Abstract

Selon l'invention, une formulation fongicide naturelle de type émulsifié ou micro-encapsulé comprend des extraits de marc de raisin ou de moût et correspond à un système à deux phases: une phase huileuse qui se compose d'un extrait concentré de polyphénols de marc de raisin et une phase aqueuse qui se compose d'un ou de plusieurs agents encapsulants choisis parmi le groupe comprenant la gomme arabique, la gomme-ester, la propyl cellulose, la butyl cellulose, la capsule, la gomme de pureté 2000, la gomme de pureté ultra ou la gomme de pureté Bee, ladite phase huileuse présentant une concentration qui peut varier entre 1 et 5000 ppm et ladite phase aqueuse présentant une concentration qui peut varier entre 1 et 20% p/p, et ladite phase huileuse et ladite phase aqueuse étant présentes dans des proportions comprises entre 2 et 90% p/p. En outre, ladite formulation comprend un ou plusieurs agents émulsifiants et/ou stabilisants, lesquels sont présents dans des concentrations se situant respectivement dans la fourchette de 0,1 et 20% p/p et 0 et 20% p/p de la phase aqueuse. Ladite formulation est utile pour lutter contre l'infestation par Botrytis cinerea, des plantes, des parties de plantes ou de leurs fruits, elle peut être appliquée par aspersion en tant que suspension aqueuse sur la surface des feuilles et/ou des fruits de la plante que l'on souhaite protéger. L'invention concerne aussi son procédé de préparation.
