화장품은 인체를 청결 미화하여 매력을 더하고 용모를 밝게 변화시키거나 피부 또는 모발의 건강을 유지시키고 증진시키기 위해 인체에 사용되는 물품을 말하며, 화장품의 형태는 크게 고체, 액체, 겔의 형태로 나눌 수 있다.
고형 화장품으로는 분상 파우더 화장품이 대표적인 예이고, 액상 화장품으로는 액상 파운데이션, 스킨 화장품이 대표적인 예이며, 겔상 화장품으로는 겔상 파운데이션이나 로션, 크림 화장품이 대표적인 예이다.
상기 분상 파우더 화장품은 커버력은 높지만 수정 화장 시 뭉치는 단점이 있고, 액상 파운데이션의 경우 밀착감은 좋으나 지속력이 약한 단점이 있다.
이에 따라 최근 들어 상당한 지속력을 가지며 또한 피부에 도포시 밀착감이 좋은 겔상 파운데이션을 선호하는 소비자들이 많아졌다.
일반적으로 분상 파우더는 내용물을 수납하는 용기본체와 파우더를 묻히기 위한 퍼프 및 용기뚜껑으로 구성되되 분상 파우더 상부에 메쉬망을 얹어서 구성되어 있으며, 상기 용기본체를 흔들어서 용기본체 내부에 들어있는 분상 파우더가 메쉬망을 통해 퍼프에 골고루 묻어나게 하여 퍼프로 분상 파우더를 취하여 사용하는 구조이다.
상기 분상 파우더를 수납하는 용기본체와 관련된 종래 기술로는 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국 등록실용신안 제20-0227334호가 개시되었는데, 이는 파우더 흡착용 분첩케이스에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 분상 파우더를 수납하는 용기본체와 상기 분상 파우더를 묻히기 위한 퍼프 및 용기뚜껑으로 구성되되 상기 용기본체 입구부에 메쉬망을 장착한 분상 파우더 용기이다.
상기 용기본체를 흔들어 상기 용기본체 내부에 들어있는 분상 파우더가 메쉬망을 통해 퍼프에 골고루 묻어나도록 한 흡착용 분첩케이스에 관한 것이다.
하지만, 상기 종래기술은 사용자가 분상 파우더를 사용할 때마다 손에 분상 파우더를 묻히게 됨으로써 매번 손을 씻어야 하는 사용상 불편한 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 분상 파우더가 날려서 퍼프의 손잡이뿐만 아니라 뚜껑 저면에 까지도 파우더가 묻게 되어 용기본체가 지저분해지는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 도 2에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국 등록특허 제 10-1477583호가 개시되어 있는데, 이는 메쉬망이 구비된 휴대용 화장품에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 겔상 파운데이션이 함침부재에 함침되어 내장된 내부용기와 상기 함침부재 상부에 메쉬망이 장착되어 있는 휴대용 화장품에 관한 것이다.
상기 종래기술은 사용자가 사용할 때 용기뚜껑을 열고 퍼프를 이용하여 메쉬망을 가볍게 가압하는 것만으로 내부용기의 함침부재에 함침된 겔상 파운데이션이 메쉬망을 통과하여 상부로 노출되고, 이렇게 메쉬망을 통과한 겔상 파운데이션은 퍼프에 흡수되어 사용되므로 적정량의 파운데이션을 사용자가 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 한 메쉬망이 구비된 휴대용 화장품이다.
