Abstract

본 발명은 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리 및 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템으로서, 휴대단말기에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 외부 신호, 휴대단말기의 위치 등에 따라 휴대단말기 플래시의 빛을 이용하여 발광하는 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리 및 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리는, 휴대단말기에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 휴대단말기의 배면에 형성되어 있는 플래시(flash)를 덮는 고정부; 및 상기 고정부로부터 상기 플래시의 빛을 전달받아 빛나는 발광부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리 및 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템
본 발명은 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리 및 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템으로서, 휴대단말기에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 외부 신호, 휴대단말기의 위치 등에 따라 휴대단말기 플래시의 빛을 이용하여 발광하는 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리 및 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템에 관한 것이다.
스마트폰과 같은 휴대단말기는 음성통신기능 외에도 무선 인터넷, 사진촬영, 게임 등 실생활에서 다양하게 이용되고 있다. 이러한 휴대단말기와 함께 휴대단말기 관련 다양한 액세서리들도 출시되어 이용되고 있다. 대표적으로 휴대단말기를 보호하기 위한 보호케이스가 있다.
휴대단말기 보호케이스 외에 공개실용신안공보 제20-2013-0007344호에는 휴대단말기 액세서리가 개시되어 있다. 도 1은 종래의 휴대단말기 액세서리의 사용상태를 나타낸 사시도이고, 도 2는 종래의 휴대단말기 액세서리의 구조를 보여주기 위한 분해사시도이다. 종래의 휴대단말기 액세서리는 휴대단말기의 이어폰 연결부에 충격이 가해지거나 흔들리는 경우 빛이 발광되는 것으로서 휴대단말기의 미관을 아름답게 하고 휴대단말기의 외관을 사용자의 취향에 따라 다양하게 꾸밀 수 있도록 고안된 것이다.
이러한 종래의 휴대단말기 액세서리는, 휴대단말기(200)의 이어폰 연결부에 꽂아서 사용할 수 있도록 몸체(102)의 하부에 이어폰 연결구(104)가 형성되어 있고, 몸체(102)의 내측부에는 충격이나 흔들림에 의해 빛이 발광하도록 엘이디(24)가 구비되어 있다. 또한, 몸체(102)의 내측부에는 PCB기판(18) 및 복수의 배터리(22)가 설치되어 있다.
그러나 종래의 휴대단말기 액세서리는 발광기능을 위하여 몸체(102)의 내부에 엘이디(24), PCB기판(18) 및 배터리(22)가 설치되어야 하므로 구조가 복잡하고 생산단가가 상승하는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 전술한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 별도의 광원 및 전원이 필요하지 않고 구조가 간단한 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리는, 휴대단말기에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 휴대단말기의 배면에 형성되어 있는 플래시(flash)를 덮는 고정부; 및 상기 고정부로부터 상기 플래시의 빛을 전달받아 빛나는 발광부를 포함하여 이루어진다.
그리고 상기 고정부는, 상기 플래시를 덮는 제1 고정부와, 상기 제1 고정부와 일체로 형성되어 상기 휴대단말기를 감싸도록 절곡 형성되고 상기 휴대단말기의 정면 일부를 덮어 상기 제1 고정부와 함께 상기 휴대단말기를 탄성적으로 가압하는 제2 고정부로 이루어지며, 상기 발광부는 상기 고정부로부터 돌출 형성된다.
또한, 상기 고정부와 발광부는 일체로 형성되어 상기 휴대단말기를 감싸도록 절곡 형성되고, 상기 발광부는 상기 휴대단말기의 정면 일부를 덮어 상기 고정부와 함께 상기 휴대단말기를 탄성적으로 가압할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리는 상기 발광부에 부착되는 광고부를 더 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템은, 휴대단말기에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 휴대단말기의 배면에 형성되어 있는 플래시(flash)를 덮는 고정부와 상기 고정부로부터 상기 플래시의 빛을 전달받아 빛나는 발광부를 포함하는 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리의 발광 시스템으로서, 외부 신호를 감지하는 신호 감지부; 상기 신호 감지부가 상기 신호를 감지하면 상기 플래시를 작동시키는 제어부; 및 상기 플래시의 작동에 따라 빛나는 발광 액세서리로 이루어진다.
그리고 상기 신호 감지부는 지정된 장소에 미리 설치되어 있는 통신 장치와 무선 접속되어 정보를 송수신하는 근거리 무선 통신모듈이며, 상기 휴대단말기가 상기 통신 장치와 근거리 무선 통신모듈의 접속 가능 범위 내로 진입하면, 상기 플래시가 작동되어 상기 발광 액세서리가 빛나게 된다.
그리고 상기 근거리 무선 통신모듈은 비콘(Beacon)모듈 또는 와이파이(WiFi)통신모듈이다.
