Description

雾化器及其电子烟 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟领域,特别涉及一种雾化器及其电子烟。
背景技术
雾化器作为电子烟中的重要组成部件,其主要作用是在电驱动下加热烟液形成烟雾以供用户使用。现有的雾化器分为一次性雾化器和可重复使用雾化器。其中,一次性雾化器因内部的烟液量有限,因此当烟液耗尽时,整个雾化器(包括烟液瓶和雾化组件)都会被丢弃,这就使得用户的使用成本很高,而且也会造成环境污染。而可重复使用雾化器在烟液耗尽时可以进行注液。但由于烟液瓶的注液口较小,用户不易观察,因此,易造成注液过满溢出,弄脏电子烟或用户的手。另一方面,烟液瓶基本上无法清洁,用户在更换不同口味烟液时,容易造成口味混合。
实用新型内容
基于此,有必要提供一种烟液瓶易清洁且可更换的雾化器。
还有必要提供一种带有该雾化器的电子烟。
一种雾化器包括用于储存烟液的烟液瓶以及用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件,所述雾化组件的一端收容于所述烟液瓶内,所述雾化组件的另一端可拆卸地连接于所述烟液瓶的瓶口外,所述雾化组件包括雾化头,所述雾化头包括均相对所述烟液瓶底部设置的雾化头正极及雾化头负极,使得所述电子烟的电池装置可在所述雾化组件的上方与所述雾化头电连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化组件还包括进出气组件,所述雾化头收容于所述烟液瓶内,所述进出气组件的一端收容于所述烟液瓶内并与所述雾化头可拆卸地连接,所述进出气组件的另一端可拆卸地连接于所述烟液瓶的瓶口外并设置有与外界连通的进 气口及供烟雾排出的出烟口。
在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化头还包括雾化头底座、雾化头套管、电热丝组件以及第一绝缘圈,所述雾化头底座位于所述烟液瓶的底部,且所述雾化头底座上开设有与所述烟液瓶连通的进液槽,所述雾化头套管用作所述雾化头负极,且所述雾化头套管的一端套设于所述雾化头底座上,所述雾化头正极与所述电热丝组件均收容于所述雾化头套管内,并沿所述雾化组件的轴向依次安装,所述第一绝缘圈设置于所述雾化头正极与所述雾化头套管之间,用于电气隔离。
在其中一个实施例中,所述电热丝组件包括导液件及发热丝,所述导液件沿所述雾化组件的轴向延伸并与所述进液槽连通,所述导液件沿轴向贯穿开设有收容孔,所述发热丝沿所述导液件的轴向收容于所述收容孔内,所述雾化头正极设置于所述导液件的上方,且开设有与所述收容孔连通用于烟雾流通的透气孔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述进出气组件包括其内设置有进气通道的进气管,所述进气管包括连接端及进气端,所述进气通道连通于所述连接端和所述进气端之间;所述连接端伸入所述烟液瓶内并可拆卸地连接于所述雾化头套管远离所述雾化头底座的一端,所述进气端可拆卸地连接于所述烟液瓶的瓶口外,所述进气口开设于所述进气端上并与所述进气通道连通。
在其中一个实施例中,所述进出气组件还包括均设置于所述进气管内的出烟管与出烟管固定座,所述出烟管固定座安装于所述进气端内,所述出烟管包括相互连通的进烟端与出烟端,所述出烟端固定于所述出烟管固定座上,所述进烟端插设于所述进气管的所述连接端内并与所述透气孔连通,所述进烟端上设置有与所述进气通道连通的进气槽。
在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化组件还包括雾化组件固定座,所述出烟管固定座上 设置有出气槽,所述雾化组件固定座可拆卸地连接于所述进气端远离所述烟液瓶的一端且其上设置有与所述出气槽连通的所述出烟口,所述透气孔、所述进烟端、所述出烟端、所述出气槽以及所述出烟口共同形成与所述进气通道连通的第一出烟通道。
在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化组件还包括固定件与第二绝缘圈,所述固定件的一端穿过所述雾化组件固定座并与所述出烟管固定座连接,所述第二绝缘圈套设于所述固定件外并电气隔离于所述固定件与所述雾化组件固定座之间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化组件还包括密封圈,所述密封圈设置于所述雾化组件固定座与所述出烟管固定座之间。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括出烟管、进气管、正极件、负极件,所述雾化头正极电连接所述出烟管的一端,所述出烟管的另一端电连接所述正极件;所述雾化头负极电连接所述进气管的一端,所述进气管的另一端电连接所述负极件;所述出烟管和进气管可以导电。
