此外,在图1中示出了供气软管20的一个端部连接至焊接面罩10上所安装的头套40。但是,应当清楚供气软管20的端部也可以设置成直接与焊接面罩10相连。
图2示出了如图1所示的焊接面罩的从内侧看过去的立体图。需 要指出的是,在本发明的上下文中针对焊接面罩或其它相关部件而言,内侧指的是焊接面罩在由操作者佩戴之后朝向操作者头部的那一侧,外侧指的是焊接面罩在由操作者佩戴之后背离操作者头部的那一侧。
焊接面罩10包括壳体11。壳体11例如可以由硬质塑料制成。在壳体11上安装有自动变光过滤器12,用于在起弧时对操作者的眼睛提供保护。在壳体11的两侧于大致由操作者佩戴后的耳朵附近开设有安装孔13,用于安装与焊接面罩10的壳体11相配的(图中未示出的)头带结构。这种头带结构位于壳体11的内侧,直接佩戴在操作者的头上,起到固定焊接面罩10的作用。
根据本发明,如图2和3所示,在焊接面罩10的壳体11内侧上还安装有头套安装结构50。该头套安装结构50用于与头套40可拆卸地相连。应当清楚,当安装好后,该头套安装结构50位于壳体11的内侧与上述未示出的头带结构之间。
头套安装结构50包括由柔软材料、例如柔软塑料制成的本体51。该本体51大体上呈薄片环形,其形状具体与壳体11的内侧外圈边缘附近的形状相符。这样,当本体51与壳体11的内侧相接触后,本体51大体上位于内侧的外圈边缘附近之内,与壳体11的内侧轮廓形状完全相贴合,不会有过高的凸起。在本体51上设有两个孔眼53,当安装就位后,所述孔眼53与安装孔13相通,以便安装头带结构。
如图2和3所示,在本体51的内侧上,沿着整个外周缝合有一单边拉链52。作为替代地,该单边拉链52也可以缝合至本体51的外侧。组装焊接面罩10时,先在塑料本体51的外侧上均匀涂覆一层粘合剂、例如本领域技术人员已知的可以用于粘接塑料的任何合适的专用胶水,然后将本体51直接粘接到壳体11的内侧上,如图2所示,并且使得塑料本体51上的单边拉链52仍可以自由掀起。塑料本体51在壳体11的内侧上的均匀粘接,确保了二者之间不会存在任何漏气的可能性。
以下参照图4和图5介绍根据本发明的头套40以及其在焊接面罩10上的安装方式。头套40由难以透气的柔软材料、例如难以透气的布料织物制成,用于直接套在操作者的头上,在恶劣的工作环境中为头部提供防护,同时确保供气装置30供应的空气可以由操作者呼吸 到。例如,在头套40上设有开口41,用于与如图1所示的供气软管20的端部相连实现供气。
在头套40的与焊接面罩10相连的那边上,缝合有一长度与如图3所示的单边拉链52相等且结构互补的单边拉链42。由于单边拉链52恰好位于壳体11的内侧附近,因此在组装时,操作者可以用手指方便地拉动在单边拉链52上设置的拉链头56,以将这两个单边拉链42和52相互接合在一起,从而将头套40连接到焊接面罩10上。拉链头的提手54位于头套40和头套安装结构50的外侧,方便由操作者由手指触及拆卸。根据本发明,这两个单边拉链42、52以及拉链头56构成了焊接面罩10与头套40之间的可拆卸的安装结构,具体地讲拉链结构。
这种拉链结构本身可以是本领域技术人员所知的任何适合的拉链,例如塑料拉链或金属拉链等。当操作者佩戴组装好的焊接面罩10后,焊接面罩10与头套40之间的这种拉链结构恰好位于操作者的面部周边位置。这种拉链结构与现有技术的粘扣结构相比,气密性更好,并且在多次拆装之后也不会出现易于脱落或气密性变差的现象,为焊接面罩的佩戴者在恶劣工作环境进行焊接作业提供了更可靠的保护。
如图5所示,为了确保拉链结构的更佳的气密性,在拉链结构的外侧(提手54所在的那侧)上也可以事先涂覆有一层密封涂层,例如防水密封涂层,从而确保空气无法透过并且也确保操作者的汗液不会浸透拉链结构。
