Description

一种具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置及电子模拟烟
技术领域
本发明涉及电子模拟烟技术领域,尤其涉及的是一种具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置及电子模拟烟。
背景技术
电子烟又名电子模拟烟,是一种模仿卷烟的电子产品,有着与卷烟一样的外观、烟雾、味道和感觉。它是通过雾化等手段,将尼古丁等变成蒸汽后,让用户吸食的一种产品。电子模拟烟一般包括:电池杆和雾化器烟弹,雾化器的构造就是一个加热元器件,通过电池供电发热,使其内中的烟油挥发,形成烟雾,从而让人吸的时候达到'吞云吐雾'的效果。烟雾中成份可以通过预先设定,以便形成相应的香烟口味,但不会具有有害成份。现有的电子模拟烟,结构复杂,加工不方便,并且存在密封效果差,烟油储存时间短,有的需要使用烟油瓶手动添加烟油,烟油易泄露等问题,给用户带来的体验不友好。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置及电子模拟烟,旨在解决现有电子模拟烟密封效果差、使用体验不好的问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
一种具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,其中,包括:电池杆、用于存储雾化液的雾化液存储器、吸嘴上盖和空心导气管;所述电池杆顶端设置有雾化器及套设在雾化器外面的套筒,所述雾化器内含有用于将雾化液雾化的发热雾化单元;
所述雾化器上开设有至少一用于将雾化液存储器中的雾化液流动至雾化器的雾化器进液口;所述雾化液存储器具有向内凹陷形成的滑动腔,在所述滑动腔内对应开设有至少一用于将雾化液存储器中的雾化液流动至雾化器的雾化液存储器出液口;所述雾化液存储器相对于滑动腔的一端开口,在所述开口上设置有封口盖,所述雾化液存储器的另一端通过空心导气管与封口盖相连且与大气相通;
在所述滑动腔内设置有弹簧,在所述弹簧上设置有可滑动密封橡胶,所述密封橡胶是中空的能让烟雾通过,其一端与弹簧相连,所述密封橡胶的另一端在雾化液存储器放入套筒时与雾化器顶端相接触;
所述具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置在使用时,将雾化液存储器放入套筒,并将吸嘴上盖套上套筒,通过旋转吸嘴上盖,推动所述雾化液存储器向下移动,而同时雾化器顶端将所述密封橡胶顶住,形成所述雾化液存储器与所述密封橡胶朝相反方向相对滑动,以将所述雾化液存储器出液口打开与雾化器进液口相通。
所述的具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,其中,在所述吸嘴上盖顶端设置有内部旋转升降机构和压板,当停止使用雾化器时,通过旋转吸嘴上盖顶端的内部旋转升降机构将压板向上提升形成空隙和间距,同时滑动腔内的弹簧将所述雾化液存储器向上顶起,使滑动腔内的密封橡胶滑动到所述雾化液存储器出液口,以将所述雾化液存储器出液口密封;
若再次使用时,则反向旋转吸嘴上盖顶端的内部旋转升降机构,并推动所述雾化液存储器向下移动,而滑动腔内的密封橡胶被雾化器顶住,使得所述雾化液存储器出液口移离所述密封橡胶,从而将所述雾化液存储器出液口打开与雾化器进液口相通。
所述的具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,其中,在所述套筒的内壁上设置有定位卡扣,在所述雾化液存储器外壁上对应设置有与所述定位卡扣适配的定位卡槽。
所述的具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,其中,所述电池杆和雾化器之间设置有用于控制发热雾化单元工作的控制单元;所述电池杆通过控制单元连接发热雾化单元。
所述的具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,其中,在所述滑动腔的侧壁上对称开设有两个用于将雾化液存储器中的雾化液流动至雾化器进液口的雾化液存储器出液口。
所述的具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,其中,所述空心导气管依次穿过雾化液存储器和其封口盖,所述空心导气管的一端与所述雾化器连通、另一端与所述吸嘴上盖连通、用于将雾化的烟雾导出。
