预先在智能终端上设置闹钟时间;
智能终端根据设置的闹钟时间,以及对用户在所述闹钟时间前后是否使用所述智能终端的周期时间进行记录,统计出用户规律的作息时间;
智能终端控制在所述规律的作息时间内,后台关闭智能终端的推送信息功能;在闹钟触发后,再开启推送信息功能。

消息推送控制模块,用于控制智能终端在所述规律的作息时间内,后台关闭智能终端的推送信息功能;在闹钟触发后,再开启推送信息功能。

有益效果
本发明通过对一段时间内的闹铃触发进行记录,从而统计出用户的作息时间规律,并控制智能终端在统计得到的作息时间内关闭信息推送功能,使智能终端拥有自动优化信息推送时间的功能。采用本发明可根据用户设置的闹钟时间,在闹钟触发前、用户的休息或者工作时间内,屏蔽推送信息功能,在闹钟触发后,再开启推送信息功能,优化推送时间,避免了在用户休息或工作期间推送信息对用户的打扰,为用户提供了方便。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参见图1,图1是本发明提供的根据闹钟时间优化推送信息时间的方法的较佳实施例的流程图,所述方法包括:
S100、预先在智能终端上设置闹钟时间。
在日常生活中,智能终端一般都安装有较多的应用,各种应用推送的各种信息或广告层出不穷。虽然一般的应用都有关闭消息推送的设置,但当用户根据自身需求需要了解相关及时新闻或其它消息时,则会开启应用的信息推送功能。然而在用户休息或工作期间,各种消息推送将给用户造成困扰。本发明具体实施时,将用户设置的闹铃时间与信息推送功能的开启关闭相关联结合,以优化消息推送时间,从而避免了在用户休息或工作期间推送信息对用户的打扰。
所述智能终端可以为智能手机或者平板电脑;本发明中以智能手机为例进行说明,具体实施时,用户可以根据需要预先在智能终端上设置闹钟时间;优选地,可以为起床闹钟与睡眠闹钟;譬如,智能手机接收用户操作指令设置起床闹钟为早上7点。则手机开启闹铃功能后,在设置的时间早上7点会自动触发响铃,以提醒用户起床或睡觉。
S200、智能终端根据设置的闹钟时间,以及对用户在所述闹钟时间前后是否使用所述智能终端的周期时间进行记录,统计出用户规律的作息时间。
本发明具体实施时,智能终端根据设置的闹钟时间,以及对用户在所述闹钟时间前后是否使用所述智能终端的周期时间进行记录,统计出用户规律的作息时间;具体为智能手机在一个预先设置的周期内记录用户设置的闹钟时间前后使用手机的时间信息,如手机使用时间点,使用时长等,从而统计出用户规律的作息时间。本发明具体实施时,所述预定周期可以为7天,则在日常使用手机时,当用户设置好闹铃时钟后,手机会记录7天时间里每一天早上7点前后用户使用手机的情况,比如起床闹种设置为早上7:00,如果记录到晚上12:00以后至早上7:00以前为用户不经常使用手机的时间,则为用户规律的作息时间。
本发明具体实施时,所述步骤S200包括:
S201、智能终端接收用户设置的闹钟时间,后台记录该闹钟时间并统计一预定周期的闹钟触发,以统计用户规律的作息时间。譬如,在用户设置好手机起床闹钟后,后台自动记录其在一周内每天起床闹钟响铃触发信息,用以统计用户规律的作息时间。
进一步地,若所设置的闹钟时间有变化,则以当前最新闹钟为起始点,继续记录该闹钟时间并统计一预定周期的闹钟触发,以统计用户规律的作息时间。譬如,当用户将起床闹铃从早上7点调整到早上6点30分,则智能手机将重新记录一周内该调整后闹铃的触发,以及在这一闹钟调整后一周内每天早上6点30分前手机未被使用的时长,以统计用户的作息时间规律。
S202、智能终端的后台计算出用户每天在闹钟触发前多长时间未使用智能终端,记录该未使用智能终端的时间长度T,并统计所述一预定周期。譬如,手机在一周内记录每天起床闹钟触发响铃前用户未使用手机的时间长度,一周内记录到的闹钟响铃前用户未使用手机的时间长度分别为T1、T2、T3、T4、T5、T6、T7,则在第一次记录得到在起床闹钟7点前用户未使用手机的时间从上一天晚上11点到第二天的早上7点,则未使用手机的时长T1为8小时。
