述储液腔内。确保所述储液腔内的烟油能够及时的供给超声雾化片工作所需,又可以将导液体的主体抵持在超声雾化片的表面上,防止导液体的主体与超声雾化片不接触而影响其雾化效果。
进一步的,所述外壳顶端和所述吸嘴底部之间通过密封环密封连接,防止雾化器漏油以及方便拆卸吸嘴,清洁卫生。
进一步的,所述下固定座底端与连接座固定连接;所述连接座内固定有连接电极;所述连接电极内开设有的进气通道;所述进气通道与所述下固定座内腔连通;所述进气通道、空腔、通气槽、雾化腔、通气管依次连通形成所述气流通道。
作为一种优选方式,所述通气管和所述吸嘴之间固定有用于存放所述固体香料的香料套;所述香料套上端设有第一通气孔;所述加热装置固定在所述香料套内;所述香料套下端与第一电极绝缘连接,且所述第一电极伸入所述香料套内的上端开设有第二通气孔;所述加热装置的一极与所述第一电极电连接,所述加热装置的另一极与所述香料套电连接;所述通气管依次通过所述第二通气孔、第一通气孔与所述吸嘴连通。超声雾化片振荡产生的烟雾,经通气管后,烟雾在香料套内与通过加热装置对固体香料加热后产生的香气混合,最后进入吸嘴,被用户吸食,提升用户对烟雾的体验,比如模拟真烟的烟雾口味及口感。
进一步的,所述第一电极与第二电极接触;所述第二电极与所述密封环绝缘连接;所述通气管顶端设在所述密封环内。在保证结构稳固和方便拆卸香料套更换或添加香料的同时,又保证电接触良好。
作为另一种优选方式,所述固体香料填充在所述超声雾化片下方空腔内,且与所述超声雾化片的下表面接触。使超声雾化片工作时产生的热量传递给
固体香料,也可以保证固体香料在振荡作用下,受热更加均匀,充分利用超声雾化片产生的热量。
进一步的,所述加热装置为固定在所述空腔内,且与所述固体香料接触;所述空腔位于所述超声雾化片和所述连接电极之间。
借由上述结构,通过所述加热装置和超声雾化片均给固体香料加热,使固体香料加热更加均匀及受热速度更快,产生的香气更加均匀。
进一步的,所述加热装置为陶瓷加热片,发热丝等具有发热或传热特性材料。
进一步的,所述密封环上开设有注油孔;所述注油孔通过注油塞密封。方便注入烟油。
与现有技术相比,本发明所具有的有益效果为:本发明采用超声雾化片雾化烟油产生烟雾,同时通过加热装置对固体香料进行加热使固体香料产生香气,最后将烟雾和香气混合,使混合后的烟雾有真烟的香味,改善吸烟口感,且结构较为简单;在超声雾化烟油的过程中,密封性好,超声雾化功率比较小,解决了发热丝雾化过程中容易产生糊味及漏油的问题;在改善吸烟口感的同时,方便更换或添加固体香料,降低使用成本及更加容易实现和推广。

在本发明中所提到的“上端”、“下端”、“顶端”、“末端”、“底端”等表示方位的词语中均以本发明的电子烟雾化器竖直或垂直放置在水平面上(即电子烟雾化器与水平面成90°位置),且吸嘴向上为参照基准。
如图1和图2所示,本发明一实施例1包括外壳1;所述外壳1上端内设置有密封环23,密封环23上设设置有凸部,通过该凸部与吸嘴2插拔连接从而使吸嘴2与外壳1连接;所述外壳1下端内固定有超声雾化片10;所述超声雾化片10上端面设置有导液体3,且与该端面接触;所述导液体3与储液腔4连通;所述超声雾化片10的雾化出口与气流通道5的底端连通;所述密封环23上开设有容纳固体香料6和加热装置7的腔体,方便更换固体香料6和加热装置7;同时所述气流通道5穿过固体香料6和加热装置7;所述固体香料6与加热装置7接触,为固体香料6供应热量;所述气流通道5的末端(即烟气流出方向的一端)与所述吸嘴2连通。
如图1和图3所示,所述外壳1内的腔体形成所述储液腔4;所述储液腔4内设有通气管19;所述通气管19上端插入密封环23内且与密封环23涨紧配合,气流通道5穿过通气管19内部与所述吸嘴2连通;所述通气管19下端为喇叭形,且该喇叭形罩在固定座8上与其涨紧配合固定连接;所述上固定座8远离所述通气管19的一端卡紧固定在下固定座9内;所述下固定座9与所述外壳1远离所述吸嘴2的一端卡扣连接或螺纹连接;所述超声雾化片
