Abstract
L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la médecine, notamment des techniques médicales, et concerne des garrots tourniquets pour stopper une hémorragie qui se posent à une main ou deux mains, et peut être utilisée dans l'apport des premiers soins médicaux afin d'arrêter une hémorragie artérielle dans des extrémités blessées. Ce garrot tourniquet comprend une bande de type sangle à une extrémité de laquelle est fixée une boucle tandis que l'autre comprend un embout, une lanière disposée dans la cavité interne de la bande de type sangle et comportant des extrémités fixées, et une unité de tension et de fixation du garrot posé. La bande de type sangle comprend une partie initiale au milieu de laquelle sont fixés deux inserts à l'aide d'un crochet qui peuvent se déplacer chacun le long de l'autre, et une partie longue sur le côté face de laquelle est en outre fixée une fixation textile boucle-crochet se présentant sous forme d'une bande en travers de laquelle sont disposées des sections boucles et crochets, ou sous forme d'une bande ou les boucles et les crochets sont disposés de manière décalée. L'unité de tension et de fixation de serrage du garrot comprend une tige de torsion avec une fente et une fixation de la tige de torsion qui sont fixées sur le côté face de la partie initiale de la bande de type sangle. Sur le côté face de la partie initiale de la bande de type sangle sont formées deux découpes au-dessus desquelles est disposé un cadre pour maintenir la tige de torsion reliant les extrémités adjacentes des sections formées par les découpes de la partie initiale de la bande de type sangle; la tige de torsion est disposée au-dessus du cadre de maintien de la tige de torsion, et à travers ces deux découpes dans le cadre afin de maintenir la tige de torsion, la boucle ressort vers l'extérieur et passe dans la fente de la tige de torsion de manière à pouvoir la tourner et de serrer la bande de type sangle et afin de fixer une des extrémités de la tige de torsion dans la fixation de la tige de torsion. Cette invention permet de simplifier le processus de pose et de serrage du garrot à une ou deux mains tout en assurant automatiquement la pression sur l'extrémité blessée afin d'interrompre une hémorragie artérielle en excluant une inflammation de la peau de l'extrémité blessée avec un grande fiabilité de fixation du garrot serré. Il est en outre possible d'augmenter la fiabilité de fixation de l'extrémité de la bande de type sangle au-dessus de la tige de torsion et de l'extrémité après la pose du garrot sans qu'il soit nécessaire de perdre un temps précieux.