하지만, 상기 종래기술은 화장품을 사용자가 사용한 뒤 용기뚜껑을 제대로 닫지 못한 경우 상기 함침부재에 함침된 겔상 파운데이션이 휘발되게 되는 문제점이 있었으며 이로 인해 상기 함침부재에 함침된 겔상 파운데이션이 딱딱하게 굳어지게 되어 사용이 어려운 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 상기 종래기술은 사용자가 겔상 파운데이션이 내장된 화장품용기를 휴대하고 다닐 때 겔상 파운데이션이 화장품용기 내에서 흔들려 함침부재로부터 흘러나와 화장품용기 주변을 오염시키는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 상기 종래기술은 함침부재 내에 여러 가지 성분의 겔상 파운데이션을 함침시켜 보관하였을 경우 각 성분 간에 화학반응이 일어나 파운데이션의 효능을 저하시키는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 최근 들어 캡슐로 형성된 화장품이 개발되고 있는데, 캡슐화장품이란, 구슬 모양의 얇은 막이 형성된 형태로서, 상기 캡슐 내부에 겔상 또는 액상의 화장료가 충전되어 있고 얇은 막을 깨뜨려 캡슐 내부의 내용물을 배출시켜 사용하는 화장품을 말하며, 상기 캡슐화장품은 비드(Bead) 화장품이라고도 한다.
상기 캡슐화장품은 캡슐 내에 화장료가 충전되어 있고 표면이 막으로 형성되어 있으므로 사용자가 상기 캡슐화장품을 휴대하고 다닐 때 상기 캡슐화장품이 용기 내에서 흔들려도 용기로부터 흘러나오는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 캡슐화장품 용기 내부에 각각 여러 가지 성분의 캡슐화장품을 보관하였을 경우라도 캡슐화장품은 캡슐내에 화장료가 충전되어 있고 표면이 막으로 형성되어 있기 때문에 각 캡슐화장품 간에 화학반응이 일어나는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 사용자가 화장품을 사용한 뒤 용기뚜껑을 제대로 닫지 못한 경우라도 상기 캡슐화장품의 막이 내부에 충전된 화장료의 휘발을 방지하게 되므로 사용자의 화장품 사용에 있어 보관이 용이한 것이다.
이에 따라 캡슐화장품을 보관하고 사용이 용이한 캡슐화장품 포장용 용기가 필요한 실정이다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 캡슐화장품과 상기 캡슐화장품을 수용하는 용기본체와 상기 용기본체 내부 밑면에 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 유동방지 돌기가 형성되어 있으며 상기 용기본체 상부에는 메쉬망을 장착하여, 사용자가 퍼프로 메쉬망을 가압하면서 동시에 문질러서 메쉬망에 의해 문질러진 캡슐화장품을 깨뜨려 캡슐 내에 충전된 화장료를 토출하여 사용하도록 한 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
또한, 화장품 용기 내의 캡슐화장품을 사용하기 위해 퍼프로 메쉬망을 가압하면서 문지를 때 캡슐화장품이 퍼프의 움직임에 따라 이리저리 이동되지 않도록 화장품 용기 저면에 유동방지 돌기를 형성한 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.

또한, 상기 유동방지 돌기(40)는 용기본체(10)의 바닥면에 방사형 돌기(42)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

상기와 같이 본 발명에 따른 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기는 캡슐화장품과 상기 캡슐화장품을 수용하는 용기본체와 상기 용기본체 내부 밑면에 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 유동방지 돌기가 형성되어 있으며 상기 용기본체 상부에는 메쉬망을 장착하여, 사용자가 퍼프로 메쉬망을 가압하면서 동시에 문질러서 메쉬망에 의해 문질러진 캡슐화장품을 깨뜨려 캡슐 내에 충전된 화장료를 토출하여 사용하도록하는 효과가 있다.

본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기 내부에 캡슐화장품이 수용되는 용기본체(10)와; 상기 용기본체(10) 상부에 결합되어 용기본체(10)를 개폐하는 용기뚜껑(20)과; 상기 용기본체(10) 상부에 장착되는 메쉬망(30)으로 구성되되, 상기 용기본체(10)의 내부 바닥면에는 용기본체(10) 내부에 수용된 캡슐화장품이 유동되는 것을 방지하는 유동방지 돌기(40)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 캡슐화장품이란 구슬 모양의 얇은 막이 형성된 형태로서, 캡슐 내부에 겔상 또는 액상의 화장료가 충전되어 있고 얇은 막을 깨뜨려 상기 캡슐 내부의 내용물을 배출시켜 사용하는 화장품을 말한다.
