Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture (10) pour une bouteille comprenant un organe verseur (16) et un bouchon en forme de coiffe (12, 14) associé à rotation à l'organe verseur. Des moyens anti-effraction sont intégrés dans l'ensemble bouchon de façon à produire une indication visible de l'ouverture initiale de celui-ci. Ces moyens comprennent plusieurs pattes latérales élastiques (26) de forme allongée le long d'une surface inférieure du bouchon, et une saillie annulaire (28) sur une surface latérale extérieure de l'organe verseur. La saillie (28) présente un profil inférieur incurvé, orienté en direction d'une partie inférieure de l'organe verseur, et un profil supérieur plat, orienté en direction d'une partie supérieure de l'organe verseur. Lors de la première ouverture du dispositif de fermeture, lesdites pattes (26) peuvent passer par-dessus la saillie, tandis que lors d'une fermeture ultérieure lesdites pattes (26) s'arrêtent sur la saillie annulaire, du fait du profil supérieur plat de la saillie annulaire, ceci limitant une course de revissage du bouchon sur l'organe verseur.
