Definitions
- the present invention relates to a knitted fabric in which ridges are formed along the knitting direction and a knitting method thereof, and in particular, according to the position of an observer when viewing the knitted fabric from a direction intersecting the knitting direction.
- the present invention relates to a knitted fabric whose color visually recognized by a person changes and a knitting method thereof.
- a knitted fabric to which such a color effect is imparted for example, a knitted fabric imparted with a color effect referred to as a so-called iridescent tone (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-41465) or a surface with a concavo-convex pattern decoration, A knitted fabric with a color effect (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2013-124419) has been proposed.
- the conventional knitted fabric disclosed in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-41465 is obtained by knitting a knitted fabric using yarns that are dyed by different dyeing methods or by alternately dyeing with different dyes, and then knitting the knitted fabric. Is produced by alternately dyeing with the above-mentioned different dyeing methods or with different dyes, and the portions dyed by different methods appear on the surface of the knitted fabric almost in equal areas. Due to the equal area, the iridescent color effect is exhibited.
- the conventional knitted fabric disclosed in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2013-124419 is a composite fabric composed of an upper and a base, and a single tissue portion in which the upper and the base are combined, and the upper and the base And the double bag tissue part separated from each other, heat shrinkable fiber yarn is used for the double bag tissue part in the base, and heat treatment is applied during manufacturing to shrink the double bag tissue part of the base. Then, the surface of the upper fabric is decorated with a concavo-convex pattern by forming a raised ridge in which the double bag tissue portion is raised.
- different colors of yarn are arranged on the left and right surfaces forming the ridges of the upper fabric, and the colors are different when viewed from one surface side and when viewed from the other surface side. By being visually recognized by an observer, a color effect is exhibited.
- the above-mentioned conventional knitted fabric has to perform at least two dyeing steps after knitting of the knitted fabric, which complicates the manufacturing process and takes time. Since the knitting yarn to be used has to be dyed separately, there is a problem that the type is limited.
- the one in which the double bag tissue part in the upper fabric is raised by the heat shrinkage of the double bag tissue part in the base is a ridge, and the shape of the ridge can be freely controlled. Since it is not a thing, variation arises in a shape. Therefore, for example, when the position of the top is shifted for each ridge, different colors are arranged on the left and right surfaces on one ridge, while one surface is otherwise originally on another ridge. Since the color that should be placed only on the surface is partially arranged on a part of the other surface, the color that should be placed on the one surface is partially visible when viewed from the other surface. There is a problem that it is in a state of lack of unity and it is difficult to obtain a sufficient color effect.
- the ridges are only raised from a part of the upper ground, and it cannot be said that the shape stability of the ridge itself is high, and the shape is easily deformed when an external force is applied. Therefore, even when the knitted fabric is used for clothes or the like, there is a problem that an external force acts on the ridges due to the movement of the wearer to deform the shape thereof, and it is difficult to exhibit the expected color effect.
- the conventional knitted fabric has a problem that the color effect is difficult to be exhibited, even if it is used for clothes, the aesthetic feeling and dynamic feeling imparted to the clothes are not necessarily sufficient. Absent.
- the type of knitting yarn to be used is not particularly limited, can be manufactured at low cost, and can exhibit a stable color effect and
- the purpose is to provide the knitting method.
- a knitted fabric having a base and a plurality of protruding strips formed in parallel with each other along the knitting direction on the base,
- the ridge portion includes a top portion formed of a knitting row extending along a knitting direction, and extends along the knitting direction, the base side is knitted to the base portion, and the top side is locked to the top portion, It consists of two side wall parts consisting of a knitting row knitted to connect the base part and the top part, At least one portion of the top portion and the two side wall portions relates to a knitted fabric in which a color different from that of the other portion is arranged.
- the top portion and the two side wall portions constituting the ridge portion is arranged in a color different from the other portions, so that the observer crosses the knitting direction.
- the color effect that the color visually recognized changes according to the position at the time of seeing the said knitted fabric is exhibited.
- the color arranged on the top part and the color arranged on the two side wall parts are changed, the color arranged on the top part is visually recognized when the surface of the knitted fabric is viewed from the front, and the direction intersecting the knitting direction When viewed from the side, in addition to the color arranged on the top, the color arranged on the side wall is visually recognized.
- the color arranged on the top and one side wall and the color arranged on the other side wall are changed, the color arranged on the top and one side wall is visually recognized when viewed from one side. When viewed from the other side wall, the color arranged on the other side wall is visible.
