Abstract

本发明实施例公开了一种视频背景设置方法及终端设备,包括:终端设备获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息;在终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中展示视频背景图片和视频参与者的影像。采用本发明实施例,有利于提升终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的安全性,保护用户隐私。

一种视频背景设置方法及终端设备
本申请要求于2015年10月23日提交中国专利局,申请号为201510701525.2、发明名称为“一种视频背景设置方法及终端设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电子设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种视频背景设置方法及终端设备。
背景技术
融合通信服务(Rich Communication Services,RCS)是语音、消息和通讯录等基础通信业务在4G下的升级,通过升级运营商原有的三个基础业务,为用户提供功能完善、质量保证,体验优秀的新一代通信服务。融合通信包括新通话、新消息和新联系三类功能,三类功能之间既互相独立,又互相协同为一个统一的整体。
本发明的发明人在研究过程中发现,RCS视频通话业务过程中,视频界面中始终展示由终端前置摄像头采集到的实时环境影像信息,但在某些例如包括用户隐私信息等私密信息的应用场景下,通话呼叫方并不希望在视频业务中展示除自己影像之外的环境信息给通话被叫方。
发明内容
本发明提供一种视频背景设置方法及终端设备,以期提升终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的安全性,保护用户隐私。
本发明实施例第一方面提供了一种视频背景设置方法,包括:
获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息;
其中,所述视频参与者的参考信息至少包括以下任意一种:通话呼叫方的生理特征参数和通话被叫方的分组信息;
确定所述视频参与者的参考信息对应的视频背景图片;
在所述RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中设置所述视频背景图片。
本发明第一方面第一种可能的实现方式中,所述视频参与者的参考信息包括通话呼叫方的生理特征参数,所述通话呼叫方为所述RCS视频通话业务的发起用户;
所述获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息,包括:
接收与所述终端设备通信连接的可穿戴设备发送的所述通话呼叫方的生理特征参数,其中,所述生理特征参数至少包括以下任意一种:心率、体温以及血压;
所述确定所述视频参与者的参考信息对应的视频背景图片,包括:
根据所述通话呼叫方的生理特征参数确定所述通话呼叫方的用户心情,其中,所述用户心情包括以下任意一种:开心、平淡和沮丧;
根据预存的用户心情和与视频背景图片的映射关系,以及确定的所述通话呼叫方的用户心情,确定所述通话呼叫方的用户心情对应的视频背景图片。
本发明第一方面第二种可能的实现方式中,,所述视频参与者的参考信息包括通话被叫方的分组信息,其中,所述通话被叫方的分组信息包括联系人分组类型,所述联系人分组类型至少包括以下任意一种:家人分组、爱人分组、朋友分组、兴趣分组,所述通话被叫方为所述RCS视频通话业务的接收用户;
所述确定所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片,包括:
确定所述通话被叫方的分组信息中的联系人分组类型;
根据预存的联系人分组类型与视频背景图片的映射关系,以及确定的所述联系人分组类型,确定所述联系人分组类型对应的视频背景图片。
结合本发明第一方面或第一方面第一种或第二种可能的实现方式,在本发明第一方面第三种可能的实现方式中,所述确定所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片之后,所述在所述RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中设置所述视频背景图片之前,还包括:
提取所述终端设备中存储的所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片;
或者,
向服务器发送视频背景图片请求;
接收所述服务器发送的携带有所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片的视频背景图片响应。
结合本发明第一方面第三种可能的实现方式,在本发明第一方面第四种可能的实现方式中,所述获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息,包括:
当检测到所述终端设备处于RCS视频通话业务状态时,获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息;
或者,
当检测到用户的用于切换所述终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频背景图片的操作指令时,获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息。
或者,
当终端设备检测到RCS视频通话业务的视频内容中的环境影像与预设的环境影像相匹配,则终端设备获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息。此种方式下,终端设备可以根据用户预设的环境影像,动态监测当前RCS视频通话业务的视频内容,由于视频通话的目的之一就是可视,可视的内容当然也包括视频参与者所在的环境影响,而上述方式能够将视频参与者不希望展示在视频界面中的环境影响及时进行隐藏,故而,此种方式有利于提升终端设备RCS视频通话业务的智能性和安全性,且该种方式符合用户的需求。
本发明第二方面提供了一种终端设备,包括:
获取单元,设置为获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息;
其中,所述视频参与者的参考信息至少包括以下任意一种:通话呼叫方的生理特征参数和通话被叫方的分组信息;
确定单元,设置为确定所述视频参与者的参考信息对应的视频背景图片;
展示单元,设置为在所述RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中设置所述视频背景图片。
本发明第二方面第一种可能的实现方式中,所述视频参与者的参考信息包括通话呼叫方的生理特征参数,所述通话呼叫方为所述RCS视频通话业务的发起用户;
所述获取单元具体设置为:
接收与所述终端设备通信连接的可穿戴设备发送的所述通话呼叫方的生理特征参数,其中,所述生理特征参数至少包括以下任意一种:心率、体温以及血压;
所述确定单元具体设置为:
根据所述通话呼叫方的生理特征参数确定所述通话呼叫方的用户心情,其中,所述用户心情包括以下任意一种:开心、平淡和沮丧;
根据预存的用户心情和与视频背景图片的映射关系,以及确定的所述通话呼叫方的用户心情,确定所述通话呼叫方的用户心情对应的视频背景图片。
本发明第二方面第二种可能的实现方式中,所述视频参与者的参考信息包括通话被叫方的分组信息,其中,所述通话被叫方的分组信息包括联系人分组类型,所述联系人分组类型至少包括以下任意一种:家人分组、爱人分组、朋友分组、兴趣分组,所述通话被叫方为所述RCS视频通话业务的接收用户;
所述确定单元具体设置为:
确定所述通话被叫方的分组信息中的联系人分组类型;
根据预存的联系人分组类型与视频背景图片的映射关系,以及确定的所述联系人分组类型,确定所述联系人分组类型对应的视频背景图片。
结合本发明第二方面或第二方面第一种或第二种可能的实现方式,在本发明第二方面第三种可能的实现方式中,所述终端设备还包括:
提取单元,设置为在所述确定单元确定所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片之后,所述展示单元在所述RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中设置所述视频背景图片之前,提取所述终端设备中存储的所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片;
或者,
发送单元,设置为向服务器发送视频背景图片请求;
接收单元,设置为接收所述服务器发送的携带有所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片的视频背景图片响应。
结合本发明第二方面第三种可能的实现方式,在本发明第二方面第四种可能的实现方式中,所述获取单元具体设置为:
当检测到所述终端设备处于RCS视频通话业务状态时,获取所述终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息;
或者,
当检测到用户的用于切换所述终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频背景图片的操作指令时,获取所述终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息。
实施本发明实施例,终端设备首先获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息,其次,确定视频参与者的参考信息对应的视频背景图片,最后,在终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中展示视频背景图片和视频参与者的影像。可见,上述终端设备能够根据获取的视频参与者的参考信息确定视频背景图片,并在RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中展示视频背景图片,故而,终端设备无需展示通过摄像头获取的视频环境中除视频参与者的影像之外的实时环境影像,从而避免泄露视频参数者的私人环境信息,有利于提升终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的安全性,保护用户隐私。