상기 용기본체(10) 내부에는 캡슐화장품 수용공간(12)이 형성되어 상기 캡슐화장품 수용공간(12)에 캡슐화장품이 수용된다.
상기 용기본체(10) 상부에는 입구부(14)가 형성되며, 상기 입구부(14) 외주연에는 나사산이 형성되어 용기뚜껑(20)과 나사 결합된다.
상기 용기뚜껑(20)은 용기본체 상부에 결합되어 용기본체(10)를 개폐하는데, 용기뚜껑(20) 내주연에 나사산이 형성되어 상기 용기 본체(10)의 입구부(14) 외주연에 형성된 나사산과 나사 결합된다.
상기 메쉬망(30)은 용기본체(10) 상단에 장착되어 용기본체(10) 내부에 수용된 캡슐화장품을 깨뜨려 캡슐 내에 충전된 화장료를 토출시키는 역할을 한다.
상기 메쉬망(30)은 메쉬망 결합부재(50)에 접합되어 용기본체(10) 상단에 장착되되, 상기 메쉬망 결합부재(50)는 매쉬망 접합링(52)과 메쉬망 고정부(54)로 이루어진다.
상기 메쉬망 접합링(52)은 원형 링 형태이며, 상기 메쉬망(30) 하부에 접합된다.
상기 메쉬망 고정부(54)는 메쉬망(30)이 접합되는 접합부(542)와, 상기 접합부(542) 상부로 연장 형성된 상부연장부(544)와, 상기 상부연장부(544) 외측으로 연장 형성된 수평연장부(546)로 이루어진다.
상기 상부연장부(544)의 외주연은 용기본체(10)의 입구부(14)에 밀착되며, 상기 수평연장부(546)는 용기본체(10)의 입구부(14) 상단에 안착된다.
상기 메쉬망(30)은 메쉬망 접합링(52)과 메쉬망 고정부(54) 사이에 열 접합 또는 초음파 접합 또는 고주파 접합되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 유동방지 돌기(40)는 용기본체(10)의 내부 바닥면에 돌출 형성되어 용기본체(10) 내부에 수용된 캡슐화장품이 유동되는 것을 방지하게 된다.
상기 유동방지 돌기(40)는 도 8의 A Type에서 보는 바와 같이 용기본체(10)의 바닥면에 방사형 돌기(42)로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 방사형 돌기(42)는 상부에서 볼 때 용기본체(10)의 바닥면에 삼각형 형태로 돌출 형성되되, 인접한 다른 방사형 돌기(42) 사이에는 일자홈(43)이 형성된다.
상기 각각의 방사형 돌기(42)는 바닥면의 중심부로부터 방사 형태로 일정간격 이격되어 형성되어 있다.
또한, 상기 유동방지 돌기(40)는 도 8의 B Type에서 보는 바와 같이 용기본체(10)의 바닥면에 원형 돌기(44)로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 원형 돌기(44)는 바닥면의 중심부로부터 외측으로 일정간격 이격되어 원호 상에 다수로 돌출 형성되며, 동심원 형태로 배치된다.
또한, 상기 유동방지 돌기(40)는 도 8의 C Type에서 보는 바와 같이 용기본체(10)의 바닥면에 방사형 돌기(42)와 원형 돌기(44)가 함께 형성될 수 있는데, 상기 원형 돌기(44)는 바닥면의 중심부에 형성되고, 상기 방사형 돌기(42)는 원형 돌기(44) 외측에 형성된다.
상기 유동방지 돌기(40)의 방사형 돌기(42) 또는 원형 돌기(44)는 보다 효과적으로 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하기 위해 용기본체(10)의 바닥면으로부터 내측면까지 연장 형성될 수 있다.