- the colors to be arranged on the top part and the two side wall parts are all different colors
- the color arranged on the top part is visually recognized, and when viewed from one side wall part side, it is arranged on the top part.
- the color arranged on the one side wall is visually recognized, and when viewed from the other side wall, the color arranged on the top and the color arranged on the other side wall are visually recognized.
- the side wall portion is knitted to the base portion and is locked to the top portion, so that the shape stability of the ridge portion itself is high, and the shape is deformed even when an external force is applied. Therefore, the degree of the color effect is not easily affected by the usage mode, and the color effect can be sufficiently exhibited.
- the top portion is composed of at least two chain knitting rows connected by a connecting yarn, the two side wall portions are each composed of a chain knitting row, and the chain knitting row of the side wall portion is It is preferable that the loop formed on the top side is locked in an inserted state in the chain braid row of the top.
- the knitted fabric includes a plurality of knitting needles, a knitting machine including at least a pair of needle beds facing each other, and a supply mechanism for supplying knitting yarn to the knitting needles.
- a method of knitting a knitted fabric that is formed in parallel with each other along the knitting direction and has a top portion and a plurality of protruding strip portions that connect the top portion and the base portion.
- the knitted fabric can be suitably knitted by the knitting method of the knitted fabric that forms the two side wall portions and the base portion connected to the two side wall portions.
- the base portion and the ridge portion can be formed by a chain knitting row, so that the ridge is formed by performing a predetermined process after knitting as in the prior art.
- the problem that the color effect is not sufficiently exhibited due to the variation in the shape of the ridge portion can be solved. Since a dyeing process is not required later, an increase in cost can be suppressed.
- the type of the knitting yarn to be used is not particularly limited as long as at least one portion of the top portion and the two side wall portions has a different color from the other portions. Filament yarn and spun yarn can be freely selected and used.
- the connecting yarn is bridged between a part of the top of each of the ridges and a part of the top of the other ridges adjacent to the ridges. May be formed.
- the ridge portions are connected to each other by the mesh portions and the other ridge portions adjacent to each other, the shape stability of the ridge portions can be further improved.
- the convex portion is visually recognized through the opening portion of the mesh portion due to the formation of the mesh portion, a complicated pattern can be expressed as compared with the case without the mesh portion. .
- the knitted fabric is knitted so as to connect a part of the top part of each ridge part and a part of the top part of the other ridge part adjacent to the ridge part.
- a knitted region having two cuts (openings) may be formed.
- the ridges are connected to each other by the knitting region, the shape stability of the ridges is increased, and the color effect is stably exhibited. Further, since the ridge portion is visually recognized through the cut line, the pattern appearing on the surface of the knitted fabric can be made more complicated than when the knitted region is not formed.
- At least one row of knitting may be formed between each of the ridges and the other ridges adjacent to the ridges in the base.
- each ridge is separated from the adjacent ridges, and the interval between the ridges is widened.
- a color effect different from the case where the interval between the strips is narrow can be exhibited. If the interval between the ridges is too wide, the range of the position where the observer can visually recognize the side wall portion becomes too narrow, and the color effect is not sufficiently exhibited, or the base portion is visually recognized. There is a risk that the aesthetics will be lost due to excessive parts. Therefore, it is preferable to adjust the number of knitting rows to be formed so that the interval between the ridges is about 1.5 mm to 4 mm (about 3 to 5 knitting needles).
- the base may be formed in a mesh shape, or a transparent yarn may be used as the knitting yarn.
- a transparent yarn may be used as the knitting yarn.
- the base portion By forming the base portion in a mesh shape, the knitted fabric can be reduced in weight, and air permeability when used for clothes or the like can be secured.
- the base part is made inconspicuous and the color of the ridge part is made to stand out, and different colors are arranged on the top part and the two side wall parts constituting the ridge part. The color effect can be enhanced.
- the knitted fabric according to the present invention is not particularly limited in the type of knitting yarn to be used, and can stably exhibit a high color effect with reduced manufacturing costs. When this is used for clothes or the like, it is possible to give the clothes or the like a very excellent aesthetic appearance or dynamic feeling.
- the knitting method of the knitted fabric according to the present invention it is possible to make it difficult for variations in the shape of the ridges, so that a knitted fabric that sufficiently exhibits the color effect can be knitted.
