Abstract
La présente invention concerne une couche de finition anti-corrosive crue destinée à une canalisation enterrée pour le transport de l'eau du robinet, et son procédé de préparation. Ladite couche de finition comprend de l'eau désionisée, un agent mouillant, un agent dispersant, un agent neutralisant, un agent de résistance à l'oxydation superficielle, un pigment anti-rouille et une charge, un agent épaississant, un agent antimousse, un agent filmogène, et un agent mouillant un matériau de base. Le procédé de préparation de ladite couche de finition consiste à : agiter et disperser de l'eau désionisée et divers additifs, puis ajouter un agent épaississant et un pigment anti-rouille et une charge et broyer l'agent épaississant et le pigment anti-rouille et la charge en ajoutant de l'eau de refroidissement, et enfin ajouter un agent filmogène et un agent mouillant de matériau de base à des fins d'agitation et d'emballage.