在其中一个实施例中,所述正极件包括固定件和出烟管固定座,所述负极件包括雾化组件固定座,所述雾化头正极、出烟管、出烟管固定座、固定件依次电连接;所述雾化头负极、进气管、雾化组件固定座依次电连接,所述出烟管固定座、固定件、雾化组件固定座均可以导电。
在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化头正极与雾化头负极之间设置有第一绝缘圈,所述固定件与所述雾化组件固定座之间设置有第二绝缘圈,所述雾化组件固定座与出烟管固定座之间设置有密封圈。
在其中一个实施例中,所述进气管套设在出烟管外侧,所述进气管与所述出烟管之间的空间构成进气通道,所述出烟管底端设置有与进气通道连通的进气槽。
在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化头顶部设有透气孔,所述透气孔与出烟管内部连通, 所述透气孔用于烟雾流通。
在其中一个实施例中,所述雾化组件固定座中心处向远离雾化头方向凸出有中空的连接部,所述连接部内部设置有固定件,所述第二绝缘圈夹设在固定件与连接部之间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述出烟管固定座上设置有与出烟管连通的出气槽,所述雾化组件固定座上位于连接部旁侧设有与出气槽连通的出烟口。
在其中一个实施例中,所述连接部设有与电池装置连接的可拆卸连接结构。
一种电子烟,其包括主体、均设置于所述主体上的电池装置、雾化器以及烟嘴,所述电池装置与所述雾化器电连接,所述烟嘴与所述雾化器连通,所述雾化器为上述所述的雾化器。
在其中一个实施例中,所述主体内开设有第二出烟通道,用于连通所述烟嘴与所述雾化器。
本实用新型的雾化器中烟液瓶与雾化组件可拆卸地设置,因此当烟液耗尽时,烟液瓶可整体拆卸,方便用户观察注液;用户也可直接安装装有烟液的新烟液瓶,将旧烟液瓶丢弃;并且雾化头的正负极上置,使得烟液瓶的结构简单、功能单一,因此,烟液瓶的更换成本较低,而且雾化组件仍可使用,进一步降低了一次性使用成本。另外,烟液瓶内不设置任何电子器件,因此可彻底清洁,以免用户在更换不同口味烟液时造成口味混合。

请参看图1,本实用新型的另一实施例中,电子烟100包括主体10、均设置于主体10上的电池装置20、雾化器30以及烟嘴40。其中,本实施例的所述主体10大体呈长方体,可以理解的,所述主体10为容纳电池装置20、雾化器30的壳体,具体形状并不做限定。本实施例中所述电池装置20与雾化器30沿垂直于主体10轴向的方向并排设置于主体10的两侧,且电池装置20与雾化器30电连接,用于为雾化器30提供电驱动。烟嘴40设置于主体10的一端并与雾化器30连通,便于用户通过烟嘴40进行吸烟。可以理解地,在其它一些实施例中,电池装置20与雾化器30之间的位置关系可以根据需要而定,例如,两者沿主体10轴向设置于主体10的上下两端亦可,在此不用限定。
进一步地,主体10上与雾化器30相同的一侧还设置有显示装置安装槽13,用于安装显示装置,以对电子烟100的各种工作状态进行显示。
请参看图2与图3,雾化器30包括用于储存烟液的烟液瓶31以及用于雾化烟液的雾化组件33。所述雾化组件的一端收容于所述烟液瓶31内,所述雾化组件的另一端可拆卸地连接于所述烟液瓶31的瓶口外,进一步的,雾化组件33包括雾化头330及进出气组件340。雾化头330收容于烟液瓶31内,进出气组件340的一端收容于烟液瓶31内并与雾化头330可拆卸地连接,进出气组件340的另一端可拆卸地连接于烟液瓶31的瓶口外并设置有与外界连通的进气口350及供烟雾排出的出烟口360。所述雾化头330包括均相对所述烟液瓶31底部设置的雾化头正极333及雾化头负极,使得电子烟的电池装置20可在所述雾化组件的上方与所述雾化头330电连接。
具体地,进出气组件340包括其内设置有进气通道3410的进气管341、均设置于进气管341内的出烟管342与出烟管固定座343。
具体地,雾化头330包括雾化头底座331、雾化头套管332、电热丝组件(未标号)、雾化头正极333以及第一绝缘圈334。
请一并参看图4、图6,雾化头底座331位于烟液瓶31的底部,且其上开设有与烟液瓶31连通用于流通烟液的进液槽3310。雾化头套管332为两端开口的管状,其一端套设于雾化头底座331上,另一端外周设置有外螺纹3321。
