Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de séparation automatique de pièces actives et non actives de déchets de cartes de circuit imprimé ou de déchets électroniques avec peu ou pas d'efforts manuels. L'appareil comprend une section de séparation de composants et une section de séparation de puces, contiguë à la section de séparation pour séparer les composants dans diverses étapes, selon leur fonctionnalité, nature et réutilisation. L'appareil utilise le volume des déchets comme alimentation; son entrée est détectée par les capteurs disposés sur la courroie transporteuse et qui initient le processus de séparation. Les composants des déchets subissent ensuite un certain nombre d'étapes au cours desquelles toutes les étapes nécessaires sont effectuées comme le tri par taille, le tri des pièces métalliques, le tri des pièces réutilisables. La séparation automatique selon la présente invention est fondée sur les principes de tri par taille, de tri des métaux et de tri de puces.
