目前,电子烟已经成为市场上一种比较成熟的吸烟替代品,其通过电池对雾化头中的发热丝进行供电,使发热丝在电驱动下加热烟液产生烟雾,从而使用户获得吸烟体验。
现有的雾化器当中,注液口与调气装置一般分开设置,使得雾化器结构复杂。而且,当雾化器需要注入烟液时,一般都是直接注入烟液,用户往往会忘记通过调气装置关闭进气通道,从而忘记考虑压差的存在会使得雾化头之中的烟液渗出,从而影响用户的正常使用和使用体验度。

进一步的,雾化组件包括雾化头、通气管以及雾化套管,雾化头套设在雾化套管之中,雾化头的上端与通气管的下端固定连接,雾化器处于调节进气状态时,动片注液口与静片注液口错开关闭,外部气体通过调节环和连接件之间的间隙、动片进气口、静片进气口、连接件的凹腔进入到雾化套管与雾化头之间的缝隙中,最后经由设置在雾化头上的气流入口进入到雾化头之中,并携带雾化后的烟液从通气管流出。
进一步的,储液组件还包括外套管和底部组件,底部组件连接在外套管的下端,底部组件包括下盖、硅胶密封圈以及电极连接组件,硅胶密封圈设置在下盖的上端,使下盖与外套管过盈连接,电极连接组件设置在下盖的下端,将雾化组件与电源电性连接。
进一步的,连接件设置在外套管的上端,连接件与外套管之间设置有密封装置。
进一步的,下盖的上端面上设置有烟液槽,烟液槽连通储液腔和雾化组件。
进一步的,雾化组件包括雾化头、通气管以及雾化套管,雾化头套设在雾化套管之中,雾化头的上端与通气管的下端固定连接,雾化头的下端与电极连接组件电性连接。
进一步的,通气管穿过连接件、静片、动片与烟嘴连接件的下端固定连接,通气管连通雾化头的烟气通道和烟嘴连接件的出烟口。
进一步的,雾化头的侧壁设置有气流入口,雾化器处于调节进气状态时,动片进气口、静片进气口与气流入口相通,连接件进液口、动片注液口错开关闭。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,该电子烟包括前述任一项的雾化器。
相较于现有技术,本发明所述的雾化器包括切换装置、储液组件以及雾化组件,雾化组件置于储液组件之中,切换装置包括配合设置的动片以及静片,动片可相对静片运动使雾化器在注液以及调节进气两种状态之间切换,动片与静片上开设有分别在注液和调节进气状态下对应导通的注液口和进气口。并且,当雾化器在注液状态时,进气被关闭,避免了当进气导通时出现压差,注液时可能会出现的烟液从雾化头之中渗出的情形。
本发明的优选实施方案及其有益效果,将结合具体实施方式进一步详细说明。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描 述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
参见图1-图5,本发明的其中一个实施例提供一种雾化器100,该雾化器100包括切换装置1、储液组件3以及雾化组件,雾化组件置于储液组件3之中,切换装置1设置在雾化组件的上部,并封闭在储液组件3敞口的一端,并可使雾化器100在注液以及调节进气两种状态之间切换,而本实施例的切换装置1包括相互贴合设置的动片13和静片14,该动片13可以相对静片14运动,从而使雾化器100在注液以及调节进气两种状态之间切换,优选的,根据本实施例的其中一个优选实施方式,动片13和静片14均为陶瓷制成,动片13与静片14之间光滑接触,本实施例所指的光滑接触是指动片13和静片14相互接触的表面的平面度均不超过0.04μm,且粗糙度均不超过0.007μm。本实施例当中,动片13和静片14上开设有分别在注液状态下和调节进气状态下对应导通的注液口和进气口,参见图9和图10,具体指的是,动片13的侧壁设置有动片注液口133和动片进气口132,静片14上设置有静片注液口142和静片进气口141,当雾化器100处于注液状态时,动片注液口133和静片注液口142导通,并与储液组件3连通;而当雾化器100处于调节进气状态时,则动片进气口132和静片进气口141导通,并与雾化组件连通,转动动片13,调节动片进气口132和静片进气口141的导通面积,即可调节进气。
