- Needle gap is adjusted to appropriate location needle gap adjustment button (10). Extension at the end of adjustment button (11 ) is placed into the appropriate cavity (13) on the knoble (12), and position of of the channel (15) on the intermediate channel part (14) is changed according to the wheel (16). Needle tray arm (17), mounted onto the intermediate channel part takes its forward backward position accordingly ( Figure 3). Needle tray (18) at the end of needle tray arm moves forward and backwards within the tray channel (19) by means of arm pushing. Changes at the two different setting positions of the button are illustrated on Figure 3.
- Suturing location is taken between needle tip and needle tray. There is a hole (20) on the needle tray in order to enable needle to pass through.

- This lever part is mounted to the external channel parts via an axle (27). And it can easily rotate on this axle.
- This lever part comes in front of the wheel during the normal movement of the wheel within the channel. Contact of wheel to the lever part is illustrated on the Figure 4.
- Released button rotates on the button rotation point (35) with the impact of button spring (34), and starts to its forward movement ( Figure 5) and moves forward the string catching rod (36), mounted onto itself. Spike of the string catching rod (37) passes through and falls under the gap, formed on the string ( Figure 6). Thus, string is catched. Return and leaving string gaps of the needle at both sides is illustrated on the lowest small picture on the Figure 6. Then fingers are aparted from each other and needle is pulled back. However, string is at the tip of the string catcher. While needle comes back upon forward movement of the knoble, needle tray arm (17), connected to the intermediate channel part, also comes back. However, string catcher is still at advanced position.
- Knoble upper edge extension (40) grinds to button bottom edge extension (41 ) in order to prevent grinding needle pin and string catcher rod spike to each other in case of drawing knoble back whereas string catcher rod is at the most advanced position, namely button is uncoiled. These two spurs are adjusted so as to touch each other only in case of uncoiled button. Lever part stays away from its route via being swept by wheel from its route by means of rotating backwards without forming any obstacle whereas fingers are drifting apart from each other, namely wheel is coming back. There is a connector (42) for bringing wheel back to its former position.
- This connector rotates from its rotation point, namely connector rotation point (44) on the external parts upon pressing onto inclined edge of the wheel, in other words inclined edge of the connector (43), and presses the lever part from above, and bring it back to the wheel route (Figure 9). Dashed lines on the figure show coming back of lever part to its original position with the downward pressure of the connector.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de suture avancée qui est de manière générale un dispositif de suture atraumatique mis au point pour être utilisé dans des chirurgies ouvertes à profondeur de suture réglable.
