Abstract
La présente invention concerne une unité de propulsion pour un véhicule terrestre (V, T) qui comprend au moins une unité d'entraînement électrique (2) pouvant être associée de manière fonctionnelle à au moins une roue et/ou à au moins une paire de demi-essieux inactifs (S2) et/ou à au moins un essieu inactif (S2') du véhicule terrestre (V, T), au moins une roue et/ou au moins une paire de demi-essieux inactifs (S2) et/ou au moins un essieu inactif (S2') étant du type entraîné, et une source d'alimentation électrique (B) de la ou des unités d'entraînement électriques (2), comprenant au moins un moteur à réluctance synchrone (3) du type assisté par des aimants permanents.
