- the CPU detects the level of the voltage on the power detection pin TP / to identify whether each power module is supplying power. - the power management chip detects the power flag of each power module TPn ( n If it is a positive integer, different values indicate that the power supply flag of different power modules is high, it is recognized as power supply normal; when the power flag TPn is low, it is recognized as power supply abnormality, passing I2C
- the data line informs the CPU in an interrupted manner, the CPU The problem is displayed with the highest priority.
- the power management chip detects that each power source flag is high level, and recognizes that the power supply is normal, and does not process; when detecting any power source flag bit is low, outputting an alarm signal corresponding to the power source flag to CPU.
- the power module corresponding to the power source flag is identified, and the self-test information pre-made for the power module in the software library is displayed to the display screen to prompt the user to perform self-test and how to eliminate the fault.
- the power flag bit TP1 corresponds to the USB power circuit, and the low level indicates that its output terminal is shorted.
- the U disk may be short-circuited or damaged.
- the power management chip outputs USB
- the alarm signal is sent to the CPU.
- the CPU recognizes that the USB power circuit is faulty.

If it is still low, the CPU can display the pre-stored after-sales address and contact information on the screen; if it has returned to high level, it will prompt The USB is normal, indicating that the prompted self-test information is correct and valid.
- the advantage of using a power management chip is that it saves the CPU's GPIO port because of the CPU's GPIO.
- the number of ports is limited, and the power flag of each power circuit cannot be connected to a GPIO port. More power flags can be detected by turning the power management chip to facilitate power extension detection.
- the main power supply is different from other power modules, and its internal DC-DC
- the chip's own error pin can be used as a power flag to connect to the power management chip. There is no need to set up a voltage divider circuit.
- DC-DC The chip is high when the chip is operating normally. In the case of abnormal conditions of overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature, the level of the error pin is changed to a low level.
- Other power modules are not on the main road, such as audio and video power.
- this type of power supply circuit needs to form a power supply flag by the resistor divider of the voltage divider circuit in this embodiment, so that the voltage range of the power supply flag is within the range received by the power management chip pin.
- the resistance values of the corresponding voltage divider circuits are also different based on the different output voltages of the different power supply circuits. For example, the voltage requirements of the power management chip do not exceed 3.5V and not less than 2.5V, the output voltage in Figure 3 is 12V, then the resistance of the first resistor R1 and the second resistor R2 needs to make the voltage divider (ie the voltage on the power supply flag TPn) Between 2.5V and 3.5V. In the case of a USB power supply circuit, the output voltage is 5V, and the resistance of the two resistors is modified so that the voltage is divided to about 3V.
- Interfaces set on the set-top box include fiber optic interface, LNA (local area network) interface, CVBS (composite video Broadcast signal, composite TV broadcast signal) interface, HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface, High-definition multimedia) interface, USB interface, Tuner interface, RF (radio frequency) interface, SCART ( SyndicatdesConstructeursd'AppareilsRadiorécepteursetTelecommunicationviseurs) interface, PANNEL (front panel) interface and Ypbpr (color difference component) interface.
- the interface detection module 300 includes a electrical inspection unit 310, a data unit 320, and a display processing unit 330. Electrical inspection unit 310 Determine whether the power supply pin of the interface has power. If there is power, the external load is connected. There is no power and no external load.
- Data unit 320 Determines whether the data pin of the interface is transmitting data. If there is any, the interface is working normally. If it is not, it indicates that it is not working properly.
- the interface detection module 300 can adopt DVB The main control chip and its peripheral circuits are composed.
- the interface detection icon When the user needs to view the interface information, enter the help information through the remote control (help information) ) interface, directly click the interface detection icon to pop up the interface status window to display the working status of each interface.
- Display processing unit 330 displays instructions according to the interface
- the interface status window is popped up, and the working status of each interface judged by the electrical inspection unit and the data unit is displayed.
- the interface status window can be divided into upper and lower parts.
- the icon, name and detection result of each interface are displayed on the top. If the interface icon is displayed in green, the interface has been connected to the external load and works normally. If the interface icon is red, it indicates Connected to the load but not working properly; if the interface icon is displayed in white, it indicates that it is not connected to the load or has not yet activated its function.
- the following shows the parameters of the interface selected by the user, such as the function description, model number, power supply voltage, and transmission rate of the interface. If the interface icon is red, the possible cause of the fault and self-test information of the interface (that is, the method recommended by the user) is displayed below the interface status window.
- the junction temperature of a chip is about 150 °C, and the temperature detection module is installed inside the chip.
- the over-temperature protection points are all set at 120. Around °C, this over-temperature protection point can be set by software. If the ambient temperature is too high or a certain circuit is short-circuited, the temperature of the corresponding chip will be too high. In this case, protective measures must be taken, otherwise irreversible damage will be caused to other devices on the motherboard.

If not, continue to judge; if yes, prompt the user to over temperature and at the second preset time (such as 1) After the minute is reached, the set-top box is controlled to wait for the third preset time (such as half an hour). After the third preset time is reached, the current temperature is acquired again and the temperature is continuously judged whether the temperature exceeds the set temperature.
