Description

A SCREENING MACHINE FOR GRAIN PRODUCTS
DESCRIPTION
Technical Area
The invention is about a screening machine which is used after the harvest, to separate grain products from crushed ones, granules and pods.
Previous Technique Today, there are some problems with processing, cleaning and separating grain products for various sizes in the same machine. In the current technique, although some machines exist, because the running components of the machines are not covered, there is a problem of dirty environment, and a problem of insufficient capacity, because the screening surface cannot be expanded.
In the current technique, running component of the screening machine is not covered, and takes 4 different sizes of the product. Cleaning the product with an aspirator affects the environment with regards to dust, and decreases the air suction power. The working principle of the current machines is; the product poured into the screening container is separated from big and granule particles. With the vacuum created by the developed aspirator room, it is separated from materials such as waste, hay, granules, etc. After the product is cleaned, it is delivered to sizing units by the middle elevator, which is the second elevator.
During the research for the previous technique, the application numbered 2014/0849 was encountered. Abstract page of this application is; "It is about the screener cases in which the products in the main body are screened; screener swinging handles connected to the screener cases mentioned; eccentric handles which are connected to the screener swinging handles mentioned and which transfer the action received from the engine to screener swinging handles; eccentric secretion system which provide action for the eccentric handles and screener cases mentioned; top nacelle and bottom nacelle in which the screener cases are fixed; and the screening section of the grain screening machines comprised of screener angle adjustment pistons that provide for adjusting the angle/bevel of the screener cases and connected to the top and bottom nacelles mentioned."
During the research for the previous technique, another application numbered 2014/15408 was encountered. Abstract page of this application is; "It is about a grain screening machine to be used in agriculture and seeds business for vacuuming granules and waste; including a main body; a product feeding container which is on the main body mentioned and which contains the product to be screened; top screener cases and bottom screener cases in which the products are screened, and which is on the main body mentioned; screener swinging handles connected to top and bottom screener cases mentioned; eccentric secretion handles which are connected to the screener swinging handles mentioned and which transfer action to screener swinging handles; and an eccentric shaft which transfers the action it receives from the propulsion element to the eccentric secretion handles mentioned. Sorting device working on wind power cleans light weight foreign materials in the grain. Rough sorting device cleans foreign materials of different size than the standard size in the grain. Roll sorting device removes foreign materials of other forms than the standard form, which are left from the rough sorting device and wind power sorting device processes." .
As a result, because of the problems explained above and because the current solutions on the issue are insufficient, a development in the related technical area is required.
Description of the Invention Primary purpose of the invention is to minimize the dirt in the environment, due to its covered structure.
Another significant purpose of the invention is, the product can be obtained in 5 different sizes, due to expansion of the screening area. Therefore a capacity increase would occur. One purpose of the invention is; because the running components of the machine are covered, it will be a safer structure for users.
One purpose of the invention is; expanding the screening surface, thus increasing the production capacity to a higher level.
One purpose of the invention is; eliminating the need for additional machines, because a clean environment and high capacity would be obtained.
To reach the purposes explained above, the invention includes, a top screener and a middle parallel screener positioned as parallel to this top screener, which provide for the raw materials to be screened, ending up as products, - a top container which is not parallel to the mentioned top and middle parallel screeners, positioned at a different angle, having a screener with bottom angle, multiple direction elements that are positioned at the bottom of the top screener, which provide for evenly distribution of raw materials, a gutter for big sizes, structured at the extension of the top screener end, gathering big size products, a gutter for granules, structured at the middle parallel screener bottom section, gathering granules, a gutter for crushed products, structured at the extension of the near-end of the middle parallel screener, gathering crushed products, - and the clean product exit, structured at the extension of the end of the middle parallel screener.

Detailed Description of the Invention
It is a screening machine (10) used for grain products after the harvest, to separate from crushed ones, granules and pods, to classify the products according to sizes, including a main body (20), a raw materials entry orifice (100) through which products enter, a swinging element (60) and screeners.
In this state, screening machine (10) includes; top screener (43) which provides for the raw materials to be screened and ended up as products, a middle parallel screener (43.1) which is parallel to this top screener (43), a top container (40) having a bottom angle screener (43.2) which is not parallel to the top screener (43) and the middle parallel screener (43.1) mentioned, positioned at a different angle. It includes multiple direction elements (42) positioned at the bottom surface of the top screener (43) and providing for the raw materials to be distributed evenly, and a gutter for big sizes (45), which is structured at the extension of the end of the top screener (43) mentioned, gathering big size products. Additionally, it includes a gutter for granules (44), which is structured at the middle parallel screener (43.1) mentioned, bottom area, gathering granule products. Also, it includes a gutter for crushed products (46), which is structured at the near-end extension of the middle parallel screener (43.1) mentioned. Also, it has a clean product exit (47), structured at the extension at the end of the middle parallel screener (43.1) mentioned.
It includes a side protection plate (48) which is covering the top container (40) at the sides, and a bottom container (50) which ensures that, while the product is flowing, the screeners (43) transfer the active products in an order. At least one helix (70) is integrated to the system, providing for the exit of scattered light weight waste in the air suction container (90), through a helical action. Additionally, it includes; a bottom body (30) which provides for the connection of the screening machine (10) with the floor, and acting as a body for the aspirators (80) mounted in it. Also, an air suction container (90) is created, which provides for the separation of the raw materials entering the screening machine (10) from granules and light weight waste by the aspirators (80), and prevention of the created air from being spread to the environment. Additionally, it includes a vibratory feeding container (110), which lays the raw material throughout the screener (43) by using the speed controlled vibratory feeder, providing for maximizing productivity of the screening machine (10).
The screening machine (10) in question runs as follows, in broad sense. Raw materials enter the screening machine (10) from the raw materials entry orifice (100). Through the vibratory feeding container (1 10), raw materials are spread over the top screener (43), middle parallel screener (43.1) and bottom angle screener (43.2) horizontally. During this spreading, aspirators (80) make a vacuum effect and provide for the light weight waste in the raw materials to be gathered in the air suction container. This gathered waste is thrown away with the help of the helix (70), by a helical action. Screeners in the top container (40) and bottom container (50) swing with the help of the swinging element (60) and provide for the raw materials to be classified according to sizes. Sized products are taken away through the product exit orifices (41), which are connected to the main body (20) by bolts. The natural product which enter the top container (40), being the subject of the invention, through the product entry orifice (41), is pushed forward by the multiple direction elements (42) made of sheet metal, and passes through top screener (43), middle parallel screener (43.1) and bottom angle screener (43.2). Thanks to the gutter for big sizes (45) and gutter for granules (44), the product is separated from the granules. The product which is separated from its granules is screened once again by the new added gutter for crushed products (46)
. Product that is separated from its crushed parts and granules is transferred to the bottom angle screener (43.2) for sizing.
