Le procédé de génération de lettre de diagnostic électronique dans le modèle O2O et la plateforme d'hôpital en réseau prévus dans la présente invention peuvent relier l'attestation numérique aux informations de diagnostic formées par le médecin correspondant, signer numériquement la lettre de diagnostic électronique générée et permettre une détermination unique de l'identité et de l'échelon d'un médecin dans un processus de service médical sur la base d'un hôpital en réseau, permettant ainsi d'augmenter la qualité et l'efficacité de service tout en augmentant la crédibilité d'un service médical.
