- the new device comprises also at least one safety element suited to connect said irrigation nozzle to the outlet duct of a syringe or another device suited to dispense the nasal irrigation liquid and having the function of reducing the flow rate and the pressure of the liquid jet in order to further increase the comfort and ease of use of the new device.
- Said safety element in turn comprises a first tubular portion suited to be directly or indirectly connected to the outlet duct of a syringe or another liquid dispensing device, a second tubular portion, preferably and substantially coaxial with said first tubular portion and suitable for the insertion of said duct of said irrigation nozzle, and one or more jet breaking means positioned between said first tubular portion and said second tubular portion, said jet breaking means being suited to reduce the flow rate and the pressure of the jet emitted through said syringe or other device.
- said jet breaking means comprise a first partition arranged crosswise between said first tubular portion and said second tubular portion and provided with one or more holes for the passage of the liquid, and one or more partitions or projections raised with respect to said transverse partition and arranged longitudinally inside said second tubular portion.

- At least said conical portion (24) is preferably completely or partially made of a soft and comfortable material, for example PVC, silicone or another polymeric material suitable for contact with the inside of the nasal cavities.
- Said device (D) comprises also at least one safety element (1) suited to connect said irrigation nozzle (2) to the outlet duct (31) of a syringe (3) or another device for dispensing liquid for nasal irrigation.

- Said elongated projection (14), therefore, has also the function of conveying the jet correctly towards said outlet hole (25) of said irrigation nozzle (2).

Abstract
L'invention est un dispositif de sécurité (D) d'irrigation nasale ayant un liquide approprié contenu dans une seringue (3) ou un autre dispositif de distribution, comprenant une buse d'irrigation (2) appropriée pour être au moins partiellement insérée dans la cavité nasale de l'utilisateur et comprenant à son tour un conduit (21) ouvert aux deux extrémités (22, 23) et une partie externe (24) d'un seul tenant avec ledit conduit (21) et appropriée pour être au moins partiellement insérée dans la cavité nasale de l'utilisateur.