本发明提供一种视频背景设置方法及终端设备,以期提升终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的安全性,保护用户隐私。
本发明实施例中所描述的终端设备例如可以是平板电脑、手机、电子阅读器、遥控器、个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)、笔记本电脑、车载设备、网络电视、可穿戴设备等具有网络功能且安装有RCS客户端的电子设备;在终端设备的RCS视频通话业务中,视频参与者具体可以包括通话呼叫方和通话被叫方,通话被叫方为RCS视频业务的发起用户,通话被叫方为RCS视频业务的接收用户。
下面结合附图及具体实施方式,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行详细说明。
请参考图1,图1是本发明第一实施例提出的一种视频背景设置方法的流程图,如图1所示,该视频背景设置方法具体可以包括以下步骤:
S101、终端设备获取终端设备的融合通信服务RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息;
其中,所述视频参与者的参考信息至少包括以下任意一种:通话呼叫方的生理特征参数和通话被叫方的分组信息;
可以理解的是,上述终端设备获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息的实现方式可以是多种多样的;
一个实施例中,上述终端设备获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息的具体实现方式可以是:当终端设备检测到所述终端设备处于RCS视频通话业务状态时,则终端设备获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息;此种方式下,终端设备只要开启RCS视频通话业务,终端设备就获取视频参与者的参考信息。
另一个实施例中,上述终端设备获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息的具体实现方式可以是:当终端设备检测到用户的用于切换所述终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频背景图片的操作指令时,则终端设备获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息。此种方式下,终端设备可以根据用户的操作指令获取视频参与者的参考信息。
又一个实施例中,上述终端设备获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息的具体实现方式可以是:当终端设备检测到RCS视频通话业务的视频内容中的环境影像与预设的环境影像相匹配,则终端设备获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息。此种方式下,终端设备可以根据用户预设的环境影像,动态监测当前RCS视频通话业务的视频内容,由于视频通话的目的之一就是可视,可视的内容当然也包括视频参与者所在的环境影响,而上述方式能够将视频参与者不希望展示在视频界面中的环境影响及时进行隐藏,故而,此种方式有利于提升终端设备RCS视频通话业务的智能性和安全性,且该种方式符合用户的需求。

