Abstract

La présente invention vise à fournir une unité de régulation de pression hydraulique (1) qui peut être réduite en taille, et un procédé de fabrication d'un type similaire d'unité de régulation de pression hydraulique. L'unité de régulation de pression hydraulique (1) régule la pression hydraulique d'un circuit hydraulique de frein (C1, C2) et comprend un corps de base (10) formé avec un alésage de cylindre (40), dont une extrémité dans une direction axiale communique avec un mécanisme d'entraînement (2A), et dont l'autre extrémité (50) est ouverte, et un dispositif de pompe (2) pour réguler la pression hydraulique. Le dispositif de pompe (2) comprend un piston (41) qui est disposé dans l'alésage de cylindre (40) et qui effectue un mouvement de va-et-vient par complémentarité de forme avec un fonctionnement du mécanisme d'entraînement (2A), un ressort de compression (45) qui est disposé dans l'alésage de cylindre (40) et pousse le piston (41); et un clapet de non-retour côté aspiration (46) qui est disposé entre le piston (41) et l'autre extrémité (50) de l'alésage de cylindre (40) dans l'alésage de cylindre (40) de façon à empêcher un écoulement inverse d'un liquide de frein qui est aspiré dans l'alésage de cylindre (40).
