如图1所示,燃气灶100包括面板10、锅架20、装饰条30和连接件40。面板10、装饰条30与锅架20从下到上依次放置,装饰条30设在锅架20与面板10之间。面板10可为玻璃面板。例如,面板10为钢化玻璃面板。锅架20可以包括一个,也可以包括多个。如图1所示,锅架20包括三个,三个锅架20沿水平方向并排放置面板10上。
如图6所示,锅架20的下表面上设有定位孔21,连接件40的一端与装饰条30连接,连接件40的另一端插设在定位孔21内。当装饰条30与面板10连接时,连接件40可通过装饰条30固定在面板10上,此时,连接件40的一端与面板10之间的相对位置得以固定,连接件40实现在面板10上的定位和固定。
当连接件40的另一端插设在锅架20的定位孔21内时,连接件40的另一端实现在锅架20上的定位和固定。由此,锅架20可通过连接件40实现在面板10上的定位和固定。该种定位固定方式无需在面板10上设置用于定位的孔,可通过装饰条30与面板10之间的定位连接实现连接件40与面板10之间的定位连接。与铆钉插入孔内定位和固定的结构相比,采用装饰条30与面板10相连的方式连接固定更可靠。
如图4至图6所示,定位孔21可以包括多个,多个定位孔21可以沿装饰条30的长度方向间隔开布置。装饰条30上可以设有多个固定孔311,多个固定孔311与多个定位孔21分别对应。每个连接件40的一端插接在对应的固定孔311内,每个连接件40的另一端插接在对应的定位孔21内。锅架20与装饰条30可通过连接件40插接相连。如图3至图5所示,连接件40可为定位铆钉。
装饰条30与面板10之间的连接方式可有多种,可选地,如图3所示,根据本发明的一 些实施例,燃气灶100还包括粘接层50。粘接层50设在装饰条30与面板10之间,使装饰条30可以通过粘接层50与面板10粘接相连。该种连接方式连接可靠且便于生产装配,同时在采用粘接胶将装饰件30粘接到面板10的操作过程中,面板10也不易发生破碎。
如图3所示,粘接层50可以位于固定孔311处,即当连接件40的一端插接在固定孔311内时,连接件40与面板10之间也设有粘接层50,连接件40可通过粘接层50固定在面板10上。由此,连接件40和装饰条30可通过粘接胶共同粘接在面板10上。
如图5所示,装饰条30包括平板31和左侧板32a和右侧板32b,固定孔311设在平板31上。两个侧板32a和32b分别设在平板31的左端和右端。左侧板32a从平板31的左端沿左下方向延伸至止抵所述面板的位置,即左侧板32a的下端抵接在面板10上,右侧板32b从平板31的右端沿右下方向延伸至止抵面板的位置,即右侧板32b的下端抵接在面板10上。
平板31通过侧板32a和32b的支撑实现与面板10之间的平行且间隔,粘接层50设在平板31与面板10之间。该间隔即为粘接层50的高度,同时当连接件40穿过固定孔311时,该间隔还可以避让连接件40。即侧板32a和32b可起到固定基本藏胶高度和避空连接件40的高度的作用。
侧板32a和32b与粘接层50的设置使得装饰条30可以通过粘接方式和支撑方式固定在面板10上。具体而言,装饰条30通过粘接层50与面板10粘接在一起,同时通过两个侧板32a和32b支撑在面板10上。装饰条30与面板10之间的连接方式多样,连接点多且分布位置适宜,装饰条30与面板10连接牢固,装饰条30放置平稳性高。
同时,利用装饰条30的侧板32a和32b的高度和连接件40装配后下端的高度可以保证装饰条30整体与面板10水平。并且两个侧板32a和32b在装饰条30安装时还可以在左右方向上起到定位作用,保证装饰条30安装位置的准确性。
进一步地,装饰条30还包括后边板33。后边板33设在平板31的后侧,后边板33向下延伸并且后边板33的前侧面抵接面板10的后侧面。由此,装饰条30在往面板10上安装时,后边板33可以从前后方向进行定位,使装饰条30安装位置更准确。
如图5所示,装饰条30还可以包括前边板34。前边板34设在平板31的前侧,前边板34沿装饰条30的宽度方向向前向下延伸至止抵面板10的位置。如图5所示,装饰条30的宽度方向为前后方向,前边板34向前向下延伸,并且前边板34的下端抵接面板在10上。前边板34可以进一步提高装饰条30在面板10安装的平稳性和可靠性。
可选地,平板31、左侧板32a和右侧板32b、后边板33和前边板34一体形成。该一体形成的结构成型方便,保证了装饰条30的整体结构稳定性。
如图6所示,锅架20的下表面上设有向上凹陷的凹槽22,凹槽22的形状与装饰条30 的形状对应。当锅架20、装饰条30和面板10装配在一起时,装饰条30可以位于凹槽22内,定位孔21设在凹槽22的下壁面上。凹槽22可以起到避让和容纳装饰条30的作用,使燃气灶100的结构更为紧凑并且保证锅架20安装的平稳性。
如图6所示,锅架20的下表面上可以设有多个脚垫23,多个脚垫23分别支撑在面板10上,以进一步保证锅架20在面板10上使用的稳定性。脚垫23可采用具有防滑性质的材料制造,以增加锅架20在面板10上的摩擦力,使锅架20不易在面板10上发生移位,使用更可靠。