进一步地,智能终端的后台计算出用户每天在闹钟触发前多长时间未使用手机,或者每次使用手机时间少于第一预定时间,则继续判断为未使用手机,记录该未使用手机的时间长度T,并统计所述一预定周期。本发明具体实施时,所述第一预定时间为30秒,即在智能终端的后台计算出用户每天每次使用手机时间少于30秒,则将该次使用手机仍判断为未使用手机,如凌晨1点用户操作打开一条刚发来的短信,看完即时关闭手机,在使用手机的过程未超过30秒,则手机在后台记录时仍将该次使用判定为未使用。
S203、根据在所述一预定周期内的每天未使用智能终端的时间长度T,计算平均值或有效值或中间数,统计出用户规律的作息时间Tc,判断用户该段时间可能正在休息或者其他有规律的事物。譬如,根据在步骤S202中得到的一周内记录的闹钟响铃前用户未使用手机的时间长度:T1、T2、T3、T4、T5、T6、T7,可计算得到这些数据的平均值或有效值或中间数,作为用户规律的作息时间,在该作息时间内有可能用户正在休息。如若T1~T7中有3个8小时、3个7小时、1个7.5小时,则可将计算得到的平均数7.5小时作为用户在起床闹钟前的休息时间。
S300、智能终端控制在所述规律的作息时间内,后台关闭智能终端的推送信息功能;在闹钟触发后,再开启推送信息功能。
譬如,若智能手机计算得到用户的作息时间为7.5小时,则在起床闹钟早上7点前的7.5小时内,手机后台控制关闭推送信息功能,以避免在用户作息时间内应用自动推送消息从而影响用户休息;而在闹钟触发后,即在本发明中起床闹钟7点响铃后,后台再开启推送信息功能,这样用户既不会错过重要的推送信息,也不会在休息时间内受诸多推送消息的打扰。
根据上述方法实施例,本发明还提供一种根据闹钟时间优化推送信息时间的方法的具体实施例的处理流程,如图2所示,包括:
步骤S40,开始,智能手机处于启动状态;
步骤S41,智能手机接收用户操作设置闹钟时间;
步骤S411,当闹钟触发后,响铃,并进入下一步骤S412;
步骤S412,信息推送功能开启,譬如,起床闹铃响铃后,智能手机的信息推送功能启动,能接收到应用的推送消息。
步骤S42,当用户设置闹铃后,智能手机后台统计7天内的闹钟规律,实时记录每天的闹铃触发,判断7天内闹钟时间是否发生修改,若是则转入步骤S43,若否则转入步骤S44;
步骤S43,以新设置的闹钟时间为起点,重新记录在7天内闹铃触发前智能手机未被使用的时长T;
步骤S44,记录在7天内闹铃触发前智能手机未被使用的时长T;
步骤S45,统计得到7天内闹铃触发前智能手机未被使用的时长T1~T7;
步骤S46,根据在S45中统计得到的时长T1~T7,计算得到这些数据的平均值或有效值或中间数,以作为用户规律的作息时间Tc,转入下一步骤;
步骤S47,判断当前智能手机的时间是否在闹铃触发前的作息时间Tc内,若是则转入步骤S48,关闭信息推送功能;若否则转入步骤S412,智能手机开启信息推送功能。
步骤S48,当前智能手机的时间在闹铃触发前的作息时间Tc内时,智能手机关闭信息推送功能。
本发明实施例,通过将用户设置的闹铃时间与信息推送功能的开启关闭相关联结合,以优化消息推送时间,从而避免了在用户休息或工作期间推送信息对用户的打扰,大大方便了用户。
对应于上述方法实施例,本发明还提供一种根据闹钟时间优化推送信息时间的系统,如图3所示,图3是本发明提供的根据闹钟时间优化推送信息时间的系统的具体实施例的原理框图,所述系统包括:
预先设置模块100,用于预先在智能终端上设置闹钟时间;具体如上所述。
作息时间统计模块200,用于控制智能终端根据设置的闹钟 时间,以及对用户在所述闹钟时间前后是否使用所述智能终端的周期时间进行记录,统计出用户规律的作息时间;具体如上所述。
消息推送控制模块300,用于控制智能终端在所述规律的作息时间内,后台关闭智能终端的推送信息功能;在闹钟触发后,再开启推送信息功能;  具体如上所述。
