Abstract

This invention relates to a bracket (1) enabling assembly/disassembly of the decorative furniture pieces (2) and their use on cover (4) easily without any need for a mounting and/or dismounting equipment or member, consisting of the bracket tab (1.1) positioned to the surface of the furniture (3) onto which the decorative furniture piece (2) will be applied; and the bracket slot (1.2) positioned onto the rear surface of the decorative furniture piece (2) for provision of connection of the decorative furniture piece (2) to the furniture (3) by being attached to the bracket tab (1.1).

BRACKET ENABLING USE OF DECORATIVE FURNITURE PIECES ON COVER

RELATED TECHNICAL FIELD

This invention relates to a bracket enabling use of decorative furniture pieces on cover with its assemblable/disassemblable structure.

STATE OF ART

To front panel, side surface, armlet, etc. sections of furniture such as armchair, sofa, etc. are added various structures for decoration purposes made of materials such as wood, plastic, etc. In the state of art, said decorative pieces are adhered, nailed or secured by similar means onto furniture or furniture upholstery such that it cannot be assembled- disassembled by users.

In case of use of furniture such as armchair, sofa, etc. with a cover, said decorative pieces remain under these covers and disappear. This disrupts appearance feature of the furniture.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION Object of this invention is to enable use on the cover by rendering the decorative furniture pieces assemblable/disassemblable.

Another object of the invention is to enable change of decorative furniture pieces to comply with different decorations.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The bracket (1) enabling use of the decorative furniture pieces on the cover of the invention consists of the bracket tab (1.1) positioned to the surface of the furniture (3) onto which the decorative furniture piece (2) will be applied; and the bracket slot (1.2) positioned onto the rear surface of the decorative furniture piece (2) for provision of connection of the decorative furniture piece (2) to the furniture (3) by being attached to the bracket tab (1.1).

The bracket tab (1.1) consists of a body portion, a head portion, a neck portion between the body portion and the head portion having narrower thickness than the body portion and the head portion Lower portion of the bracket slot (1.2) has a body inner gap that starts with a thickness through which the head portion of the bracket tab (1.1) can pass, and that narrows down upwards such that only neck portion of the bracket tab can fit.

Before coating of the furniture (3) with the cover (4), the decorative furniture piece (2) is pushed opposite to the locking direction, and correspondence of the wide portion of the bracket slot (1.2) positioned to the bottom surface to the head portion of the bracket tab is enabled. The bracket slot (1.2) is released from the bracket tab (1.1) and dismounting of the decorative furniture piece (2) from the furniture (3) is enabled. After coating of the furniture (3) with the cover, the bracket slot (1.2) is reattached to the bracket tab (1.1), the decorative furniture piece (2) is pushed towards the furniture (3), and pushed in direction of locking. Thusly, the neck portion of the bracket tab (1.1) is settled on the narrow portion of the bracket slot (1.2), and the decorative furniture piece (2) is secured onto the furniture (3).

The bracket (1) enabling use of the decorative furniture pieces on the cover may have a support member (5) positioned within the cover such that the bracket tab (1.1) corresponds to the surface of connection in order to support connection of the bracket tab (1.1) with the bracket slot (1.2) and fill the gap between the furniture (3) and the decorative tab (1.1) and prevent vibration. In an example of the invention, a support member (5) made of sponge is used.

In the coatable cover structure, a tab hole (4.1) may be opened on the cover (4) at points where the bracket tab (1.1) corresponds in order that the bracket tab is removed easily and the cover is not harmed. Thusly, the bracket tab (1.1) is removed from the tab hole (4.1) on its own and the bracket slot (1.2) can be assembled easily.

Thanks to the bracket (1) enabling use of the decorative pieces on the cover, the decorative furniture piece (2) may be applied onto the furniture coated with the cover (4).

Thanks to the bracket (1), the users can easily assemble/disassemble the decorative furniture pieces (2) without any need for any mounting and/or dismounting equipment and element.

Thusly, appearance of the furniture (3) is not disrupted. On the other hand, change of the decorative pieces (2) in accordance with the conformity to the covers (4) and/or different decoration applications.

Claims

1. A bracket (1) enabling use of decorative furniture pieces on cover characterized in that it consists of a bracket tab (1.1) positioned to a surface of a furniture (3) onto which a decorative furniture piece (2) will be applied; and a bracket slot (1.2) positioned onto a rear surface of a decorative furniture piece (2) for provision of connection of the decorative furniture piece (2) to the furniture (3) by being attached to a bracket tab (1.1). 2. The bracket (1) enabling use of decorative furniture pieces on cover according to claim 1 characterized in that it has a support member (5) positioned within the cover such that the bracket tab (1.1) corresponds to the surface of connection in order to support connection of the bracket tab (1.1) with the bracket slot (1.2) and fill the gap between the furniture (3) and the decorative tab (1.1) and prevent vibration.