즉, 캡슐화장품을 화장품 용기에 수용하여 사용하다 보면 상기 캡슐화장품이 사용되어 소진됨에 따라 화장품 용기 내부에 공간이 생기게 되는데, 이로 인해 사용자가 퍼프로 메쉬망(30)을 가압하면서 문지르면 상기 퍼프의 움직임에 따라 캡슐화장품이 상기 공간 내에서 이동되어 사용이 불편해진다.
따라서, 본 발명에 따른 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기는 화장품 용기의 내부 바닥면에 다수의 방사형 돌기(42) 또는 원형 돌기(44)를 형성하여 캡슐화장품이 상기 방사형 돌기(42) 또는 원형 돌기(44) 사이의 홈에 끼어 유동되지 않도록 한 것이다.
상기 방사형 돌기(42)의 높이(h1)와 원형 돌기(44)의 높이(h2)는 0.2mm 내지 2.0mm 인 것이 바람직하다.
상기 방사형 돌기(42)의 높이(h1)와 원형 돌기(44)의 높이(h2)가 0.2mm 미만일 경우 용기본체(10) 내부에 수용된 캡슐화장품이 상기 방사형 돌기(42) 또는 원형 돌기(44)를 타고 넘어가 유동되는 문제가 있고, 2.0mm를 초과할 경우 상기 방사형 돌기(42) 또는 원형 돌기(44) 사이의 홈에 캡슐화장품이 끼어서 터지지 않는 문제성이 있다.
또한, 상기 방사형 돌기(42) 사이에는 홈이 형성되는데, 상기 홈의 폭(w1)은 1.0mm 내지 5.0mm 인 것이 바람직하다.
상기 홈의 폭(w1)이 1.0mm 미만일 경우 홈의 폭(w1)이 캡슐화장품의 직경보다 작아 캡슐화장품이 상기 홈에 들어가지 않아서 유동되는 문제가 생기며, 5.0mm를 초과할 경우 홈의 폭(w1)이 캡슐화장품의 직경보다 지나치게 커서 상기 홈 내에서 캡슐화장품이 자유로이 유동되는 문제가 생기게 된다.
아울러, 상기 원형 돌기(44)의 동심원 간격(w2)은 1.0mm 내지 5.0mm 인 것이 바람직하다.
상기 동심원의 간격(w2)이 1.0mm 미만일 경우 동심원의 간격(w2)이 캡슐화장품의 직경보다 작아 캡슐화장품이 상기 간격(w2)에 들어가지 않아서 유동되는 문제가 생기고, 5.0mm를 초과할 경우 동심원의 간격(w2)이 캡슐화장품의 직경보다 지나치게 커서 상기 홈 내에서 캡슐화장품이 자유로이 유동되는 문제가 생기게 된다.
상기 용기본체(10) 외측에는 도 9에서 보는 바와 같이 외용기(70)와 상기 외용기(70)에 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 외용기뚜껑(80)이 더 형성될 수 있다.
즉, 본 발명에 따른 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기의 유동방지 돌기(40)를 일반적인 콤팩트 용기에 형성할 수 있는데, 외용기(70)와 상기 외용기(70)에 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 외용기뚜껑(80)과 캡슐화장품이 수용되는 용기본체(10) 및 상기 용기본체(10)에 힌지 결합되어 개폐되는 용기뚜껑(20)으로 이루어진 콤팩트 용기에 있어서, 상기 용기본체(10)의 내부 바닥면에 유동방지 돌기(40)를 형성하여 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기의 조립방법 및 사용방법을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기를 조립하기 위해서는 먼저 도 4와 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 메쉬망 결합부재(50)에 메쉬망(30)을 접합시키는데, 상기 메쉬망(30)은 메쉬망 접합링(52)의 상부면과 메쉬망 고정부(54)의 접합부(542) 사이에 열 접합 또는 초음파 접합 또는 고주파 접합된다.
