Abstract
This invention consists in the utilization of a needle punch or embroidery machine that can embroider with colour on fabric or other materials (D). This innovation is intended to be used for working on any kind of fabric or material of the right thickness and composition that can be worked with needles. The machine comprises at least one bowl (A) for the color, a larger bowl (E) for filling the smaller bowl (A) and tubes (F). The needle punch technique consists in a continuous vertical movement of the needles (C) of the machine plate. Using this process, it is possible to create a lot of different artworks, shades and special effects that can't be done with a classic embroidery machine.
Description
The vertical movement of the needles (C) can penetrate the fabric or other materials. Once the needles reach the small bowl, they draw the colour and once they return in the original position by passing the fabric or material (D) they can release the colour on it. Using this process, it is possible to create a lot of different artworks, shades and special effects that can't be done with a classic embroidery machine.
The small bowl can be filled with colours in two different ways. The first one consists in filling it manually each time that the colour it is not enough to make the work (see figure 1). The second one is a more complex method that consists in the installation of a second larger bowl (E) that is connected to the one placed under the machine plate by the use of tubes (F) that can run the colour (see figure 2).
To have a better grip and distrubution of the colour, it is possible to add a tampone in the small bowl under the plate.
This innovation is intended to be used for working on any kind of fabric or material of the right thickness and composition that can be worked with needles.
It is necessary to point out that this invention can be used also on all the different kind of needle punch machines or embroidery machines and so there are no restriction on the number and kind of needles
It is possible to combine it with the traditional works for needle punch and boucle, frayings and "destroyed" effects. With this technique you can make real paintings, shades, dye directly the fabric and work with the classic needle punch process at the same time, creating real artwoks.
The process can be made both for all over and placed artworks. The addition of the colour, insted of a lot of different materials such as the wool fiber, has the advantage to give uniqueness to the fabric without altering the weight and hand of it.
The main purpose of this invention is strictly linked to the requests of the customers to always find innovatives solutions, expecially in the field of cothing where trends and fashion change very quickly if compared to other fields. Obviously, it doesn't mean that it can be applied to other machines in different fields.
Claims
1) Needle punch machine or sewing machine created to embroider with colour directly on fabric or other materials. The machine is composed by:
At least one bowl (A) where to put the colour necessary for the working process;
Installation of a larger bowl (E) where to put the colour that will fill the smaller bowl (A);
Tubes (F) to operate on the direction of the colour from a bowl to the other.
2) Needle punch machine or sewing machine created to embroider with colour directly on fabric or other materials, following the demand 1 where it is considered at least the use of one bowl (A) placed under the plate (B) where to put the colour. The colour itself will be drew by the needles and then diffused on fabric or other materials (D) as once the colour reaches the bowl, ,(A) the needles (C) (that could be simple needles for needle punch or boucle, needles for frayings or classic needles for embroidery) will absorb the colour and through their vertical movement they puncture the fabric (or another material) diffusing it. The bowl placed under the plate (A) can be filled in two different ways:
A) By filling the bowl manually each time that the colour is not enough to continue the work;
B) By installing a larger bowl (E) in addiction to the first one on the upper part of the machine, linked to the bowl placed under the plate (A) through tubes (F) in wich the colour will flow.
3) Needle punch machine or sewing machine created to embroider with colour directly on fabric or other materials, following the demand 1 and 2 that could be improved with the installation of a larger bowl (E) on the upper part of the machine (or another position where there could be the possibility to make the colour flow better) linked to the smaller bowl (A) located under the plate (B) through tubes (F) where the colour will flow.
4) Needle punch machine or sewing machine created to embroider with colour directly on fabric or other materials, following the previous demands that includes at least one or more tubes (F) to make the colour flow from the bowl (E) placed on the upper part of the plate to the one placed under it (A).
5) Needle punch machine or sewing machine created to embroider with colour directly on fabric or other materials, following the previous demands that could include a tampon in the bowl (A) placed under the plate to improve the grip and the distribution of the colour on fabric or other materials.
Description of the invention:
"NEEDLE PUNCH MACHINE OR SEWING MACHINE CREATED TO EMBROIDER WITH COLOUR DIRECTLY ON FABRIC OR OTHER MATERIALS" on behalf of the company "FORZA GIOVANE UNO SNC" of Piergiovanni Vialini & C. , located in Calcinelli di Saltara (PU), Via Firenze 1, Italian nationality, presented on with the n
This invention consists in the utilization of a needle punch or embroidery machine that can embroider with colour on fabric or other materials. It is necessary to precise that the needle punch, the technique consists in a continuous vertical movement of the needles of the machine plate that can combine fabrics and other materials such as synthetic bases, wools, leathers etc. making the two bases felting together without the use of any thread or stitch and creating a lot of variegated effects.
In particular we can confirm that in addition to the traditional use of the machine (so making a lot of different works with the utilization of the needles) the new invention we can offer the possibility to make a classic work but also paint the base in the same time. This is possible because the needles, during the normal working phase, the needles can drawn colour from the small bowl (A) placed under the plate (B) (see figure 1).