参见图1、图4、图7和图8,本实施例的切换装置1还包括设置在动片13周侧的调节环12,调节环12与动片13之间相对静止连接,具体到本实施例的实施方式,是通过在调节环12的内侧边缘设置有止挡凸台121,而在动片13的上表面设置有止挡缺口131,装配时,将止挡凸台121卡入止挡缺口131之中,使得调节环12与动片13之间可以相对静止连接。可以理解的,该止挡凸台121与止挡缺口131当然也可以对调位置,原理与前述相同,在此不再赘述。本实施例之中,优选的将雾化器100设计为大体上的圆柱形,因此,调节环12和动片13也为圆柱形或者近似圆柱形,操作切换装置1时,只需扭转调节环12,即可带动动片13旋转,从而使得雾化器100可以在注液和调节进气两种状态之间切换。
参见图8-图10,根据本实施例的其中一个实施方式,动片13和静片14之间通过销钉16连接,动片13上设置有销钉安装孔134,而静片14上设置有销钉滑槽143,销钉16的一端固定在销钉安装孔134之中,另一端则可以沿销钉滑槽143往复运动。可以理解的,销钉滑槽143和销钉安装孔134也可以对调位置,即,将销钉滑槽143设置在动片13上,而将销钉安装孔134设置在静片14上。
参见图1、图2、图4和图5,本实施例的储液组件3包括外套管31和底部组件4,底部组件4连接在外套管31的下端,具体的,底部组件4包括下盖41、硅胶密封圈34以及电极连接组件,优选的,参见图2和图4,本实施例的电极连接组件包括第一电极接触42、密封圈43、第二电极接触44以及绝缘圈45,下盖41的底部具有通孔,第一电极接触42外部套设密封圈43并卡在该通孔的下方之中,而第二电极接触44的外部则套设有绝缘圈45并卡在该通孔的上方,其中第一电极接触42和第二电极接触44需要保持电性连接,图4中所示出的二者的电性连接方式是通过将第一电极接触42与第二电极接触44直接套设连接的方式,这样便于装配,提高了装配效率,当然也可以采用其他的方式,例如用导线进行连接等。
参见图1-图4,本实施例当中,储液组件3具有储液腔46,储液腔46主要由外套管31以及底部组件4围成,外套管31两端均为开放式的,底部组件4封闭外套管31的下端,而外套管31的上端则由切换装置1所封闭,具体的,切换装置1还包括连接设置在其下端的连接组件2,连接组件2具体包括设置在静片14周侧的连接件21,连接件21连接切换装置1和雾化组件,连接件21与外套管31的上端固定连接,在连接件21与外套管31连接处之间设置有密封装置33,该密封装置33可以防止储液腔46之中的烟液从连接件21与外套管31之间的缝隙渗出,具体的,密封装置33可以是硅胶圈或者其他的密封胶片等等,较佳的,参见图2和图4,在连接件21和静片14的接触面之间还设置有内衬环15,内衬环15可以由硅胶或者橡胶材料制成,内衬环15可以减小连接件21对静片14的磨损,还可以使得静片14固定设置在连接件21内,防止静片14任意滑动。
参见图11,该连接件21包括一凹腔214,静片14固设在凹腔214之中,例如,静片14可以通过过盈的方式卡在凹腔214之中,凹腔214的下端内壁面设置有连接件定位孔212,连接件定位孔212连通凹腔214和储液腔46。参见图4和图10,本实施例当中,静片14是这样固设在凹腔214之中的:该连接件定位孔212突出于凹腔214的下端内壁面,因此连接件定位孔212的边缘就与凹腔214的下端内壁面不在同一平面上,有了一定的高度,静片注液口142由此可以套设在连接件定位孔212的外周。
参见图6,为了更好的利用雾化器100的内部空间,扩大储液腔46的储液能力,根据本实施例的一个优选实施方式,下盖41的上端面设置有烟液槽411,注入的烟液在储液腔46之中可以通过该烟液槽411、设置在雾化头5上的进液口53进入到雾化头5之中,被雾化头5的吸液件51所吸收,从而供发热件52加热进行雾化过程。