다음으로, 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 내부 바닥면에 유동방지 돌기(40)가 형성된 용기본체(10)에 캡슐화장품을 충전시키고, 상기 용기본체(10) 상부에 메쉬망(30)이 접합된 메쉬망 결합부재(50)를 장착하되, 상기 메쉬망 고정부재(54)의 상부연장부(544) 외주연이 용기본체(10)의 내주연에 밀착되며, 수평연장부(546)가 용기본체(10)의 입구부(14) 상단에 안착되도록 한다.
마지막으로, 상기 용기본체(10) 상부에 용기뚜껑(20)을 결합함으로써, 본 발명에 따른 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기의 조립을 완료한다.
본 발명에 따른 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기의 유동방지 돌기(40)가 콤팩트 용기에 형성된 경우에는 상기와 같이 조립된 용기본체(10)를 외용기뚜껑(80)이 힌지 결합된 외용기(70)의 내부에 장착한다.
상기와 같이 조립된 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기를 사용하기 위해서는 우선 용기본체(10)로부터 용기뚜껑(20)을 분리시킨 후, 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 퍼프와 같은 화장도구로 메쉬망(30) 상부면을 가압하면서 동시에 좌, 우로 문지르면 메쉬망(30)에 의해 문질러진 캡슐화장품이 깨져 캡슐 내에 충전된 화장료가 메쉬망(30) 상부로 토출된다.
본 발명에 따른 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기의 유동방지 돌기(40)가 콤팩트 용기에 형성된 경우에는 도 9에서 보는 바와 같이 먼저 외용기(70)로부터 외용기뚜껑(80)을 개방하고, 용기본체(10)로부터 용기뚜껑(20)을 개방한다, 다음으로 퍼프와 같은 화장도구로 메쉬망(30) 상부면을 가압하면서 동시에 좌, 우로 문지르면 메쉬망(30)에 의해 문질러진 캡슐화장품이 깨져 캡슐 내에 충전된 화장료가 메쉬망(30) 상부로 토출된다.
상기 캡슐화장품이 사용되어 소진됨에 따라 화장품 용기 내부에 공간이 생기게 되고, 이로 인해 상기 메쉬망(30)을 가압하더라도 캡슐화장품이 상기 공간 내에서 유동되어 용이하게 깨지지 않게 되는데, 본 발명의 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기는 캡슐화장품이 수용된 용기본체(10) 내부 바닥면에 유동방지 돌기(40)를 형성함으로써, 사용자가 화장을 할 때 퍼프로 메쉬망(30)을 어느 방향으로 문질러도 캡슐화장품의 유동이 적어 상기 캡슐화장품이 용이하게 깨지도록 한 것이다.
이상, 본 발명에서 설명한 것은 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기를 실시하기 위한 하나의 실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 발명은 상기 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 내부에 캡슐화장품이 수용되는 용기본체(10)와;
    상기 용기본체(10) 상부에 결합되어 용기본체(10)를 개폐하는 용기뚜껑(20)과;
    상기 용기본체(10) 상부에 장착되는 메쉬망(30)으로 구성되되,
    상기 용기본체(10)의 내부 바닥면에는 용기본체(10) 내부에 수용된 캡슐화장품이 유동되는 것을 방지하는 유동방지 돌기(40)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 유동방지 돌기(40)는 용기본체(10)의 바닥면에 방사형 돌기(42)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 유동방지 돌기(40)는 용기본체(10)의 바닥면에 원형 돌기(44)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 유동방지 돌기(40)는 용기본체(10)의 바닥면에 방사형 돌기(42)와 원형 돌기(44)가 함께 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 유동방지 돌기(40)는 용기본체(10)의 바닥면으로부터 내측면으로 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 메쉬망(30)은 메쉬망 결합부재(50)에 접합되어 용기본체(10) 상단에 장착되되, 상기 메쉬망 결합부재(50)는 매쉬망 접합링(52)과 메쉬망 고정부(54)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐화장품의 유동을 방지하는 화장품 용기.