总之,根据本发明实施例的燃气灶100包括面板10、置于面板10上的锅架20、实现锅架20定位作用的装饰条30、安装在装饰条30上的定位铆钉以及粘接装饰条30与面板10的粘接层50。其中,锅架20包括用于避空装饰条30作用的凹槽22和在凹槽22中用于定位作用的定位孔21,以及用于防滑作用的脚垫23。
参照图1至图6所示,在装配根据本发明实施例的燃气灶100时,可以利用装饰条30的固定孔311与定位铆钉的装配,组合成装饰条组件,再利用粘接胶层与面板10粘接后形成一个面板组件。其中,装饰条组件与面板10配合的时候利用装饰条30的后边板33定位其前后距离,再利用装饰条30的侧板32a和32b定位其左右距离,同时利用装饰条30的侧板32a和32b的高度和定位铆钉装配后下端的高度保证装饰条30整体与面板10水平。
当锅架20放置在面板10上面的时候,利用装饰条30上面凸起的定位铆钉和锅架20上内凹的定位孔21的配合来固定锅架20的位置;同时利用锅架20的脚垫23在面板10上增加摩擦力,保证了锅架20在面板10上使用的稳定性。这种安装方式带来了批量制造效率的提高,也大幅减少了因解决锅架20定位问题需要在面板10中增加开孔来装配定位铆钉所导致的面板较高的破碎几率的问题,增加了面板10承受极限温差能力。
根据本发明实施例的燃气灶100,锅架20与面板10定位和固定方式可靠、简易且高效,能够有效减少钢化玻璃面板10的破碎几率,生产效率显著提高。
根据本发明实施例的燃气灶100的其他构成以及操作对于本领域的普通技术人员来说是可知的,在此不再详细描述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是 第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种燃气灶,其特征在于,包括:
    面板;
    锅架,所述锅架设在所述面板上方,所述锅架的下部设有定位孔;
    装饰条,所述装饰条设在所述面板与所述锅架之间,所述装饰条与所述面板相连;
    连接件,所述连接件的一端与所述装饰条连接,所述连接件的另一端可拆卸地嵌在所述定位孔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的燃气灶,其特征在于,所述定位孔包括多个,多个所述定位孔沿所述装饰条的长度方向间隔开布置,所述装饰条上设有多个与多个所述定位孔分别对应的固定孔,每个所述连接件的一端插接在对应的所述固定孔内。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的燃气灶,其特征在于,还包括:粘接层,所述粘接层设在所述装饰条与所述面板之间,所述装饰条通过所述粘接层与所述面板相连。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的燃气灶,其特征在于,所述装饰条包括:
    平板,所述平板与所述面板平行且在上下方向上间隔设置,所述固定孔设在所述平板上,所述粘接层设在所述平板与所述面板之间;
    左侧板和右侧板,所述左侧板设在所述平板的左端且沿左下方向延伸至止抵所述面板的位置,所述右侧板设在所述平板的右端且沿右下方向延伸至止抵所述面板的位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的燃气灶,其特征在于,所述装饰条还包括:
    后边板,所述后边板设在所述平板的后侧,所述后边板向下延伸且所述后边板的前侧面抵接所述面板的后侧面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的燃气灶,其特征在于,所述装饰条还包括:前边板,所述前边板设在所述平板的前侧,所述前边板沿所述装饰条的宽度方向向前向下延伸至止抵所述面板的位置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的燃气灶,其特征在于,所述锅架的下表面上设有向上凹陷且形状与所述装饰条对应的凹槽,所述装饰条位于所述凹槽内,所述定位孔设在所述凹槽的下壁面上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的燃气灶,其特征在于,所述锅架的下表面上设有多个脚垫,多个所述脚垫分别支撑在所述面板上。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的燃气灶,其特征在于,所述平板、所述左侧板和右侧板、所述后边板和所述前边板一体形成。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的燃气灶,其特征在于,所述连接件为定位铆钉。
