Abstract

La présente invention concerne une plaque de culture de cellules souches pluripotentes induites et, plus particulièrement, une plaque de culture de cellules souches pluripotentes induites qui permet l'acquisition d'une grande quantité de cellules souches pluripotentes induites, ayant une souchitude conservée et d'excellentes propriétés de prolifération et d'adhérence, au moyen d'une membrane de culture, qui reproduit l'influence de la matrice extracellulaire au moyen de la nanotopographie et qui comporte une pluralité de parties saillantes et de parties en creux alignées et formant un motif, et un modificateur qui recouvre la surface de la membrane de culture et améliore ainsi les propriétés d'adhérence.
