作为上述技术方案一个较佳的实施方式,如图6a~6b所示,所述储墨管4顶部设有顶部开关阀门6,所述笔基2包括与所述笔头1相连的导墨管21以及套设在所述导墨管21下端的外壳20;所述墨水笔还包括连接笔杆31,所述连接笔杆31的一端与所述外壳20的顶部固定连接,所述连接笔杆31的另一端套接在所述笔杆3和所述储墨管4之间;所述储墨管4底部设有底部开关阀7,所述储墨管4可相对于所述连接笔杆31上下滑动,所述导墨管21通过所述底部开关阀7与所述储墨管4相连通或断开。具体地,如图6b,所述储墨管4向下滑动时,所述导墨管21穿过所述底部开关阀7,使所述底部开关阀7打开。注入墨水时,如图6a所示,打开所述顶部开关阀门6,向储墨管4注入墨水,然后关闭顶部阀门6;书写时,向下推动储墨管4,所述导墨管21穿过所述底部开关阀7,使所述底部开关阀7打开,导墨管21插入到储墨管4,墨水从导墨管2流入笔基2至笔头1。
作为上述技术方案一个较佳的实施方式,如图7a~7c所示,所述笔基2包括与所述笔头1相连的导墨管21以及套设在所述导墨管21外的外壳20,所述外壳20顶部设有进墨孔8,所述储墨管4底部设有出墨孔9,所述储墨管4可绕其轴线转动以使所述出墨孔9与所述进墨孔8错位或重叠。需要注入墨水时(如图7b所示),转动储墨管4直至出墨孔9和进墨孔8错位形成封闭,从而墨水不能流到笔基2的导墨管21,然后打开笔盖5,从注墨开口41注入墨水;书写时(如 图7c所示),先盖上笔盖5,转动储墨管4直至出墨孔9与进墨孔8重叠,此时墨水从储墨管4流入笔基2的导墨管21。
作为上述技术方案一个较佳的实施方式,所述储墨管4与所述笔杆3一体成型,所述笔杆3底部固设有连接头10,所述笔基2的外壳20顶部设有与所述连接头10转动配合连接的圆环导槽11,所述圆环导槽11的轴线与所述储墨管4的轴线重合。这样,就可以通过连接头10与圆环导槽11之间转动配合连接,转动笔杆3实现出墨孔9与进墨孔8错位或重叠。
需要说明的是,上述操作中,必须先使出墨孔9和进墨孔8错位形成封闭,再注入墨水,如果不先使出墨孔9和进墨孔8错位形成封闭就注入墨水,墨水会直接从笔头1流走。而加完墨水后关闭笔盖5再使出墨孔9与进墨孔8重叠,由于没有与大气压连通,进而能防止墨水流走。
本发明提供的墨水笔,通过在笔杆3上设置注墨开口41,更换墨水时,将墨水注射器放入注墨开口41就可直接完成墨水笔的吸墨,操作简单、方便。很好的解决了现有墨水笔因添加墨水繁琐而被放弃使用的问题。
本发明提供的墨水笔,相较于现有技术,具有如下有益效果:
1、现有墨水笔添加墨水麻烦,储墨量不多,墨水瓶携带不方便而且容易打碎。而本发明不但添加墨水方便、干净、量多,而且因为采用注射添加墨水,墨水瓶可以采用塑料等软体材料制成,形状也可以多样化,而且不会破碎。
2、现有墨水笔在受到振动时很容易造成墨水浸漏,携带不方便。而本发明的墨水笔中导墨管和储墨管之间可以全封闭断开,不会出现墨水浸漏的问题,携带方便。
3、本发明提供的墨水笔具有书写字体美观、耐用等优点。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的宗旨和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种墨水笔,其特征在于:包括笔头、笔基和笔杆,所述笔头通过所述笔基与所述笔杆相连,所述笔杆内设有储墨管,所述储墨管上设有注墨开口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的墨水笔,其特征在于:所述储墨管与所述笔杆为一体成型,所述储墨管顶部设有注墨开口,所述注墨开口设有密封圈,所述笔杆顶部转动连接有笔盖。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的墨水笔,其特征在于:所述储墨管顶部设有注墨开口,所述注墨开口设有密封圈,所述笔杆顶部螺纹连接有笔盖。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的墨水笔,其特征在于:所述储墨管顶部设有注墨开口,所述笔杆顶部设有可拆卸的笔盖。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的墨水笔,其特征在于:所述储墨管与所述笔杆为一体成型,所述储墨管的长度与所述笔杆的长度相同,所述注墨开口连接有注墨管,所述笔盖可拆卸的套设在所述注墨管上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的墨水笔,其特征在于:所述储墨管与所述笔杆为一体成型,所述储墨管的长度与所述笔杆的长度相同,所述注墨开口连接有注墨管,所述注墨管上设有可拆卸的注墨管塞。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6任一所述的墨水笔,其特征在于:所述笔基包括外壳、与所述笔头相连的导墨管以及设于所述导墨管顶端的活塞,所述外壳套设在所述导墨管、活塞和储墨管外,并与所述笔杆相连,所述储墨管可相对于所述外壳上下滑动,所述导墨管通过所述活塞与所述储墨管相连通或断开。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的墨水笔,其特征在于:所述储墨管顶部设有顶部开关阀门,所述笔基包括与所述笔头相连的导墨管以及套设在所述导墨管下端的外壳;所述墨水笔还包括连接笔杆,所述连接笔杆的一端与所述外壳的顶部固定连接,所述连接笔杆的另一端套接在所述笔杆和所述储墨管之间;所述储墨管底部设有底部开关阀,所述储墨管可相对于所述连接笔杆上下滑动,所述导墨管通过所述底部开关阀与所述储墨管相连通或断开。
  9. 根据权利要求2-6任一项所述的墨水笔,其特征在于:所述笔基包括与所述笔头相连的导墨管以及套设在所述导墨管外的外壳,所述外壳顶部设有进墨孔,所述储墨管底部设有出墨孔,所述储墨管可绕其轴线转动以使所述出墨孔与所述进墨孔错位或重叠。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的墨水笔,其特征在于:所述储墨管与所述笔杆一体成型,所述笔杆底部固设有连接头,所述笔基的外壳顶部设有与所述连接头转动配合连接的圆环导槽,所述圆环导槽的轴线与所述储墨管的轴线重合。