所述的具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,其中,所述旋转升降机构包括:用于接收用户的旋转操作的旋转部;在所述旋转部上设置有螺母结构,在所述移动部上设置有压板及与所述螺母结构适配的螺栓结构。
所述的具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,其中,所述移动部固定连接压板;所述压板通过套筒接触雾化液存储器的封口盖。
一种电子模拟烟,其中,包括上述的电子雾化装置。
本发明所提供的一种具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置及电子模拟烟,有效地解决了现有的电子模拟烟密封效果差、使用体验不好、使用不方便的问题,所述电子雾化装置包括:包括:电池杆、用于存储雾化液的雾化液存储器、吸嘴上盖和空心导气管;所述电池杆顶端设置有雾化器及套设在雾化器外面的套筒,所述雾化器内含有用于将雾化液雾化的发热雾化单元;所述雾化器上开设有至少一用于将雾化液存储器中的雾化液流动至雾化器的雾化器进液口;所述雾化液存储器具有向内凹陷形成的滑动腔,在所述滑动腔内对应开设有至少一用于将雾化液存储器中的雾化液流动至雾化器的雾化液存储器出液口;所述雾化液存储器相对于滑动腔的一端开口,在所述开口上设置有封口盖,所述雾化液存储器的另一端通过空心导气管与封口盖相连且与大气相通;在所述滑动腔内设置有弹簧,在所述弹簧上设置有可滑动密封橡胶,所述密封橡胶是中空的能让烟雾通过,其一端与弹簧相连,所述密封橡胶的另一端在雾化液存储器放入套筒时与雾化器顶端相接触;所述具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置在使用时,将雾化液存储器放入套筒,并将吸嘴上盖套上套筒,通过旋转吸嘴上盖,推动所述雾化液存储器向下移动,而同时雾化器顶端将所述密封橡胶顶住,形成所述雾化液存储器与所述密封橡胶朝相反方向相对滑动,以将所述雾化液存储器出液口打开与雾化器进液口相通;通过旋转吸嘴上盖将所述雾化液存储器向下降低,而同时雾化器顶端将所述密封橡胶顶住,形成所述雾化液存储器与所述密封橡胶朝相反方向相对滑动,从而将所述雾化液存储器出液口打开与雾化器进液口相通,使雾化液存储器中的雾化液流动至雾化器的进液口;这种开关方式提高了密封效果,使得烟油储存时间长,烟油不易泄露;采用旋转的方式开闭雾化液存储器,使用户在需要时让雾化液流出,反之关闭,这样可以实现雾化液保鲜,用户操作起来很方便,结构简单易使用,为用户带来了大大的方便。

本发明提供一种具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置及电子模拟烟,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。 应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图 1 ,图 1 为本发明提供的电子模拟烟较佳实施例的立体结构示意图,如图 1 所示,本发明提供的电子模拟烟,包括:电池杆 10 、设置在电池杆 10 顶端的雾化器 20 、用于存储雾化液的雾化液存储器 30 、套筒 40 和吸嘴上盖 50 ;所述电池杆 10 、设置在电池杆 10 顶端的雾化器 20 、用于存储雾化液的雾化液存储器 30 、套筒 40 和吸嘴上盖 50 依次设置。
本发明的电子模拟烟主要是其结构改进,图 1 中为整体结构,不能体现出本发明的发明点,为了详细说明本发明的发明点,请参阅图 2 ,图 2 为本发明提供的具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置较佳实施例的分解示意图,所述具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,包括:电池杆 10 、用于存储雾化液的雾化液存储器 30 、吸嘴上盖 50 和空心导气管 60 ;所述电池杆 10 顶端设置有雾化器 20 及套设在雾化器 20 外面的套筒 40 ,所述雾化器 20 内含有用于将雾化液雾化的发热雾化单元 21 ;所述发热雾化单元 21 连接电池杆 10 。也就是电池杆 10 给述发热雾化单元 21 供电。所述发热雾化单元 21 发热从而将雾化液雾化。