本实施例中,雾化头正极333与电热丝组件均收容于雾化头套管332内,并沿雾化组件33的轴向依次安装。电热丝组件包括导液件335及发热丝336。导液件335沿雾化组件33的轴向延伸并与进液槽3310连通,其沿轴向贯穿开设有收容孔3350。发热丝336沿导液件335的轴向收容于收容孔3350内。在其他未示出的一个实施例中,所述导液件335收容于所述发热丝336内。
所述雾化头正极333设置在雾化头330顶部,所述雾化头正极333上方设置有出烟管342,所述雾化头正极333与出烟管342底端电连接。且雾化头330顶部设有分别与 雾化头330内部以及出烟管342连通的透气孔3330。
本实施例中,所述雾化头正极333为环状结构且设置于导液件335的上方,且所述透气孔3330开设在所述雾化头正极333中央,所述透气孔3330与收容孔3350连通用于烟雾流通,而雾化头套管332则作为雾化头负极。所述发热丝336的两端分别电连接雾化套管332和雾化头正极333。这样,便可在雾化头330的上方与出烟管342、进气管341电连接。在其它的一个实施例中,所述雾化头正极333为片状结构,且凸出设置在雾化头套管342上方并夹持在出烟管342侧壁与出烟管342电连接,所述雾化头套管342作为雾化头负极。
通过将雾化头正极333从雾化头330底部移到了雾化头330顶部,使得电池装置20在雾化头330顶部与雾化头330电连接,而若在雾化头330的下方与电池装置20电连接,则还需穿透烟液瓶31底部,并在烟液瓶31底部设置用于电连接雾化头330和电池装置20的电极接触元件。雾化头330的正负极上置,使得烟液瓶31的结构简单、功能单一,不包括任何电子器件而只用于存储烟液,便于实现烟液瓶31的拆卸、安装及清洁,也降低了烟液瓶31的更换成本。
第一绝缘圈334设置于雾化头正极333与雾化头套管332之间,用于电气隔离。所述出烟管342、进气管341至少含有部分导电材料,例如用黄铜、不锈钢等金属材料制成,可以导电。所述雾化器30还包括正极件(图未示),负极件(图未示),所述出烟管342的一端电连接所述雾化头正极333,所述出烟管342的另一端电连接所述正极件;所述进气管341的一端电连接所述雾化头套管332,所述进气管341的另一端电连接所述负极件。
本实施例中,所述正极件包括固定件36和出烟管固定座343,所述负极件包括雾化组件固定座35,所述雾化头正极333、出烟管固定座343、固定件36依次电连接;所述 雾化头套管332、进气管341、雾化组件固定座35依次电连接。
所述进气管341套设在出烟管342外侧,所述进气管341与所述出烟管342之间的空间构成进气通道3410,所述出烟管342底端侧壁设置有进气通道3410连通的进气槽3425。
所述进气管341包括连接端3412及进气端3413。其中,连接端3412伸入烟液瓶31内并螺纹连接于雾化头套管332远离雾化头底座331一端的外螺纹3321上。进气端3413螺纹连接于烟液瓶31的瓶口外,其内壁面上沿周向向内凸出形成环形的凸缘3414。进气通道3410连通于连接端3412与进气端3413之间。进气口350开设于进气端3413上并与进气通道3410连通,可以理解的,所述烟液瓶31与进气端3413还可以通过卡接,插接等其他可拆卸方式连接。
出烟管固定座343安装于进气端3413内的凸缘3414上。出烟管34 2为两端贯穿的管状,其包括相互连通的进烟端3421与出烟端3423。出烟端3423固定于出烟管固定座343上,进烟端3421插设于进气管341的连接端3412内并与透气孔3330连通,从而经发热丝336雾化的烟雾将通过透气孔3330进入进烟端3421内,并由出烟端3423流出。同时,进烟端3421上设置有与进气通道3410连通的进气槽3425,以便在用户抽吸动作下,外界的空气经进气口350进入进气通道3410后再经进气槽3425进入出烟管342并与出烟管342内雾化的烟雾混合。
进一步地,请结合参看图4与图5,雾化组件33还包括雾化组件固定座35。所述雾化组件固定座35大体呈圆盘状,所述雾化组件固定座35中心处向远离雾化头330方向凸出有中空的连接部3511,出烟管固定座343上设置有与出烟管342连通的出气槽3430。所述连接部3511内部设置固定件36,所述雾化组件固定座35上位于连接部3511旁侧设有与出气槽3430连通的出烟口360。所述连接部3511设有与电池装置20连接的 可拆卸连接结构,本实施例中可拆卸连接结构为外螺纹。雾化组件固定座35螺纹连接于进气端3413远离烟液瓶31的一端,出烟口360设置于雾化组件固定座35上并与出气槽3430连通。如此,透气孔3330、进烟端3421、出烟端3423、出气槽3430以及出烟口360共同形成与进气通道3410连通的第一出烟通道3427。请一并参看图5,主体10内开设有第二出烟通道3429,用于连通烟嘴40与第一出烟通道3427。在使用时,经发热丝336雾化后的烟液经第一出烟通道3427与第二出烟通道3429流出并经烟嘴40供用户吸入。