一个实施例中,当所述视频参与者的参考信息包括通话呼叫方的生理特征参数,上述终端设备获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息的具体方式为:接收与所述终端设备通信连接的可穿戴设备发送的所述通话呼叫方的生理特征参数,其中,所述生理特征参数至少包括以下任意一种:心率、体温以及血压;
上述终端设备确定所述视频参与者的参考信息对应的视频背景图片的具体方式为:根据所述通话呼叫方的生理特征参数确定所述通话呼叫方的用户心情,其中,所述用户心情包括以下任意一种:开心、平淡和沮丧;以及,根据预存的用户心情和与视频背景图片的映射关系,以及确定的所述通话呼叫方的用户心情,确定所述通话呼叫方的用户心情对应的视频背景图片。

所述确定所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片,包括:

举例来说,上述爱人分组对应的视频背景图片可以是浪漫主体的背景图片,上述兴趣分组中,如篮球兴趣分组对应的视频背景图片例如可以是预设的篮球主体背景图片。
S103、所述终端设备在所述RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中设置所述视频背景图片。
本发明实施例中,上述视频参与者的影像例如可以是视频参与者的头像,或者从实时视频影像中提取的视频参与者的影像等。
可以看出,本发明实施例中,终端设备首先获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息,其次,确定视频参与者的参考信息对应的视频背景图片,最后,在终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中展示视频背景图片和视频参与者的影像。可见,上述终端设备能够根据获取的视频参与者的参考信息确定视频背景图片,并在RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中展示视频背景图片,故而,终端设备无需展示通过摄像头获取的视频环境中除视频参与者的影像之外的实时环境影像,从而避免泄露视频参数者的私人环境信息,有利于提升终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的安全性,保护用户隐私。

可以看出,本发明实施例中,终端设备首先获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息,其次,确定视频参与者的参考信息对应的视频背景图片,最后,在终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中展示视频背景图片和视频参与者的影像。可见,上述终端设备能够根据获取的视频参与者的参考信息确定视频背景图片,并在RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中展示视频背景图片,故而,终端设备无需展示通过摄像头获取的视频环境中除视频参与者的影像之外的实时环境影像,从而避免泄露视频参数者的私人环境信息,有利于提升终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的安全性,保护用户隐私。
可选的,本发明实施例中,上述终端设备确定所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片之后,所述在所述RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中设置所述视频背景图片之前,还可以执行以下操作:
所述终端设备提取所述终端设备中存储的所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片;
或者,
所述终端设备向服务器发送视频背景图片请求;
所述终端设备接收所述服务器发送的携带有所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片的视频背景图片响应。