进一步地,所述根据闹钟时间优化推送信息时间的系统,还包括:
接收模块1001,用于智能终端接收用户的操作指令设置起床闹钟;  具体如上所述。
进一步地,在本发明所述系统中,所述智能终端为智能手机或平板电脑;所述预定周期为7天。

第一判断单元2003,用于根据在所述一预定周期内的每天未使用智能终端的时间长度T,计算平均值或有效值或中间数,统计出用户规律的作息时间Tc,判断用户该段时间可能正在休息或者其他有规律的事物;具体如上所述。
变化单元2004,用于若所设置的闹钟时间有变化,则以当前最新闹钟为起始点,继续记录该闹钟时间并统计一预定周期的闹钟触发,以统计用户规律的作息时间;具体如上所述。
第二判断单元2005,用于控制智能终端的后台计算出用户每天在闹钟触发前多长时间未使用智能终端,或者每次使用智能终端时间少于第一预定时间,则继续判断为未使用智能终端,记录该未使用智能终端的时间长度T,并统计所述一预定周期;具体如上所述。综上所述,本发明所提供的根据闹钟时间优化推送信息时间的方法及系统,通过对一段时间内的闹铃触发进行记录,从而统计出用户的作息时间规律,并控制智能终端在统计得到的作息时间内关闭信息推送功能,使智能终端拥有自动优化信息推送时间的功能。采用本发明可根据用户设置的闹钟时间,在闹钟触发前、用户的休息或者工作时间内,屏蔽推送信息功能,在闹钟触发后,再开启推送信息功能,优化推送时间,避免了在用户休息或工作期间推送信息对用户的打扰,为用户提供了方便。
当然,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关硬件(如处理器,控制器等)来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取的存储介质中,该程序在执行时可包括如上述各方法实施例的流程。其中所述的存储介质可为存储器、磁碟、光盘等。

  1. 一种根据闹钟时间优化推送信息时间的方法,其包括:
    预先在智能终端上设置起床闹钟;
    根据设置的起床闹钟,在预定周期内记录用户在所述起床闹钟前使用所述智能终端的时间信息,以统计出用户规律的作息时间;
    在所述规律的作息时间内,关闭后台的推送信息功能;在所述起床闹钟触发后,再开启所述推送信息功能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述根据闹钟时间优化推送信息时间的方法,其特征在于,所述根据设置的起床闹钟,在预定周期内记录用户在所述起床闹钟前使用所述智能终端的时间信息,以统计出用户规律的作息时间,包括:
    根据设置的起床闹钟,在预定周期内记录用户每天在所述起床闹钟前使用所述智能终端的使用时间点以及使用时长,以统计出用户规律的作息时间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述根据闹钟时间优化推送信息时间的方法,其中,所述根据设置的起床闹钟,在预定周期内记录用户在所述起床闹钟前使用所述智能终端的时间信息,以统计出用户规律的作息时间,包括:
    根据设置的起床闹钟,在一周内记录用户每天在所述起床闹钟前使用所述智能终端的使用时间点以及使用时长,以统计出用户规律的作息时间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述根据闹钟时间优化推送信息时间的方法,其特征在于,所述根据设置的起床闹钟,在预定周期内记录用户在所述起床闹钟前使用所述智能终端的时间信息,以统计出用户规律的作息时间,包括:
    根据设置的起床闹钟,记录所述起床闹钟并统计所述预定周期内的闹钟触发;
    计算出用户在预定周期内每天在闹钟触发前多长时间未使用,记录所述未使用智能终端的时间长度T;
    根据在所述预定周期内的每天未使用智能终端的时间长度T,计算平均值或有效值或中间数,统计出用户规律的作息时间Tc,判断用户在所述作息时间Tc正在休息或者处理其他有规律的事物。