또한, 상기 신호 감지부는 GPS수신모듈이며, 상기 휴대단말기가 미리 지정된 위치에 도달하면, 상기 플래시가 작동되어 상기 발광 액세서리가 빛나게 된다.
또한, 본 발명의 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템은, 상기 휴대단말기에 설치되어 있는 응용 소프트웨어(application software)와 연동하여 상기 플래시를 작동시키는 제어부; 및 상기 플래시의 작동에 따라 빛나는 발광 액세서리로 이루어질 수 있다.
그리고 상기 응용 소프트웨어는 알람 또는 휴대단말기 상태 정보 알림 소프트웨어이고, 상기 제어부는 알람 설정 또는 휴대단말기 상태 정보에 따라 상기 플래시를 작동시킨다.
그리고 상기 응용 소프트웨어는 음악 재생 소프트웨어 또는 게임이고, 상기 제어부는 휴대단말기에서 재생되는 음악이나 게임 상황에 맞춰 플래시를 점멸시킨다.
그리고 상기 제어부는 상기 플래시의 점멸 속도를 조절하여 상기 발광 액세서리의 발광 패턴을 변경한다.
본 발명에 따른 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리는 휴대단말기의 플래시를 이용하여 별도의 광원 및 전원이 필요하지 않고, 구조가 간단하며 생산단가가 낮다.
또한, 휴대단말기의 종류에 관계없이 휴대단말기와의 결합 및 분리가 용이하다.
그리고 본 발명에 따른 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리는 사용자의 설정에 따라 메시지를 수신하거나 특정 장소에 도착하면 발광하여 알림기능을 수행할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리는 휴대단말기에서 재생되는 음악에 맞춰 점멸할 수 있다.

본 발명은 휴대단말기에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 외부 신호, 휴대단말기의 위치 등에 따라 휴대단말기 플래시의 빛을 이용하여 발광하는 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리 및 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 별도의 광원 및 전원이 필요하지 않고, 구조가 간단하며 생산단가가 낮다. 또한, 휴대단말기의 종류에 관계없이 휴대단말기와의 결합 및 분리가 용이하고, 사용자의 설정에 따라 메시지를 수신하거나 특정 장소에 도착하면 발광하여 알림기능을 수행할 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 각 실시예에 따라 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
제1 실시예
본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 고정부(110), 발광부(120) 및 광고부(130)로 이루어진다. 도 3(a)는 휴대단말기(200)와 발광 액세서리(100)가 결합된 상태를 나타낸 사시도이고, 도 3(b)는 광고부(130)를 분리하여 나타낸 발광 액세서리(100)의 사시도이다.
고정부(110)는 휴대단말기(200)에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 휴대단말기(200)의 배면에 형성되어 있는 플래시를 덮고, 발광부(120)는 고정부(110)로부터 플래시의 빛을 전달받아 빛나게 된다. 이러한 고정부(110)와 발광부(120)는 다양한 색상의 투명 또는 반투명 재질로 제작되며, 플래시의 작동에 따라 플래시의 빛이 고정부(110)를 통해 발광부(120)로 전달되어 발광부(120)가 빛나게 된다. 고정부(110)는 내부에서 빛이 전반사 또는 난반사되는 성질을 이용하여 빛의 일부 또는 전부를 발광부(120)로 전달한다. 이러한 고정부(110)는 플래시의 위치에 따라 또는 플래시의 위치와 무관하계 휴대단말기(200)의 측면 어느 방향으로도 결합될 수 있다.
구체적으로 고정부(110)는 서로 일체로 형성되어 휴대단말기(200)를 감싸도록 절곡 형성된 제1 고정부(111)와 제2 고정부(112)로 이루어진다. 이러한 제1 고정부(111)는 플래시를 덮고, 제2 고정부(112)는 휴대단말기(200)의 정면 일부를 덮는다. 그리고 제1 고정부(111)와 제2 고정부(112)는 휴대단말기(200)를 탄성적으로 가압하여 휴대단말기(200)에 결합된다. 한편, 제1 고정부(111)에는 휴대단말기(200)의 카메라 렌즈가 가려지는 것을 방지하기 위하여 도피부가 형성될 수도 있다. 상술한 바와 같은 구조로 이루어진 고정부(110)는 다양한 형상 및 크기의 휴대단말기(200)에 결합될 수 있다. 고정부(110)는 플래시의 빛을 발광부(120)로 전달하면서 휴대단말기(200)에 탈착 될 수 있는 구조라면 전술한 결합 구조 외에 다양한 구조로 이루어질 수 있다.