获取单元401,设置为获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息;
其中,所述视频参与者的参考信息至少包括以下任意一种:通话呼叫方的生理特征参数和通话被叫方的分组信息;
确定单元402,设置为确定所述视频参与者的参考信息对应的视频背景图片;
展示单元403,设置为在所述RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中设置所述视频背景图片。
可选的,本发明实施例中,所述视频参与者的参考信息包括通话呼叫方的生理特征参数,所述通话呼叫方为所述RCS视频通话业务的发起用户;
所述获取单元具体设置为:
接收与所述终端设备通信连接的可穿戴设备发送的所述通话呼叫方的生理特征参数,其中,所述生理特征参数至少包括以下任意一种:心率、体温以及血压;
所述确定单元具体设置为:
根据所述通话呼叫方的生理特征参数确定所述通话呼叫方的用户心情,其中,所述用户心情包括以下任意一种:开心、平淡和沮丧;
根据预存的用户心情和与视频背景图片的映射关系,以及确定的所述通话呼叫方的用户心情,确定所述通话呼叫方的用户心情对应的视频背景图片。
可选的,本发明实施例中,所述视频参与者的参考信息包括通话被叫方的分组信息,其中,所述通话被叫方的分组信息包括联系人分组类型,所述联系人分组类型至少包括以下任意一种:家人分组、爱人分组、朋友分组、兴趣分组,所述通话被叫方为所述RCS视频通话业务的接收用户;
所述确定单元具体设置为:
确定所述通话被叫方的分组信息中的联系人分组类型;
根据预存的联系人分组类型与视频背景图片的映射关系,以及确定的所述联系人分组类型,确定所述联系人分组类型对应的视频背景图片。
可选的,本发明实施例中,所述终端设备还包括:
提取单元,设置为在所述确定单元确定所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片之后,所述展示单元在所述RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中设置所述视频背景图片之前,提取所述终端设备中存储的所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片;
或者,
发送单元,设置为向服务器发送视频背景图片请求;
接收单元,设置为接收所述服务器发送的携带有所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片的视频背景图片响应。
可选的,本发明实施例中,所述获取单元具体设置为:
当检测到所述终端设备处于RCS视频通话业务状态时,获取所述终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息;
或者,
当检测到用户的用于切换所述终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频背景图片的操作指令时,获取所述终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息。
可以理解的是,本实施例的终端设备的各模块的功能可根据上述方法实施例中的方法具体实现,其具体实现过程可以参照上述方法实施例的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
可以看出,本发明实施例中,终端设备首先获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息,其次,确定视频参与者的参考信息对应的视频背景图片,最后,在终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中展示视频背景图片和视频参与者的影像。可见,上述终端设备能够根据获取的视频参与者的参考信息确定视频背景图片,并在RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中展示视频背景图片,故而,终端设备无需展示通过摄像头获取的视频环境中除视频参与者的影像之外的实时环境影像,从而避免泄露视频参数者的私人环境信息,有利于提升终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的安全性,保护用户隐私。
图5是本发明第五实施例提出的另一种移动终端的结构示意图。如图所示,该装置可以包括:至少一个处理器501,例如CPU,至少一个接收器503,至少一个存储器504,至少一个发送器505,至少一个通信总线502。其中,通信总线502用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。其中,本发明实施例中装置的接收器503和发送器505可以是有线发送端口,也可以为无线设备,例如包括天线装置,用于与其他节点设备进行信令或数据的通信。存储器504可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器504可选的还可以是至少一个位于远离前述处理器501的存储装置。存储器504中存储一组程序代码,且处理器501用于调用存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息;
其中,所述视频参与者的参考信息至少包括以下任意一种:通话呼叫方的生理特征参数和通话被叫方的分组信息;
确定所述视频参与者的参考信息对应的视频背景图片;
在所述RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中设置所述视频背景图片。
可选的,本发明实施例中,所述视频参与者的参考信息包括通话呼叫方的生理特征参数,所述通话呼叫方为所述RCS视频通话业务的发起用户;
所述获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息,包括:
接收与所述终端设备通信连接的可穿戴设备发送的所述通话呼叫方的生理特征参数,其中,所述生理特征参数至少包括以下任意一种:心率、体温以及血压;
所述确定所述视频参与者的参考信息对应的视频背景图片,包括:

可选的,本发明实施例中,所述视频参与者的参考信息包括通话被叫方的分组信息,其中,所述通话被叫方的分组信息包括联系人分组类型,所述联系人分组类型至少包括以下任意一种:家人分组、爱人分组、朋友分组、兴趣分组,所述通话被叫方为所述RCS视频通话业务的接收用户;
所述确定所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片,包括:
确定所述通话被叫方的分组信息中的联系人分组类型;
根据预存的联系人分组类型与视频背景图片的映射关系,以及确定的所述联系人分组类型,确定所述联系人分组类型对应的视频背景图片。
可选的,本发明实施例中,所述确定所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片之后,所述在所述RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中设置所述视频背景图片之前,还包括:
提取所述终端设备中存储的所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片;
或者,
向服务器发送视频背景图片请求;
接收所述服务器发送的携带有所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片的视频背景图片响应。
可选的,本发明实施例中,所述获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息,包括:
当检测到所述终端设备处于RCS视频通话业务状态时,获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息;
或者,
当检测到用户的用于切换所述终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频背景图片的操作指令时,获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息。
可以理解的是,本实施例的终端设备的各模块的功能可根据上述方法实施例中的方法具体实现,其具体实现过程可以参照上述方法实施例的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
可以看出,本发明实施例中,终端设备首先获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息,其次,确定视频参与者的参考信息对应的视频背景图片,最后,在终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中展示视频背景图片和视频参与者的影像。可见,上述终端设备能够根据获取的视频参与者的参考信息确定视频背景图片,并在RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中展示视频背景图片,故而,终端设备无需展示通过摄像头获取的视频环境中除视频参与者的影像之外的实时环境影像,从而避免泄露视频参数者的私人环境信息,有利于提升终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的安全性,保护用户隐私。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各个方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某一些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种视频背景设置方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取终端设备的融合通信服务RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息;
    确定所述视频参与者的参考信息对应的视频背景图片;
    在所述RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中设置所述视频背景图片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述视频参与者的参考信息包括通话呼叫方的生理特征参数,所述通话呼叫方为所述RCS视频通话业务的发起用户;
    所述获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息,包括:
    接收与所述终端设备通信连接的可穿戴设备发送的所述通话呼叫方的生理特征参数,其中,所述生理特征参数至少包括以下任意一种:心率、体温以及血压;
    所述确定所述视频参与者的参考信息对应的视频背景图片,包括:
    根据所述通话呼叫方的生理特征参数确定所述通话呼叫方的用户心情,其中,所述用户心情包括以下任意一种:开心、平淡和沮丧;
    根据预存的用户心情和与视频背景图片的映射关系,以及确定的所述通话呼叫方的用户心情,确定所述通话呼叫方的用户心情对应的视频背景图片。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述视频参与者的参考信息包括通话被叫方的分组信息,其中,所述通话被叫方的分组信息包括联系人分组类型,所述联系人分组类型至少包括以下任意一种:家人分组、爱人分组、朋友分组、兴趣分组,所述通话被叫方为所述RCS视频通话业务的接收用户;
    所述确定所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片,包括:
    确定所述通话被叫方的分组信息中的联系人分组类型;
    根据预存的联系人分组类型与视频背景图片的映射关系,以及确定的所述联系人分组类型,确定所述联系人分组类型对应的视频背景图片。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片之后,所述在所述RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中设置所述视频背景图片之前,还包括:
    提取所述终端设备中存储的所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片;
    或者,
    向服务器发送视频背景图片请求;
    接收所述服务器发送的携带有所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片的视频背景图片响应。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息,包括:
    当检测到所述终端设备处于RCS视频通话业务状态时,获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息;
    或者,
    当检测到用户的用于切换所述终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频背景图片的操作指令时,获取终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息。
  6. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,设置为获取终端设备的融合通信服务RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息;
    确定单元,设置为确定所述视频参与者的参考信息对应的视频背景图片;
    展示单元,设置为在所述RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中设置所述视频背景图片。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述视频参与者的参考信息包括通话呼叫方的生理特征参数,所述通话呼叫方为所述RCS视频通话业务的发起用户;
    所述获取单元具体设置为:
    接收与所述终端设备通信连接的可穿戴设备发送的所述通话呼叫方的生理特征参数,其中,所述生理特征参数至少包括以下任意一种:心率、体温以及血压;
    所述确定单元具体设置为:
    根据所述通话呼叫方的生理特征参数确定所述通话呼叫方的用户心情,其中,所述用户心情包括以下任意一种:开心、平淡和沮丧;
    根据预存的用户心情和与视频背景图片的映射关系,以及确定的所述通话呼叫方的用户心情,确定所述通话呼叫方的用户心情对应的视频背景图片。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述视频参与者的参考信息包括通话被叫方的分组信息,其中,所述通话被叫方的分组信息包括联系人分组类型,所述联系人分组类型至少包括以下任意一种:家人分组、爱人分组、朋友分组、兴趣分组,所述通话被叫方为所述RCS视频通话业务的接收用户;
    所述确定单元具体设置为:
    确定所述通话被叫方的分组信息中的联系人分组类型;
    根据预存的联系人分组类型与视频背景图片的映射关系,以及确定的所述联系人分组类型,确定所述联系人分组类型对应的视频背景图片。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备还包括:
    提取单元,设置为在所述确定单元确定所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片之后,所述展示单元在所述RCS视频通话业务的视频界面中设置所述视频背景图片之前,提取所述终端设备中存储的所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片;
    或者,
    发送单元,设置为向服务器发送视频背景图片请求;
    接收单元,设置为接收所述服务器发送的携带有所述参考信息对应的视频背景图片的视频背景图片响应。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述获取单元具体设置为:
    当检测到所述终端设备处于RCS视频通话业务状态时,获取所述终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息;
    或者,
    当检测到用户的用于切换所述终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频背景图片的操作指令时,获取所述终端设备的RCS视频通话业务的视频参与者的参考信息。
