device acquires subscription information corresponding to the identifier of the terminal device from the home subscription server or the policy and charging rule function device according to the identifier of the terminal device. If the core network management device determines, according to the subscription information, that the terminal device allows the core network management device to perform network slice switching control on the terminal device, the core network management device performs target network slice access authorization on the terminal device.
- the subscription information herein may include indication information about whether the terminal device subscribes to the network to allow the core network management device to initiate a slice handover.
- the subscription information may also include the quality of service (English: Quality of Service, QoS for short) information, and the QoS information may include: delay, false alarm rate, data transmission rate, bandwidth, and service priority.
- QoS Quality of Service
- the radio access network device of the source network slice sends the network state information of the source network slice to the core network management device
- the identifier of the terminal device that is occupied by one or more network resources currently connected to the source network slice may also be occupied.
- the core network management device obtains the identifier of the terminal device from the network state information, and obtains the subscription information corresponding to the identifier of the terminal device from the home subscription server or the policy and charging rule function device according to the identifier of the terminal device. If the core network management device determines, according to the subscription information, that the terminal device allows the core network management device to perform network slice switching control on the terminal device, the core network management device performs target network slice access authorization on the terminal device.
- the core network management device may determine, in the following manner, that the terminal device allows the core network management device to perform network slice switching control on the terminal device according to the subscription information: if the subscription information of the terminal device includes the indication for accepting the core network management device The indication information of the initiated slice handover, the core network management device determines that the terminal device allows the core network management device to perform network slice switching control on the terminal device.
- the core network management device can also be judged by other methods, which is not limited in this embodiment.
- the core network management device may also consider the QoS information of the terminal device when determining that the terminal device that has accessed the source network slice needs to perform handover, and the number of the terminal devices that need to perform the slice switching may be preset by the core network management device. It can also be dynamically adjusted by the core network management device according to the network state of the source network slice.
- the service priority in the QoS information is taken as an example. If the source network slice currently includes three terminal devices, namely, the terminal device 1, the terminal device 2, and the terminal device 3, wherein the service priority of the three terminal devices is They are: priority 1, priority 2, and priority 3.
- the core network management device determines that the three terminal devices allow the core network management device to perform network slice switching control on the terminal device, and the number of terminal devices for performing slice switching in advance set by the core network management device is 2, then the core network management The terminal device 2 and the terminal device 3 with smaller priority devices are selected for slice switching. Therefore, the service of the user of the high-priority terminal device is not affected, so that the user of the low-priority terminal device switches to the default network slice, and the network disconnection does not occur. Avoid the situation where the source network is fragmented and the network is blocked, so that all terminal devices cannot access the network.
- the core network management device sends a first slice control request to the terminal device by using the radio access network device of the source network slice.
- the terminal device receives a first slice control request sent by the core network management device by the radio access network device sliced by the source network.
- the first slice control request includes at least an identifier of the target network slice.