所述雾化器 20 上开设有至少一用于将雾化液存储器 30 中的雾化液流动至雾化器 20 的雾化器进液口 22 ;所述雾化液存储器 30 具有向内凹陷形成的滑动腔 31 ,在所述滑动腔 31 内对应开设有至少一用于将雾化液存储器 30 中的雾化液流动至雾化器 20 的雾化液存储器出液口 32 ;所述雾化液存储器 30 相对于滑动腔 31 的一端开口,在所述开口上设置有封口盖 33 ,所述雾化液存储器 30 的另一端通过空心导气管 60 与封口盖 33 相连且与大气相通;所述雾化液存储器上端用封口盖密封以防止雾化液流出。
在所述滑动腔 31 内设置有弹簧 34 ,在所述弹簧 34 上设置有可滑动密封橡胶 35 ,所述密封橡胶 35 是中空的能让烟雾通过,其一端与弹簧 34 相连,所述密封橡胶 35 的另一端在雾化液存储器 30 放入套筒 40 时与雾化器 20 顶端相接触。
所述具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置在使用时,将雾化液存储器 30 放入套筒 40 ,并将吸嘴上盖 50 套上套筒 40 ,通过旋转吸嘴上盖 50 ,推动所述雾化液存储器 30 向下移动,而同时雾化器 20 顶端将所述密封橡胶 35 顶住,形成所述雾化液存储器 30 与所述密封橡胶 35 朝相反方向相对滑动,以将所述雾化液存储器出液口 32 打开与雾化器进液口 22 相通。
具体来说,所述密封橡胶 35 可在滑动腔 31 内滑动。本发明中雾化液存储器的滑动腔 31 优选为圆柱形腔体,密封橡胶 35 的横截面大小与滑动腔 31 适配,但是密封橡胶 35 的长度要小于滑动腔 31 的长度。并且,雾化液存储器出液口 32 开设在雾化器滑动腔 31 的侧壁靠近雾化器 20 的地方。在实际应用时,所述密封橡胶 35 为中空,便于通过烟雾,可固定连接雾化器 20 ,也可表面接触雾化器 20 ,此处可由多个实现方式。电池杆 10 用于供电,此乃现有技术。
当旋转吸嘴上盖 50 时,旋转带动雾化液存储器 30 向下下降时,同时雾化器 20 顶端将所述密封橡胶 35 顶住,形成所述雾化液存储器 30 与所述密封橡胶 35 朝相反方向相对滑动,从而将所述雾化液存储器出液口 32 打开与雾化器进液口 22 相通,使雾化液存储器 30 中的雾化液流动至雾化器 20 。这就是本发明的通过旋转方式开闭雾化液存储器 30 的工作原理。这样的操作方式,用户使用更方便,操作便捷,体验效果更好。
本发明中的雾化液存储器与雾化器分离,使雾化液不与雾化器中金属发热丝等物质接触,而且可以独立密封储存较长时间;在用户抽吸本装置时,烟雾从雾化器出来直接通过雾化液存储器滑动腔内密封橡胶的中空气孔和空心导气管,传送给使用者,具有更好的使用体验感;采用旋转的方式使雾化液存储器与其滑动腔内的密封橡胶相对滑动来开闭雾化液存储器的出液口,保证了雾化液存储器中的雾化液在不用时能够被密封起到保鲜作用,而且用户操作起来很方便,结构简单易使用,为用户带来了大大的方便。
请一并参阅图 2 和图 3 ,进一步地,在所述吸嘴上盖 50 顶端设置有内部旋转升降机构 51 和压板 52 ,当停止使用雾化器 20 时,通过旋转吸嘴上盖 50 顶端的内部旋转升降机构 51 将压板 52 向上提升形成空隙和间距,同时滑动腔 31 内的弹簧 34 将所述雾化液存储器 30 向上顶起,使滑动腔 31 内的密封橡胶 35 滑动到所述雾化液存储器出液口 32 ,以将所述雾化液存储器出液口 32 密封;
若再次使用时,则反向旋转吸嘴上盖 50 顶端的内部旋转升降机构 51 ,并推动所述雾化液存储器 30 向下移动,而滑动腔 31 内的密封橡胶 35 被雾化器 20 顶住,使得所述雾化液存储器出液口 32 移离所述密封橡胶 35 ,从而将所述雾化液存储器出液口 32 打开与雾化器进液口 22 相通。
概括来说,在使用本装置时,通过旋转内部旋转升降机构 51 将所述雾化液存储器 30 向下降低,雾化器 20 顶端将所述密封橡胶 35 顶住,形成所述雾化液存储器 30 与所述密封橡胶 35 朝相反方向相对滑动,从而将所述雾化液存储器出液口 32 打开与雾化器进液口 22 相通,使雾化液存储器 30 中的雾化液流动至雾化器 20 ;然后发热雾化单元 21 雾化雾化液,通过空心导气管 60 到处雾化后的气体,以供用户吸取;