10设在所述通气管19下方的下固定座9内,所述超声雾化片10靠近所述通气管19的表面与所述导液体3接触;所述超声雾化片10、上固定座8和通气管19下端的喇叭形围成雾化腔;超声雾化片10在雾化腔内将导液体3输送过来的烟油进行雾化所述下固定座9侧边内壁开设有通气槽11;所述超声雾化片10和下固定座9围成一空腔;所述通气槽11将雾化腔和空腔连通,使得气流经过导液体3的背向所述超声雾化片10的表面并且将超声雾化片10雾化出来的烟雾带走。
如图3所示,所述导液体3包括主体及在所述主体上设置有用于伸入所述储液腔4内的凸起12;所述主体的形状大小与所述超声雾化片10的外径大小匹配或小于超声雾化片10的外径,该主体为圆形底部,该圆形底部上设有至少一个凸起12(本发明中,圆形底部上设有两个凸起,两个凸起位置相对,使得雾化器内部结构更加稳固);所述凸起12穿过所述上固定座8上的通孔13后伸入所述储液腔4内。
如图3,上固定座8、下固定座9、连接座14均设置有贯穿两端的中空结构;导液体3底部上表面(靠近吸嘴2的一面)与上固定座8的中空结构连通,上固定座8的中空结构与通气管19连通,即导液体3的主体设置在雾化腔内且与超声雾化片的表面接触。为了安装方便,通气管19底端(喇叭形的下端)设一安装凸台26,该安装凸台26的外径和上固定座8的内径匹配,可以采用螺纹连接的方式,将安装凸台26与上固定座8固定连接,方便安装和拆卸。
下固定座9底端与连接座14固定连接;所述连接座14内固定有连接电极15;所述连接电极15内开设有贯穿所述连接电极15的进气通道16;所述下固定座9、连接座14和超声雾化片10围成的空腔,所述进气通道16与所
述下空腔连通;所述进气通道16、空腔、通气槽11、雾化腔、通气管19依次连通形成所述气流通道5。
连接电极15顶端伸入下固定座9的内部空腔中,连接电极15与连接座14之间通过第一绝缘环27绝缘,且连接电极15顶端侧壁开设多个通气孔28,通气孔28与连接电极15内的进气通道16连通,通气孔28可以使气流朝各个方向扩散,防止气流被堵塞。
如图4和图5所示,所述密封环23的凸部内的腔体固定有下端开口的香料套17;香料套17内设有固体香料及所述香料套17上端设有第一通气孔18;所述加热装置7固定在香料套17内部且与固体香料接触;所述香料套17下端与第一电极20绝缘连接,且所述第一电极20伸入所述香料套17内的上端开设有第二通气孔21,烟雾通过所述通气管19,从所述第二通气孔21进入香料套17的内腔与固体香料被加热后生产的香气混合,混合后再经过第一通气孔18排出供用户吸食;所述加热装置7的一极与所述第一电极20接触,另一极与香料套17接触,实现电连接;第一电极20和香料套17之间通过第二绝缘环29绝缘连接,防止短路。
如图5,加热装置7可以采用发热丝,发热丝固定在香料套17的内腔32,固体香料填充在香料套17的内腔32且与所述发热丝接触,使得固体香料被发热丝加热释放出香气。
第一电极20与第二电极22接触;所述第二电极22与所述密封环23绝缘连接;所述通气管19顶端设在所述密封环23内。
如图1和图4所示,外壳1顶端通过密封环23密封与所述吸嘴2底部可拆卸连接,密封环23靠近吸嘴的端面上设有安装孔31(即腔体),设有所述第二电极22的所述香料套17一端固定在所述安装孔31内;当把吸嘴拆卸下
来后,即可拆卸所述香料套17,更换固体香料。
如图4所示,第二电极22底端伸入第三绝缘环30的中部空腔内,第三绝缘环30外壁与安装孔31内壁过盈连接。
如图6和图7所示,本发明实施例2中的固体香料6填充在所述超声雾化片10下方的下固定座8内(即空腔内),且所述超声雾化片10远离所述通气管19的表面与所述固体香料6接触。由于固体香料与超声雾化片表面接触,因此超声雾化片振荡过程中,既可以对固体香料起到一定的搅拌作用,使得固体香料受热更加均匀;又可以给固体香料加热,使其释放香气。
所述加热装置7为固定在所述固体香料6中的加热片,使得加热片和超声雾化片10都对固体香料6进行加热,使其受热更加均匀及快速的释放出香气供用户吸食;所述加热片上开设有过气孔,当气流从进气通道16进入时,通过过气孔进入香料填充腔(即空腔)将固体香料的香气带到通气管19内与超声雾化片雾化出来的烟雾混合,及被用户吸食。
所述超声雾化片10为实心压电陶瓷片。
本发明中,为了注油方便,在密封环23上开设注油孔24;所述注油孔24通过注油塞25密封。