参见图4和图5,本实施例的雾化组件包括雾化头5、通气管23以及雾化套管32,雾化头5套设在雾化套管32之中,而雾化头5的上端与通气管23的下端固定连接,雾化头5的下端则与电极连接组件电性连接。较佳的,根据本实施例的一个优选实施方式,通气管23穿过连接件21、静片14、动片13与烟嘴连接件11的下端固定连接,通气管23连通雾化头5的烟气通道和烟嘴连接件11的出烟口111,雾化套管32的上端通过螺纹与固设在连接件21下端的螺纹连接环22连接,更换雾化头5时,只需将雾化组件整体从电子烟上分离,然后再将雾化套管32从其上剥离即可更换雾化头5。
参见图5、图9和图10,本实施例的进气方式是这样的,通过切换装置1使雾化器100切换到调节进气状态,外部气体通过调节环12和连接件21之间的间隙、设置在动片13上的动片进气口132、设置在静片14上的静片进气口141、连接件21的凹腔214进入到雾化套管32与雾化头5之间的缝隙中,最后经由设置在雾化头5上的气流入口54进入到雾化头5之中,参与雾化作用,具体来说,结合图4,发热件52加热烟液,使烟液雾化,外部气体通过气流入口54进入雾化头5之中,带走雾化的烟液,经过雾化头5的烟气通道、通气管23以及烟嘴连接件11的出烟口111被用户吸食。
参见图5,前述雾化器100处于调节进气状态,是指继续操作切换装置1,具体可以是继续扭转调节环12,带动动片21转动,从而改变动片进气口132与静片进气 口141的连通面积,使得单位时间内通过的外部气体流量发生变化,从而达到调节进气的目的。更进一步的,本实施例为了克服雾化头5过分吸收烟液,导致烟气通道内残留烟液,用户吸食时会产生“咕噜咕噜”的异响,而且容易被用户吸入,本实施例通过设计注液口和进气口的相对位置,使得当雾化器100处于注液状态时,连接件进液口211、动片注液口133、静片注液口142、连接件定位孔212相通,而动片进气口132与静片进气口141错开关闭,这样使得雾化头5的进气通道被封闭,从而避免当注液时,因雾化头5的进气通道也是敞开的,与雾化头5的烟气通道连通,烟液可能会因压差的存在,而被吸液件51过分吸收而渗出。所以本实施例通过在注液时,将雾化头5的进气通道封闭,从而保证吸液件51不会过分吸收烟液。可以理解的,当雾化器100处于调节进气状态时,动片注液口133和静片注液口142之间是封闭的,而动片进气口132与静片进气口141则是导通的,进一步旋转调节环12,还可以调节动片进气口132与静片进气口141的连通面积。
根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种电子烟,参见图12,该电子烟包括前述任一项实施例的雾化器100,在其中一个优选实施例当中,该电子烟还包括与雾化器100连接的电池200,电池200上有控制雾化器100工作状态的开关201,为了方便用户健康卫生的吸食,可以在雾化器100的上端可拆卸的设置烟嘴47,用户可以更换烟嘴47,达到健康吸食的目的。
只要不违背本发明创造的思想,对本发明的各种不同实施例进行任意组合,均应当视为本发明公开的内容;在本发明的技术构思范围内,对技术方案进行多种简单的变型及不同实施例进行的不违背本发明创造的思想的任意组合,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器包括切换装置、储液组件以及雾化组件,所述雾化组件置于所述储液组件之中,所述切换装置设置在所述雾化组件的上部并封闭所述储液组件敞口的一端,所述切换装置包括相互配合设置的动片和静片,所述动片可相对所述静片运动使所述雾化器在注液以及调节进气两种状态之间切换,所述动片设置有动片注液口和动片进气口,所述静片上设置有静片注液口和静片进气口,所述雾化器处于所述注液状态时,所述动片注液口和所述静片注液口导通并与所述储液组件流体相通,所述动片进气口与所述静片进气口错开关闭;所述雾化器处于调节进气状态时,所述动片进气口与所述静片进气口导通,所述动片注液口和所述静片注液口错开关闭,转动所述动片可改变所述动片进气口与所述静片进气口的导通面积。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述动片和所述静片均为陶瓷制成,所述动片和所述静片之间光滑接触。