而当该装置停止使用时,通过旋转内部旋转升降机构 51 将雾化液存储器 30 向上提升,所述滑动腔 31 内的弹簧 34 将所述雾化液存储器 30 向上顶起,使所述滑动腔 31 内的密封橡胶 35 滑动至所述雾化液存储器出液口 32 ,以密封所述雾化液存储器出液口 32 。
在实际应用时,关于在雾化器滑动腔 31 内设置弹簧 34 和密封橡胶 35 从而对应打开或关闭雾化液存储器 30 ,也可采用弹簧 34 较长的实现方式,原理与与本发明的打开关闭工作原理刚好相反,但是这是本领域技术人员根据本发明的原理所容易想到的,这是本发明技术方案的同等变换,也在本发明的保护范围内。
优选地,在所述滑动腔 31 的侧壁上对称开设有两个用于将雾化液存储器 30 中的雾化液流动至雾化器 20 的雾化液存储器出液口 32 。当然在实际应用时,可设置多个的雾化液存储器出液口 32 ,优选设置为 2 个,这是为了适当的液体流动速度。同理,在所述雾化器 20 上也可开设多个用于将雾化液存储器中的雾化液流动至雾化器的雾化器进液口 22 。
优选地,在所述套筒 40 的内壁上设置有定位卡扣 41 ,在所述雾化液存储器 30 外壁上对应设置有与所述定位卡扣 41 适配的定位卡槽 36 。这是通过两者适配从而可进行定位,作用是确保雾化器进液口 22 与雾化液存储器出液口 33 相通。
优选地,所述电池杆 10 和雾化器 20 之间设置有用于控制发热雾化单元 21 工作的控制单元 23 ;所述电池杆 10 通过控制单元 23 连接发热雾化单元 21 。
优选地,所述空心导气管 60 依次穿过雾化液存储器 30 和其封口盖 33 ,所述空心导气管 60 的一端与所述雾化器 20 连通、另一端与所述吸嘴上盖 50 连通、用于将雾化的烟雾导出。这是雾气的输出管道,就是空心导气管 60 将雾化的雾化液导出,以供用户抽取。所述空心导气管 60 的出口设置在吸嘴上盖 50 内;所述内部旋转升降机构 51 设置所述吸嘴 50 内。
由于内部旋转升降机构 51 有多种实现方式,此处举例说明如下。请参阅图 3 ,图 3 为本发明提供的具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置中旋转升降机构的分解示意图。优选地,所述内部旋转升降机构 51 包括:用于接收用户的旋转操作的旋转部 53 和用于上下移动雾化液存储器 30 的移动部 54 ;在所述旋转部 53 上设置有螺母结构,在所述移动部 54 上设置有压板 52 及与所述螺母结构适配的螺栓结构;所述移动部 54 接触雾化液存储器 30 。在实际应用时,所述旋转部 53 一体设置为吸嘴上盖 50 ,也就是说用户旋转吸嘴上盖 50 即可。关于将旋转转换为上下位移,可通过螺栓和螺母的结构转换,旋转螺母或者螺栓,便可对应实现螺栓或螺母的上下位移,此处只是举其中一例进行说明。
优选地,所述移动部 54 固定连接压板 52 ;所述压板 52 通过套筒 40 接触雾化液存储器 30 的封口盖 33 。也就是说,在雾化液存储器 30 的封口盖 33 与吸嘴上盖 50 之间设置了套筒 40 。
在实际应用时,所具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置的外形与烟类似,从而使得电子模拟烟与真烟的外观差别不大,仿真效果好。
基于上述具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,本发明还提供了一种电子模拟烟,其中,包括如上述的电子雾化装置。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置及电子模拟烟,所述电子雾化装置包括:电池杆、电池杆顶端的雾化器、雾化液存储器、套筒和吸嘴上盖;使用时,将雾化液存储器放入雾化器套筒并将吸嘴上盖套上,通过旋转吸嘴上盖,推动所述雾化液存储器向下移动,而同时雾化器顶端将所述密封橡胶顶住,形成所述雾化液存储器与所述密封橡胶朝相反方向相对滑动,从而将所述雾化液存储器出液口打开与雾化器进液口相通;将雾化液存储器与雾化器分离,使雾化液不与雾化器中金属发热丝等物质接触,而且可以独立密封储存较长时间;在抽吸本装置时,烟雾从雾化器出来直接通过雾化液存储器滑动腔内密封橡胶的中空气孔和空心导气管,传送给使用者,具有更好的使用体验感;采用旋转的方式使雾化液存储器与其滑动腔内的密封橡胶相对滑动来开闭雾化液存储器的出液口,保证了雾化液存储器中的雾化液在不用时能够被密封起到保鲜作用,而且用户操作起来很方便,结构简单易使用,为用户带来了大大的方便。