Abstract
L'invention concerne des dispositifs de vissage et de dévissage de connexion filetées lors du forage et de la réparation de puits dans l'industrie du gaz et du pétrole. Le résultat technique consiste en une amélioration des caractéristiques d'exploitation lors du fonctionnement de l'unité de rotor de la clé hydraulique. L'unité de rotor de la clé hydraulique comprend un rotor (1) en forme de couronne dentée, des galets (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) montés sur le rotor, un anneau denté interne (7) entrant en contact avec une bande de freinage (19) et un insert denté (8) fixé sur l'anneau denté interne et comprenant deux plaques crantées (9) et une mâchoire mobile (10) se présentant d'un côté sous forme d'un corps convexe et comprenant, du côté opposé, une plaque crantée (11). La mâchoire mobile sur le côté en forme de corps convexe comporte des surfaces de travail formées par des parties en intersection de surfaces cylindriques de différents diamètres sur lesquelles se produisent le vissage, le dévissage et le retour de la mâchoire en position initiale. L'unité de rotor de la clé hydraulique comprend également,fixé rigidement au rotor, un commutateur (12) du sens de rotation avec fixations (15) avec lesquels il tourne dans les limites de la fente (16) de l'anneau denté interne formée selon un arc de cercle ayant un angle de 125°. Le commutateur et la fente de l'anneau denté interne sont disposés sur un côté du rotor opposé à sa fente.
