Abstract
一种电容式传感器(13,23,31)、电容式传感装置(1,2,30)和电子设备(200),所述电容式传感器(13,23,31)包括多个传感单元(131,231,331)。每一传感单元(131,231,331)包括感测电极(14,24,34)和传感电路(15,25,35)。感测电极(14,24,34)能够以电容方式耦合到目标物体,感测电极(14,24,34)用于加载参考信号。传感电路(15,25,35)包括转换电路(151,251,351)。转换电路(151,251,351)用于转换感测电极(14,24,34)上因目标物体的接近或触摸所引起参考信号的变化量为第一交流信号,并叠加所述第一交流信号至第二恒定直流信号上,对应产生第二交流信号。所述电容式传感器(131,231,331)输出的感测信号较稳定。具有所述电容式传感器(13,23,31)的电容式传感装置(1,2,30)的感测精度较准。具有所述电容式传感装置(1,2,30)的电子设备(200)的用户体验较好。
