Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc pour collage d'une semelle de chaussure et un procédé de fabrication d'une semelle de chaussure, la composition étant destinée à lier ensemble une semelle d'usure et une semelle intercalaire et comprenant un mélange d'un agent de vulcanisation et d'un substrat polymère qui contient du caoutchouc et un copolymère d'éthylène ayant un point de fusion de 35 à 90 °C. Le procédé de fabrication de semelle de chaussure utilise la composition de caoutchouc et comprend les étapes consistant à stratifier, sur une feuille de semelle d'usure, une feuille de liaison fabriquée par mélange de l'agent de vulcanisation avec le substrat polymère contenant du caoutchouc et un copolymère d'éthylène ayant un point de fusion de 35 à 90 °C, et façonner la feuille de semelle extérieure, sur laquelle est stratifiée la feuille de liaison, et une ébauche de semelle intercalaire en mousse en une semelle de chaussure ayant une semelle d'usure et une semelle intercalaire liées ensemble, au moyen d'un moule de semelle de chaussure.