由于在佩戴焊接面罩10后本发明的拉链结构可能与操作者的面部直接接触,因此为了提高佩戴舒适度,可以在拉链结构的与操作者的面部所接触的那面上,在缝合一柔软的布条。以图3为例,该柔软的布条可以仅一边缝合在单边拉链52的缝线52′上,另一边外露。同时,该布条的长度与单边拉链52相同,且宽度大于或等于单边拉链42与52的宽度总和。这样,当两个单边拉链42和52接合在一起后,该布条恰好在将与操作者的面部接触的那侧上覆盖这两个单边拉链42和52。也就是说,拉链结构不会直接与操作者的面部接触,而是柔软布条与操作者的面部直接接触,提供了更舒适的佩戴效果。此外,该柔软布条由于覆盖拉链结构,也进一步增强了拉链结构的密封效果。
本领域技术人员应当清楚,如图3所示的拉链头54作为替代也可以设在头套40的单边拉链42上。此外,应当清楚在本发明的技术方案中,也可以省略头套安装结构50。在这种情况下,单边拉链52可以一边直接通过合适的专用胶水粘接到壳体11的内侧,同时确保单边拉链52的带有拉链的另一边能够自由掀起,这样通过与头套40上的相匹配的单边拉链42接合,也可以形成一拉链结构。
尽管这里详细描述了本发明的特定实施方式,但它们仅仅是为了解释的目的而给出的,而不应认为它们对本发明的范围构成限制。在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,各种替换、变更和改造可被构想出来。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种焊接面罩、尤其自动变光焊接面罩,所述焊接面罩包括面罩壳体以及用于佩戴在佩戴者的头上的且由难以透气的柔软材料制成的头套,其中,在所述面罩壳体与所述头套之间设置拉链结构,用于围绕着所述面罩壳体的开口的整个周边将所述头套能够拆卸地连接至所述面罩壳体,在所述头套与所述面罩壳体相连后,所述拉链结构位于所述焊接面罩壳体内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的焊接面罩,其特征在于,所述拉链结构包括在所述面罩壳体的内侧上设置的第一单边拉链以及在所述头套上设置的与所述第一单边拉链配合的第二单边拉链。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的焊接面罩,其特征在于,所述第一单边拉链固定地粘接至所述面罩壳体,所述第二单边拉链缝合至所述头套。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的焊接面罩,其特征在于,所述面罩壳体的内侧上且围绕着所述开口的整个周边附近固定地粘接有一头套安装结构,所述第一单边拉链缝合至所述头套安装结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的焊接面罩,其特征在于,所述头套安装结构围绕着所述开口的整个周边呈薄片环形,其轮廓与所述面罩壳体的内侧轮廓相符。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的焊接面罩,其特征在于,所述拉链结构的拉链为金属拉链或塑料拉链。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一所述的焊接面罩,其特征在于,在所述面罩壳体的内侧上或在所述头套的内侧上设有柔软的保护布条,在所述头套与所述面罩壳体相连后,所述保护布条遮盖所述拉链结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一所述的焊接面罩,其特征在于,在所述拉链结构上涂覆有确保气密性的密封涂层。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一所述的焊接面罩,其特征在于,所述头套由难以透气的柔软材料、例如难以透气的布料织物制成。
  10. 一种焊接面罩组件、尤其自动变光焊接面罩组件,所述组件包括根据前述权利要求任一所述的焊接面罩、供气装置以及在所述供气装置与所述焊接面罩之间相连的供气软管,所述供气装置经由所述供气软管向所述焊接面罩供气。
