- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 고정부와 발광부는 일체로 형성되어 상기 휴대단말기를 감싸도록 절곡 형성되고,상기 발광부는 상기 휴대단말기의 정면 일부를 덮어 상기 고정부와 함께 상기 휴대단말기를 탄성적으로 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 발광부에 부착되는 광고부를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리.
- 휴대단말기에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 휴대단말기의 배면에 형성되어 있는 플래시(flash)를 덮는 고정부와 상기 고정부로부터 상기 플래시의 빛을 전달받아 빛나는 발광부를 포함하는 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리의 발광 시스템으로서,외부 신호를 감지하는 신호 감지부;상기 신호 감지부가 상기 신호를 감지하면 상기 플래시를 작동시키는 제어부; 및상기 플래시의 작동에 따라 빛나는 발광 액세서리로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 신호 감지부는 지정된 장소에 미리 설치되어 있는 통신 장치와 무선 접속되어 정보를 송수신하는 근거리 무선 통신모듈이며,상기 휴대단말기가 상기 통신 장치와 근거리 무선 통신모듈의 접속 가능 범위 내로 진입하면, 상기 플래시가 작동되어 상기 발광 액세서리가 빛나는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 근거리 무선 통신모듈은 비콘(Beacon)모듈 또는 와이파이(WiFi)통신모듈인 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 신호 감지부는 GPS수신모듈이며,상기 휴대단말기가 미리 지정된 위치에 도달하면, 상기 플래시가 작동되어 상기 발광 액세서리가 빛나는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템.
- 휴대단말기에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 휴대단말기의 배면에 형성되어 있는 플래시(flash)를 덮는 고정부와 상기 고정부로부터 상기 플래시의 빛을 전달받아 빛나는 발광부를 포함하는 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리의 발광 시스템으로서,상기 휴대단말기에 설치되어 있는 응용 소프트웨어(application software)와 연동하여 상기 플래시를 작동시키는 제어부; 및상기 플래시의 작동에 따라 빛나는 발광 액세서리로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 응용 소프트웨어는 알람 또는 휴대단말기 상태 정보 알림 소프트웨어이고,상기 제어부는 알람 설정 또는 휴대단말기 상태 정보에 따라 상기 플래시를 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 응용 소프트웨어는 음악 재생 소프트웨어 또는 게임이고,상기 제어부는 휴대단말기에서 재생되는 음악이나 게임 상황에 맞춰 플래시를 점멸시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템.
- 청구항 5 또는 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 제어부는 상기 플래시의 점멸 속도를 조절하여 상기 발광 액세서리의 발광 패턴을 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템.
