As known from the prior art, the pressure piece is used to press a synchronizer ring 3 to a coupling body 20 and thus to avoid tumbling of the synchronizer ring 3. The pressure piece is realized via the cam 4 on the synchronizer rings 3 itself. Once the shaft 9 and thus also the synchronizer body 10 and the idler gear 18 to be connected may have the same rotational speed, the sliding sleeve 12, the shaft 9 via the synchronizer body 10 rotatably connected to the idler gear 18. The idler gear 18 meshes with a fixed gear on another shaft, which ultimately has a gear is engaged.