进一步地,雾化组件33还包括第二绝缘圈37。所述固定件36的一端穿过雾化组件固定座35并螺接于出烟管固定座343上,第二绝缘圈37套设于固定件36外并电气隔离于固定件36与雾化组件固定座35之间。在本具体实施例中,固定件36为螺钉,可以理解的,其他导电元件也同样适用。
进一步地,雾化组件33还包括密封圈38。密封圈38设置于雾化组件固定座35与出烟管固定座343之间。所述密封圈38还用于电气隔离所述雾化组件固定座35与出烟管固定座343。
需要说明的是,所述雾化组件固定座35与出烟管固定座343均为导电材料制成,可以导电,例如用黄铜、不锈钢等金属材料制成。本实施例通过将雾化头正极333上移至雾化头330顶部,并将所述雾化头正极333、出烟管342、出烟管固定座343、固定件36依次电连接形成正极电路;所述雾化头套管332、进气管341、雾化组件固定座35依次电连接形成负极电路,当所述连接部3511与电池装置20连接时,电池装置20正极与固定件36电连接,电池装置20负极与雾化组件固定座35电连接,这样正极电路与负极电路构成闭合回路,使得电池装置20为雾化头330供电,从而烟液瓶31中不含有任何电子部件,当更换烟液瓶31时极大的节省了成本。
当需要注液时,只需要将烟液瓶31顶部与进气管341的进气端3413分离,即可拆卸烟液瓶31,注满烟液后重新装配上即可,当然因为本实用新型的烟液瓶31中不含电子元件,成本非常低廉,也可以直接采用新的的烟液瓶31直接旧的烟液瓶31,将烟液瓶31当成一次性消耗品。
本实用新型的雾化器30中烟液瓶31与雾化组件33可拆卸地设置,因此当烟液耗尽时,烟液瓶31可整体拆卸,方便用户观察注液;用户也可直接安装装有烟液的新烟液瓶31,将旧烟液瓶31丢弃;并且雾化头330的正负极上置,使得烟液瓶31的结构简单、功能单一,因此,烟液瓶31的更换成本较低,而且雾化组件33仍可使用,进一步降低了一次性使用成本。另外,烟液瓶31内不设置任何电子器件,因此,烟液瓶31可彻底清洁,以免用户在更换不同口味烟液时造成口味混合。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种雾化器,用于电子烟,其特征在于:包括用于储存烟液的烟液瓶以及用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件,所述雾化组件的一端收容于所述烟液瓶内,所述雾化组件的另一端可拆卸地连接于所述烟液瓶的瓶口外,所述雾化组件包括雾化头,所述雾化头包括均相对所述烟液瓶底部设置的雾化头正极及雾化头负极,使得电子烟的电池装置可在所述雾化组件的上方与所述雾化头电连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括进出气组件,所述雾化头收容于所述烟液瓶内,所述进出气组件的一端收容于所述烟液瓶内并与所述雾化头可拆卸地连接,所述进出气组件的另一端可拆卸地连接于所述烟液瓶的瓶口外并设置有与外界连通的进气口及供烟雾排出的出烟口。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化头还包括雾化头底座、雾化头套管、电热丝组件以及第一绝缘圈,所述雾化头底座位于所述烟液瓶的底部,且所述雾化头底座上开设有与所述烟液瓶连通的进液槽,所述雾化头套管用作所述雾化头负极,且所述雾化头套管的一端套设于所述雾化头底座上,所述电热丝组件收容于所述雾化头套管内,所述第一绝缘圈设置于所述雾化头正极与所述雾化头套管之间,用于电气隔离。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述电热丝组件包括导液件及发热丝。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述导液件沿所述雾化组件的轴向延伸并与所述进液槽连通,所述导液件沿轴向贯穿开设有收容孔,所述发热丝沿所述导液件的轴向收容于所述收容孔内,所述雾化头正极设置于所述导液件的上方,且开设有与所述收容孔连通用于烟雾流通的透气孔。