Definitions
- the present invention relates to a packing method for transporting fruits, a fruit packing box, a container, and a container ship, and more particularly to a method for maintaining quality during packing, a fruit packing box, a container, and a container ship.
- bananas are popular because they are rich in nutrients and can be harvested throughout the year. Since it is mainly produced in the tropical regions of Asia and Latin America, it is often transported by sea. A banana has a green fruit before it ripens, turns yellow and turns black as it ripens. When transported by sea, if the fruit is already yellow, it will be fully ripe upon arrival at the importing country, and will change to an appearance that is difficult to sell before shipping.
- the fruits are usually harvested in the green state at the export farm.
- the harvested fruit is stored in a holed bag every 5 fingers (books) in the state of a bunch on a branch called a hand.
- These vacuum bags are packed in boxes and exported on a dedicated ship or container ship. At this time, opening the bag without a big hole in the importing country, breaking the vacuum, and supplying ethylene gas to the banana, the banana is turned yellow and sold.
- the packing method is shown in FIG.
- the finger top and the crown which are both ends of the curved banana are arranged so as to face the bottom surface of the banana box.
- the separation sheet is further laid on the row, and the finger tops and crowns, which are the ends of the bananas in which the second row is similarly curved, are further formed on the banana box. It is arranged to face the bottom.
- Patent Document 1 is an invention of fruit packing material.
- the banana put in the air cushion foil bag is a box of bananas with finger tops and crowns that are ends of a banana curved in the center. It is arrange
- the arrangement of the bananas is such that the finger tops and the crowns, which are both ends of the banana curved in the center, face the bottom surface of the banana box.
- the banana is arranged as described above, so if ethylene gas spreads enough throughout the banana There was nothing. In this case, the banana may not be sufficiently yellow and partly green.
- the finger top and the crown which are both ends of the banana curved in the center, are arranged so as to face the bottom of the banana box and are arranged in an overlapping manner, the crown and neck overlap and become invisible, There is also a problem that it is not possible to immediately determine whether a banana is damaged or not.
- an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and provide high-quality fruits.
- a method for packing fruits in which a banana is mounted in a cardboard box having four sides and a bottom, the banana is still green without ripening, and the banana is several by one.
- a bundle of bananas (CP) is subdivided, and the bundle is inserted into a plastic bag with a plurality of holes.
- a plurality of bundles of bananas are arranged in a plurality of rows in parallel with a set of side surfaces of the box, and a partition paper is arranged between the rows.
- the bundle (CP) is arranged in the vertical vertical direction, so that the ethylene gas that ripens the fruit reaches the whole.
- the banana shaft and neck at the tuft-side end (crown side) are not burdened and will last longer.
- FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram of a banana packed by the packing method of the present invention, and is a top surface side.
- FIG. 3 is a configuration diagram of bananas packed by the packing method of the present invention. In order to sort the bananas after transport, the whole box is inverted so that the finger top can be confirmed. is there.
- Example 1 A method for packing a banana 4 in which a banana 4 is mounted in a cardboard box 3 having a bottom surface 1 (not shown) having a vent and four side surfaces 2 having a vent, and the banana 4 is green without ripening yet.
- the banana 4 is subdivided into several bundles (CP) 6.
- the height of the box 3 is preferably approximately the same as the height of the flower bed side end (finger top) 10 and the tuft side end (crown) 12.
- the bundle 6 is inserted into a plastic bag 8 having a plurality of holes.
- the bundle 6 of bananas 4 is arranged with the flower bed side end (finger top) 10 vertically upward with respect to the box 3 and the tuft side end (crown) 12 vertically downward with respect to the box 3, that is, vertically arranged.
- a plurality of banana bundles 6 are arranged in a plurality of rows 14 in parallel with a pair of side surfaces 2 of the box 3. At this time, the gaps between the bundles 6 are arranged so as to have a gap that allows ethylene gas or ventilation.
- a partition 16 is arranged between each row 14.
- the material of the partition 16 can be made of cloth or paper when hygroscopicity is required. In addition, when the cost is reduced or elasticity is required, a polystyrene foam is adopted.
- the bananas 4 are packed into a plastic bag 8 for each bundle 6 and the whole of the bananas 4 are placed in a vacuum bag 18 that can be stored and placed in the box 3.
- the bag is evacuated with a pump.
- Example 2 A box 3 in which bananas 4 are packed is shown in FIG. With respect to the quadrangular bottom surface 1, four side surfaces 2 standing on each side are provided. Among the four side surfaces 2, at least one set of surfaces is provided with a plurality of openings 5 and handle openings 5A. In addition, extraction openings 2A are provided on the side surfaces of another set in which the openings 5 are provided. From the opening 2A, the opening of the vacuum bag 18 is opened so that it can be easily taken out.
- Example 3 The box shown in Example 2 is further provided with a cover plate 20 (FIGS. 5 and 6). It shows that the vacuum bag 18 is taken out from the opening 2A and can be easily opened with a sickle or the like outside the box 3 (FIG. 6).
- Example 4 Conventionally, the box 3 needs to be mounted on a dedicated ship and evacuated as a whole, and even when mounted on the container 22, only the box 3 containing bananas needs to be mounted on the entire container 22.
- the box 3 according to the present invention can be mixed with other transported goods even in the container 22 shown in FIG. Costs can be reduced compared to ships and dedicated containers.
- Example 5 Since the container 22 carrying the box 3 using the present invention is not a dedicated container but a general container 22, it can be mounted not on a dedicated ship but on a normal container ship 24 (FIG. 8) and transported. Costs can be reduced sufficiently.