발광부(120)는 고정부(110)로부터 돌출 형성되며 다양한 형상으로 제작될 수 있다. 즉 발광부(120)는 원형, 사각형 등 일반적인 형상뿐만 아니라 특정 캐릭터 형상으로 형성되어 그 자체로 휴대단말기(200)의 외관을 장식하거나 개성있게 표현할 수 있다. 한편, 발광부(120)는 본 실시예에서 고정부(110)와 일체로 형성되지만, 고정부(110)와 조립 가능한 구조로 이루어져 사용자의 기호 및 취향에 따라 발광부(120)를 교체할 수도 있다. 또한, 발광부(120)는 회전할 수 있도록 회전 가능한 구조로 이루어질 수도 있다.
광고부(130)는 광고를 위한 상표, 로고, 캐릭터 등이 표시되어 있으며 발광부(120)에 부착된다. 또한, 광고부(130)는 특정 그림, 글자, 숫자, 사진 등이 표시될 수도 있다. 이러한 광고부(130)는 본 발명의 다양한 실시예에 따라 본 발명의 구성에서 제외될 수도 있다.
제2 실시예
본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 고정부(110), 발광부(120) 및 광고부(130)로 이루어진다. 도 4에서 광고부(130)는 별도로 도시하지 않았으며, 제1 실시예에서 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명의 구성으로 포함되거나 본 발명의 구성에서 제외될 수 있다.
고정부(110)는 휴대단말기(200)에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 휴대단말기(200)의 배면에 형성되어 있는 플래시를 덮고, 발광부(120)는 고정부(110)로부터 플래시의 빛을 전달받아 빛나게 된다. 이러한 고정부(110)와 발광부(120)는 투명 또는 반투명 재질로 제작되며, 플래시의 작동에 따라 플래시의 빛이 고정부(110)를 통해 발광부(120)로 전달되어 발광부(120)가 빛나게 된다.
구체적으로 고정부(110)와 발광부(120)는 일체로 형성되어 휴대단말기(200)를 감싸도록 절곡 형성되고, 발광부(120)는 휴대단말기(200)의 정면 일부를 덮어 고정부(110)와 함께 휴대단말기(200)를 탄성적으로 가압한다. 이에 따라 발광부(120)는 휴대단말기(200)의 정면에 위치한다.
전술한 사항 이외에는 제1 실시예와 동일하다.
다음은 본 발명의 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리의 발광 시스템에 대하여 설명한다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 액세서리 발광 시스템은 신호 감지부, 제어부 및 발광 액세서리(100)로 이루어진다.
신호 감지부는 휴대단말기(200)에 포함되어 있으며 외부 신호를 감지한다. 제어부는 신호 감지부가 상기 신호를 감지하면 플래시를 작동시킨다. 발광 액세서리(100)는 상술한 바와 같이 투명 또는 반투명 재질로 제작되어 플래시의 작동에 따라 플래시의 빛에 의해 빛나게 된다. 이때, 제어부는 미리 설정된 조건에 따라 플래시의 점멸 속도를 조절하여 발광 액세서리(100)의 발광 패턴을 변경할 수도 있다.
구체적으로 신호 감지부는 지정된 장소에 미리 설치되어 있는 통신 장치와 무선 접속되어 정보를 송수신하는 근거리 무선 통신모듈이며, 휴대단말기(200)가 통신 장치와 근거리 무선 통신모듈의 접속 가능 범위 내로 진입하면, 플래시가 작동되어 발광 액세서리(100)가 빛나게 된다. 이러한 근거리 무선 통신모듈에는 비콘(Beacon)모듈, 와이파이(WiFi)통신모듈 등이 있다. 즉 비콘모듈의 경우 통신 장치와 무선 접속되어 정보를 송수신하면 접속신호를 제어부로 전달하고 제어부에 의해 플래시가 작동되며, 와이파이통신모듈의 경우 미리 지정되어 있는 와이파이 통신망에 접속되면 접속신호를 제어부로 전달하고 제어부에 의해 플래시가 작동된다.
또한, 신호 감지부는 GPS수신모듈이될 수도 있다. 이에 따라 GPS수신모듈이 위치정보를 수신하고, 휴대단말기(200)가 미리 지정된 위치에 도달하면 제어부에 의해 플래시가 작동된다.
뿐만아니라 휴대단말기(200)의 메시지 수신 등에 의해 플래시를 작동시켜 발광 액세서리(100)가 빛나도록 할 수도 있다.
또한, 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리(100)는 휴대단말기(200)에 설치되어 있는 응용 소프트웨어(application software)와 연동하여 발광할 수 있다.
구체적으로 응용 소프트웨어와 연동하는 발광 액세서리의 발광 시스템은, 휴대단말기(200)에 설치되어 있는 응용 소프트웨어와 연동하여 플래시를 작동시키는 제어부와, 플래시의 작동에 따라 빛나는 발광 액세서리(100)로 이루어진다.
