Le procédé comporte les étapes consistant à: faire recevoir par un terminal de ligne optique (OLT) des informations de commande émises par un terminal mobile, les informations de commande étant utilisées pour commander au moins un appareil ménager intelligent relié à une unité de réseau optique (OUN) (S102); interroger une liste pré-stockée d'appareils ménagers intelligents d'après les informations de commande, et commander au moins un appareil ménager intelligent correspondant aux informations de commande dans la liste d'appareils ménagers intelligents (S104); et faire envoyer par l'OLT des informations de réponse de commande correspondant aux informations de commande au terminal mobile, les informations de réponse de commande étant utilisées pour indiquer un état de fonctionnement de l'appareil ou des appareils ménagers intelligents (S106). Le problème d'un processus de commande compliqué causé par le fait que, pour une commande intelligente d'un appareil ménager, il est nécessaire de réaliser, sur la base d'une pluralité d'environnements-cadres complexes de protocoles de communications, la commande d'un appareil ménager intelligent d'un côté terminal mobile au moyen d'une interaction d'informations, est résolu, ce qui a pour effet d'améliorer le rendement de commande.