Claims (11)
- 一种电子烟雾化器,包括外壳(1);所述外壳(1)一端与吸嘴(2)固定连接;其特征在于,所述外壳(1)内固定有超声雾化片(10);所述超声雾化片(10)与导液体(3)接触;所述导液体(3)与储液腔(4)连通;所述超声雾化片(10)的出雾表面与气流通道(5)相通;所述气流通道(5)内设有固体香料(6)和用于加热所述固体香料(6)的加热装置(7);所述气流通道(5)与所述吸嘴(2)连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述超声雾化片(10)为实心压电陶瓷雾化片。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述外壳(1)内的腔体形成所述储液腔(4);所述储液腔(4)内设有通气管(19);所述通气管(19)上端与所述吸嘴(2)连通;所述通气管(19)下端与上固定座(8)固定连接;所述上固定座(8)远离所述通气管(19)的一端固定在下固定座(9)内;所述下固定座(9)与所述外壳(1)远离所述吸嘴(2)的一端固定连接;所述超声雾化片(10)设在所述通气管(19)下方的上固定座(8)内,所述超声雾化片(10)、上固定座(8)和通气管(19)的下端围成一雾化腔;所述超声雾化片(10)靠近所述通气管(19)的表面与所述导液体(3)接触;所述下固定座(9)远离所述吸嘴(2)的一端与超声雾化片(10)围成一空腔,所述下固定座(9)侧边内壁开设有通气槽(11);所述通气槽(11)将雾化腔与所述空腔连通。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述导液体(3)包括主体;所述主体上设置有用于伸入所述储液腔内的凸起(12),所述主体 与所述凸起(12)接触;所述主体与述超声雾化片(10)靠近所述通气管(19)的表面接触。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述外壳(1)顶端和所述吸嘴(2)底部之间通过密封环(23)密封连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述下固定座(9)底端与连接座(14)固定连接;所述连接座(14)内固定有连接电极(15);所述连接电极(15)内开设有进气通道(16);所述进气通道(16)与所述下固定座(9)内腔连通;所述进气通道(16)、空腔、通气槽(11)、雾化腔、通气管(19)依次连通形成所述气流通道(5)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述通气管(19)和所述吸嘴(2)之间固定有用于存放所述固体香料(6)的香料套(17);所述香料套(17)上端设有第一通气孔(18);所述加热装置(7)固定在所述香料套(17)内;所述香料套(17)下端与第一电极(20)绝缘连接,且所述第一电极(20)伸入所述香料套(17)内的上端开设有第二通气孔(21);所述通气管(19)依次通过所述第二通气孔(21)、第一通气孔(18)与所述吸嘴(2)连通。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一电极(20)与第二电极(22)接触;所述第二电极(22)与所述密封环(23)绝缘连接;所述通气管(19)顶端设在所述密封环(23)内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述固体香料(6)填充在所述超声雾化片(10)下方的下固定座(9)内腔中,且与所述超声雾化片(10)的下表面接触。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述加热装置(7) 固定在所述超声雾化片(10)下方的下固定座(9)内腔中,且与所述固体香料(6)接触。
- 根据权利要求5~10之一所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述密封环(23)上开设有注油孔(24);所述注油孔(24)通过注油塞(25)密封。