上述方式提高了密封效果,使得烟油储存时间长,烟油不易泄露;采用旋转的方式开闭雾化液存储器,来控制雾化液的流出,用户操作起来很方便,结构简单易使用,为用户带来了大大的方便。特别地,本发明提供的电子雾化装置,结构较现有更简单,便于加工;电子雾化装置中间通气,效果更好;具有通过旋转吸嘴上盖将实现打开和关闭雾化液存储器的功能,方便储存携带。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,包括:电池杆、用于存储雾化液的雾化液存储器、吸嘴上盖和空心导气管;所述电池杆顶端设置有雾化器及套设在雾化器外面的套筒,所述雾化器内含有用于将雾化液雾化的发热雾化单元;
    所述雾化器上开设有至少一用于将雾化液存储器中的雾化液流动至雾化器的雾化器进液口;所述雾化液存储器具有向内凹陷形成的滑动腔,在所述滑动腔内对应开设有至少一用于将雾化液存储器中的雾化液流动至雾化器的雾化液存储器出液口;所述雾化液存储器相对于滑动腔的一端开口,在所述开口上设置有封口盖,所述雾化液存储器的另一端通过空心导气管与封口盖相连且与大气相通;
    在所述滑动腔内设置有弹簧,在所述弹簧上设置有可滑动密封橡胶,所述密封橡胶是中空的能让烟雾通过,其一端与弹簧相连,所述密封橡胶的另一端在雾化液存储器放入套筒时与雾化器顶端相接触;
    所述具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置在使用时,将雾化液存储器放入套筒,并将吸嘴上盖套上套筒,通过旋转吸嘴上盖,推动所述雾化液存储器向下移动,而同时雾化器顶端将所述密封橡胶顶住,形成所述雾化液存储器与所述密封橡胶朝相反方向相对滑动,以将所述雾化液存储器出液口打开与雾化器进液口相通。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,在所述吸嘴上盖顶端设置有内部旋转升降机构和压板,当停止使用雾化器时,通过旋转吸嘴上盖顶端的内部旋转升降机构将压板向上提升形成空隙和间距,同时滑动腔内的弹簧将所述雾化液存储器向上顶起,使滑动腔内的密封橡胶滑动到所述雾化液存储器出液口,以将所述雾化液存储器出液口密封;
    若再次使用时,则反向旋转吸嘴上盖顶端的内部旋转升降机构,并推动所述雾化液存储器向下移动,而滑动腔内的密封橡胶被雾化器顶住,使得所述雾化液存储器出液口移离所述密封橡胶,从而将所述雾化液存储器出液口打开与雾化器进液口相通。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,在所述套筒的内壁上设置有定位卡扣,在所述雾化液存储器外壁上对应设置有与所述定位卡扣适配的定位卡槽。
  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述电池杆和雾化器之间设置有用于控制发热雾化单元工作的控制单元;所述电池杆通过控制单元连接发热雾化单元。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,在所述滑动腔的侧壁上对称开设有两个用于将雾化液存储器中的雾化液流动至雾化器进液口的雾化液存储器出液口。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述空心导气管依次穿过雾化液存储器和其封口盖,所述空心导气管的一端与所述雾化器连通、另一端与所述吸嘴上盖连通、用于将雾化的烟雾导出。
  7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述旋转升降机构包括:用于接收用户的旋转操作的旋转部;在所述旋转部上设置有螺母结构,在所述移动部上设置有压板及与所述螺母结构适配的螺栓结构。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的具有开关封闭式雾化器的电子雾化装置,其特征在于,所述移动部固定连接压板;所述压板通过套筒接触雾化液存储器的封口盖。
  9. 一种电子模拟烟,其特征在于,包括如权利要求 1~8 任一项所述的电子雾化装置。
