Le procédé consiste à : 101, disposer deux tuyaux de dissipation de chaleur refroidis par eau sur un dissipateur thermique d'un conditionneur d'air central ; et 102, régler l'eau dans les deux tuyaux de dissipation de chaleur refroidis par eau afin de la faire couler dans des directions opposées. Ce procédé offre l'avantage d'une grande efficacité de dissipation de chaleur.