이러한 응용 소프트웨어는 알람이나 휴대단말기 상태 정보 알림 소프트웨어이고, 제어부는 알람 설정 또는 휴대단말기 상태 정보(배터리 잔량, 안테나 수신 상태 등)에 따라 플래시를 작동시킨다.
그리고 상기 응용 소프트웨어는 음악 재생 소프트웨어이고, 상기 제어부는 휴대단말기에서 재생되는 음악에 맞춰 플래시를 점멸시킨다. 이에 따라 휴대단말기에서 음악을 재생하면 음악이 출력됨과 동시에 음악에 맞춰 발광 액세서리(100)가 발광하게 된다.
이 외에도 응용 소프트웨어는 게임 등 다양한 응용 소프트웨어가 될 수 있으며, 제어부는 각 응용 소프트웨어의 특성에 맞게 플래시를 점멸시켜 발광 액세서리(100)가 발광하도록 할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리 및 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템은 전술한 실시예에 국한되지 않고 본 발명의 기술사상이 허용되는 범위 내에서 다양하게 변형하여 실시할 수 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 휴대단말기에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 휴대단말기의 배면에 형성되어 있는 플래시(flash)를 덮는 고정부; 및
    상기 고정부로부터 상기 플래시의 빛을 전달받아 빛나는 발광부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단밀기용 발광 액세서리.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 고정부는,
    상기 플래시를 덮는 제1 고정부와,
    상기 제1 고정부와 일체로 형성되어 상기 휴대단말기를 감싸도록 절곡 형성되고 상기 휴대단말기의 정면 일부를 덮어 상기 제1 고정부와 함께 상기 휴대단말기를 탄성적으로 가압하는 제2 고정부로 이루어지며,
    상기 발광부는 상기 고정부로부터 돌출 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 고정부와 발광부는 일체로 형성되어 상기 휴대단말기를 감싸도록 절곡 형성되고,
    상기 발광부는 상기 휴대단말기의 정면 일부를 덮어 상기 고정부와 함께 상기 휴대단말기를 탄성적으로 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 발광부에 부착되는 광고부를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리.
  5. 휴대단말기에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 휴대단말기의 배면에 형성되어 있는 플래시(flash)를 덮는 고정부와 상기 고정부로부터 상기 플래시의 빛을 전달받아 빛나는 발광부를 포함하는 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리의 발광 시스템으로서,
    외부 신호를 감지하는 신호 감지부;
    상기 신호 감지부가 상기 신호를 감지하면 상기 플래시를 작동시키는 제어부; 및
    상기 플래시의 작동에 따라 빛나는 발광 액세서리로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템.
  6. 청구항 5에 있어서,
    상기 신호 감지부는 지정된 장소에 미리 설치되어 있는 통신 장치와 무선 접속되어 정보를 송수신하는 근거리 무선 통신모듈이며,
    상기 휴대단말기가 상기 통신 장치와 근거리 무선 통신모듈의 접속 가능 범위 내로 진입하면, 상기 플래시가 작동되어 상기 발광 액세서리가 빛나는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 근거리 무선 통신모듈은 비콘(Beacon)모듈 또는 와이파이(WiFi)통신모듈인 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템.
  8. 청구항 5에 있어서,
    상기 신호 감지부는 GPS수신모듈이며,
    상기 휴대단말기가 미리 지정된 위치에 도달하면, 상기 플래시가 작동되어 상기 발광 액세서리가 빛나는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템.
  9. 휴대단말기에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 휴대단말기의 배면에 형성되어 있는 플래시(flash)를 덮는 고정부와 상기 고정부로부터 상기 플래시의 빛을 전달받아 빛나는 발광부를 포함하는 휴대단말기용 발광 액세서리의 발광 시스템으로서,
    상기 휴대단말기에 설치되어 있는 응용 소프트웨어(application software)와 연동하여 상기 플래시를 작동시키는 제어부; 및
    상기 플래시의 작동에 따라 빛나는 발광 액세서리로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템.
  10. 청구항 9에 있어서,
    상기 응용 소프트웨어는 알람 또는 휴대단말기 상태 정보 알림 소프트웨어이고,
    상기 제어부는 알람 설정 또는 휴대단말기 상태 정보에 따라 상기 플래시를 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템.
  11. 청구항 9에 있어서,
    상기 응용 소프트웨어는 음악 재생 소프트웨어 또는 게임이고,
    상기 제어부는 휴대단말기에서 재생되는 음악이나 게임 상황에 맞춰 플래시를 점멸시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템.
  12. 청구항 5 또는 청구항 9에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는 상기 플래시의 점멸 속도를 조절하여 상기 발광 액세서리의 발광 패턴을 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대단말기용 액세서리 발광 시스템.