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述进出气组件包括其内设置有进气通道的进气管,所述进气管包括连接端及进气端;所述连接端伸入所述烟液瓶内并可拆卸地连接于所述雾化头套管远离所述雾化头底座的一端,所述进气端可拆卸地连接于所述烟 液瓶的瓶口外,所述进气口开设于所述进气端上并与所述进气通道连通。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述进出气组件还包括均设置于所述进气管内的出烟管与出烟管固定座,所述出烟管固定座安装于所述进气端内,所述出烟管包括相互连通的进烟端与出烟端,所述出烟端固定于所述出烟管固定座上,所述进烟端插设于所述进气管的所述连接端内并与所述透气孔连通,所述进烟端上设置有与所述进气通道连通的进气槽。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括雾化组件固定座,所述出烟管固定座上设置有出气槽,所述雾化组件固定座可拆卸地连接于所述进气端远离所述烟液瓶的一端且其上设置有与所述出气槽连通的所述出烟口,所述透气孔、所述进烟端、所述出烟端、所述出气槽以及所述出烟口共同形成与所述进气通道连通的第一出烟通道。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括固定件与第二绝缘圈,所述固定件的一端穿过所述雾化组件固定座并与所述出烟管固定座连接,所述第二绝缘圈套设于所述固定件外并电气隔离于所述固定件与所述雾化组件固定座之间。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括密封圈,所述密封圈设置于所述雾化组件固定座与所述出烟管固定座之间。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:还包括出烟管、进气管、正极件、负极件,所述雾化头正极电连接所述出烟管的一端,所述出烟管的另一端电连接所述正极件;所述雾化头负极电连接所述进气管的一端,所述进气管的另一端电连接所述负极件;所述出烟管和进气管可以导电。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述正极件包括固定件和出烟管固定座,所述负极件包括雾化组件固定座,所述雾化头正极、出烟管、出烟管固定座、固定 件依次电连接;所述雾化头负极、进气管、雾化组件固定座依次电连接,所述出烟管固定座、固定件、雾化组件固定座均可以导电。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化头正极与雾化头负极之间设置有第一绝缘圈,所述固定件与所述雾化组件固定座之间设置有第二绝缘圈,所述雾化组件固定座与出烟管固定座之间设置有密封圈。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述进气管套设在出烟管外侧,所述进气管与所述出烟管之间的空间构成进气通道,所述出烟管底端设置有与进气通道连通的进气槽。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化头顶部设有透气孔,所述透气孔与出烟管内部连通,所述透气孔用于烟雾流通。
  16. 如权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件固定座中心处向远离雾化头方向凸出设有中空的连接部,所述连接部内部设置有固定件,所述第二绝缘圈夹设在固定件与连接部之间。
  17. 如权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述出烟管固定座上设置有与出烟管连通的出气槽,所述雾化组件固定座上位于连接部旁侧设有与出气槽连通的出烟口。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接部设有与电池装置连接的可拆卸连接结构。
  19. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括主体、均设置于所述主体上的电池装置、雾化器以及烟嘴,所述电池装置与所述雾化器电连接,所述烟嘴与所述雾化器连通,所述雾化器为上述权利要求1至18中任意一项权利要求所述的雾化器。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述主体内开设有第二出烟通道,用于连通所述烟嘴与所述雾化器。
