收集12例动物咬伤患者,患者随机分配至试验组或对照组,伤口缝合后分别采用贻贝粘蛋白固化的纱布和在使用前喷涂贻贝粘蛋白溶液的纱布治疗。Twelve animal bites were collected and randomly assigned to the test group or the control group. The wounds were sutured with mussel mucin-cured gauze and gauze sprayed with mussel mucin solution before use.
术后14天观察伤口部位的愈合情况。采用贻贝粘蛋白固化纱布对患者治疗后,有5例完全愈合,表现为创面无渗出,基底被新生上皮所覆盖,1例未完全愈合,愈合率达到95.32%。采用在使用前喷涂贻贝粘蛋白溶液的纱布对患者治疗后,3例完全愈合,平均愈合率为85.28%。可以看出,固化贻贝粘蛋白的纱布显著有利于促进动物咬伤创面的愈合。 The healing of the wound site was observed 14 days after surgery. After treatment with mussel mucin-cured gauze, 5 patients completely healed, showing no wound exudation, the base was covered by neoplastic epithelium, and 1 case was not completely healed, and the healing rate reached 95.32%. After treatment with patients with gauze sprayed with mussel mucin solution before use, 3 patients completely healed with an average healing rate of 85.28%. It can be seen that the gauze of the cured mussel mucin is significantly beneficial for promoting the healing of the bite wound of the animal.
