- the pivoting control portion 152 is made of Nitrile-Butadien Rubber (NBR), Acrylonitrile Butadiene and Styrene (ABS), or Polypropylene (PP).
- the opening-and-closing operation portion 122 constantly remains in frictional contact with the pivoting control portion 151 even while it is being pivoted, thus enabling a smooth pivoting operation to be performed.
- a sealing cap 124 is provided in the cover 120 to hermetically seal the cosmetics contained in the container body 110 when the container body 110 is covered with the cover 120.
- the sealing cap 124 may be separately manufactured from the cover 120 through injection molding.
- the sealing cap 124 may be provided with a pressure relieving portion 125 that relieves a vacuum state created in the cosmetics container when the cover 120 is opened or closed.
- the pressure relieving portion 125 may be a thin film and vibrates in a vertical direction when the cover 120 is opened or closed.
- the pressure relieving portion 125 combined with the sealing cap 124 is sufficiently thin so that it can easily vibrate according to a pressure when the cover 120 is opened or closed. Therefore, it is possible to relieve the vacuum state in the container body 110, which facilitates opening of the cover 120.
- the sealing cap 124 may be provided with a sealing packing 126 that comes in tight pressure contact with the upper end 130 and the inner circumferential surface 113a of the container body 110 that contains cosmetics therein.
- the sealing packing 126 may be provided with protrusions 126a and 126b. Therefore, the sealing packing 126 may not be in entire surface contact with the upper end 113 and the inner circumferential surface 113a of the container body 110 but be in partial surface contact with the upper end 113 and the inner circumferential surface 113a of the container body 110.

- sealing packing 126 may be integrated with the sealing cap 124. That is, the sealing packing 126 and the sealing cap 124 are integrally manufactured through a single insert injection molding process.
- the sealing packing 126 may be partially provided with a tensional contact portion 127 that causes stable contact between the hinge pin and a portion, being near the hinge pin, of the inner circumferential surface 113a of the container body 110 when the cover 120 is pivoted about the hinge pin 121 to be opened or closed.
- the sealing cap 124 provided to the cover 120 is provided with an inclined moving portion 124 in a position corresponding to the elastic button 114 provided to the container body 110, and the elastic button 114 is provided with an inclined pushing protrusion 115 in a position corresponding to the inclined moving portion 128. Therefore, when the elastic button 114 is pressed, the inclined pushing protrusion 115 forcibly pushes and lifts the inclined moving portion of the sealing cap 124. Through this operation, the cover 120 is lifted and opened.
- the makeup spatula 130 when the container body 110 is covered by the cover 120, the makeup spatula 130 remains retracted within the makeup spatula accommodation portion 112 of the container body 110 and remains elastically supported on the elastic support 140 as illustrated in FIG. 3 or 5.
- the makeup spatula 130 is safely received in the makeup spatula accommodation portion 112 of the container body 110 until the cover 120 is intentionally opened. Since the makeup spatula 130 is automatically lifted by the elastic support 140 to protrude from the upper end 113 of the container body 110 only when the cover 120 is opened, the makeup spatula 130 can be conveniently taken out and hygienically used and stored.
- the cover 120 can be smoothly and gently opened. Therefore, it is possible to prevent damage of the opening-and-closing operation portion 122 attributable to rough and abrupt opening operations of the cover 120.