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述动片与所述静片之间通过销钉连接,所述动片上设置有销钉安装孔/销钉滑槽,对应所述静片上设置有销钉滑槽/销钉安装孔,所述销钉的一端固定在所述销钉安装孔内,所述销钉的另一端可沿所述销钉滑槽往复运动。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述切换装置还包括设置在所述动片周侧的调节环,所述调节环与所述动片相对静止连接,转动所述调节环带动所述动片旋转,从而使所述雾化器在所述调节进气状态与所述注液状态之间切换。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器还包括连接件,所述连接件连接所述切换装置和所述雾化组件,所述连接件包括一凹腔,所述静片固设于所述凹腔之中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液组件包括储液腔,所述凹腔的下端内壁面设置有连接件定位孔,所述凹腔通过所述连接件定位孔与所述储液腔连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件定位孔突出于所述凹腔的下端内壁面,所述静片注液口套设在所述连接件定位孔外周。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述动片注液口设置在所述动片侧壁,所述连接件的侧壁设置有连接件进液口,当所述雾化器处于所述注液状态时,所述连接件进液口、动片注液口、静片注液口、连接件定位孔连通,所述动片进气口与所述静片进气口错开关闭。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括雾化头、通气管以及雾化套管,所述雾化头套设在所述雾化套管之中,所述雾化头的上端与所述通气管的下端固定连接,所述雾化器处于所述调节进气状态时,所述动片注液口与所述静片注液口错开关闭,外部气体通过所述调节环和所述连接件之间的间隙、所述动片进气口、所述静片进气口、所述连接件的凹腔进入到所述雾化套管与所述雾化头之 间的缝隙中,最后经由设置在雾化头上的气流入口进入到雾化头之中,并携带雾化后的烟液从所述通气管流出。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液组件还包括外套管和底部组件,所述底部组件连接在所述外套管的下端,所述底部组件包括下盖、硅胶密封圈以及电极连接组件,所述硅胶密封圈设置在所述下盖的上端,使所述下盖与所述外套管过盈连接,所述电极连接组件设置在所述下盖的下端,将所述雾化组件与电源电性连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件设置在所述外套管的上端,所述连接件与所述外套管之间设置有密封装置。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述下盖的上端面上设置有烟液槽,所述烟液槽连通所述储液腔和所述雾化组件。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括雾化头、通气管以及雾化套管,所述雾化头套设在所述雾化套管之中,所述雾化头的上端与所述通气管的下端固定连接,所述雾化头的下端与所述电极连接组件电性连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述通气管穿过所述连接件、静片、动片与烟嘴连接件的下端固定连接,所述通气管连通所述雾化头的烟气通道和所述烟嘴连接件的出烟口。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化头的侧壁设置有气流入口,所述雾化器处于所述调节进气状态时,所述动片进气口、静片进气口与所述气流入口相通,所述连接件进液口、动片注液口错开关闭。
  16. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括权利要求1-15任一项所述的雾化器。
