背景技术
目前对开关的要求趋向于薄和稳,在开关应用于键盘等各种电子设备上时,要求其轻薄化,而且要求开关在使用过程中的稳定性,不能出现卡角的状况,要求开关整体平衡,稳定性需要得到保证,而这些技术问题都在不断地改进过程中,但仍然不够理想。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种平衡、稳定的超薄键盘开关。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的技术方案是:一种超薄键盘开关,包括安装底座和压盖,所述安装底座和压盖之间设置了微型开关模块,所述压盖的四角分别设置了平衡定位柱,安装底座对应压盖上的平衡定位柱设置了可供平衡定位柱穿过并上下移动的导孔。
所述压盖上设有卡扣,安装底座对应设有与压盖上的卡扣扣接的卡口。
所述微型开关模块包括设置在安装底座中部的导柱,还包括按柄、上盖、环形弹片和弹簧,弹簧套于导柱上,按柄安装到套接有弹簧的导柱上,环形弹片套接于按柄外部,一侧与底座固定;所述环形弹片包括套接于按柄外的环形安装部和设在环形安装部外围的两个弹脚以及第一端子安装部,所述第一端子安装部从环形安装部上与弹脚相对的一边向下伸出于安装底供外部线路连接;安装底座上对应环形弹片弹脚下方设置固定端子;上盖扣合于安装底座上将环形弹片覆盖于其内,上盖中部为通孔,按柄上部由通孔穿出供按压。
所述上盖内环形弹片下方设有弹线,弹线一端固定于安装底座上,另一端位于按柄侧壁,对应的按柄侧壁设有突台、导引斜面,按柄下压时带动环形弹片弹脚下行接触安装底座上的固定端子实现开关导通;同时通过突台也带动弹线下行,下压到一定行程时,弹线脱离按柄沿导引斜面向上回弹,击打到环形弹片上发出声音。
所述安装底座上还设置了弹线安装柱,弹线一端竖直安装在弹线安装柱内,另一端从弹线安装柱侧壁横向伸出至按柄的侧边,横向伸出端具有一提供弹力的向下的弯折部及一供按压及敲击的横向弯折部;安装底座上的导柱周围对应按柄形状设按柄行程槽;所述底座上设有环形弹片安装柱,环形安装部上对应设置第一端子安装部处开安装孔,通过安装孔固定在环形弹片安装柱上,第一端子安装部依附于环形弹片安装柱侧壁向下伸出安装底 座。
所述固定端子包括第二端子安装部及与环形弹片弹脚对应的弧形接触部,第二端子安装部伸出安装底座供外部线路连接;所述弧形接触部上对应两弹脚接触位置分别设置触点。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点:
本实用新型提供一种超薄键盘开关,采用平衡定位柱和导孔的相互配合,有效提高了平衡度和稳定性,解决了卡角问题,并使得产品寿命更长;采用微型开关模块充分利用开关的内部空间,使得开关厚度得到控制,更加轻薄,并通过通过在开关内增加弹线,能够在开关尽量小的前提下,使开关在按压过程中具有良好的触感和听感。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面将结合附图以及实施例对本实用新型进行进一步详细描述。
如图1~5所示,本实施例中所述的超薄键盘开关包括安装底座2和压盖8,压盖8的内部四角上设置了四个平衡定位柱81,安装底座2上对应平衡定位柱81设置了导孔25,按压超薄键盘开关时,平衡定位柱81在导孔25内上下移动,确保了压盖8的平衡下压,压盖8内部两侧还设置了卡扣82,对应的安装底座2上对应卡扣82的位置上设置了卡口26,通过卡扣82和卡扣26的卡接连接压盖8和安装底座。安装底座2和压盖8之间设置了微型开关模块。
如图1、4、6、8、9、10所示,所述微型开关模块包括按柄1、上盖3、环形弹片4、弹簧5、固定端子6、弹线7,如图7所示,还包括设置于安装底座2中部的导柱21,导柱21周围对应按柄1形状设有按柄行程槽23。弹簧5套于导柱21上,按柄1下方对应导柱21设置导杆,按柄1通过导杆安装到套接有弹簧5的导柱21内。
如图9所示,所述环形弹片4包括套接于按柄1外的环形安装部41和设有环形安装部41外围的两个弹脚43以及第一端子安装部42。其中第一端子安装部42从环形安装部41上与弹脚43相对的一侧向下伸出于安装底座2供外部线路连接。安装底座2上设有环形弹片安装柱24,环形安装部41上对应设置第一端子安装部42处开安装孔,通过安装孔固定在环形弹片安装柱24上。底座2上对应环形弹片4弹脚下方设置固定端子6。如图10所示,固定端子6包括第二端子安装部61及与环形弹片4弹脚对应的弧形接触部62,第二端子安装部61伸出安装底座2供外部线路连接。所述弧形接触部62上对应两弹脚接触位置分别设置触点63。
所述安装底座2上还设置弹线安装柱22,弹线7一端竖直安装在弹线安装柱22内,另一端从弹线安装柱22侧壁横向伸出至按柄1的侧边,横向伸出端具有一提供弹力的向下的弯折部及一供按压及敲击的横向弯折部。上盖3扣合于安装底座2上将环形弹片4覆盖于其内,上盖3中部为通孔,按柄1上部由通孔穿出供按压。弹线7设置在上盖3内环形弹片4下方,其一端固定于安装底座2上,另一端位于按柄1侧壁,对应的按柄1侧壁设有突台12、导引斜面11,按柄1下压时带动环形弹片4弹脚下行接触底座上的固定端子6实现开关导通;同时也通过突台12带动弹线7下行,下压到一定行程时,弹线7脱离按柄突台向上回弹,沿导引斜面11击打到弹片上发出声音。
本实用新型中以超薄键盘开关为例介绍,实际上本实用新型中所述开关结构不限于超薄键盘开关使用,可推广于任何开关领域。
使用时,按压压盖8,平衡定位柱81沿导孔25向下移动,间接按压微型开关模块的 按柄1,实现开关的导通,去除外力弹簧5复位使按柄上弹,同时顶起压盖,平衡定位柱81沿导孔25向上移动。

  1. 一种超薄键盘开关,其特征在于:包括安装底座(2)和压盖(8),所述安装底座(2)和压盖(8)之间设置了微型开关模块,所述压盖(8)的四角分别设置了平衡定位柱(81),安装底座(2)对应压盖(8)上的平衡定位柱(81)设置了可供平衡定位柱(81)穿过并上下移动的导孔(25)。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的超薄键盘开关,其特征在于:所述微型开关模块包括设置在安装底座(2)中部的导柱(21),还包括按柄(1)、上盖(3)、环形弹片(4)和弹簧(5),弹簧(5)套于导柱(21)上,按柄(1)安装到套接有弹簧(5)的导柱(21)上,环形弹片(4)套接于按柄(1)外部,一侧与底座(2)固定;所述环形弹片(4)包括套接于按柄外的环形安装部(41)和设在环形安装部(41)外围的两个弹脚(43)以及第一端子安装部(42),所述第一端子安装部(42)从环形安装部(41)上与弹脚(43)相对的一边向下伸出于安装底座(2)供外部线路连接;安装底座(2)上对应环形弹片(4)弹脚下方设置固定端子(6);上盖(3)扣合于安装底座(2)上将环形弹片(4)覆盖于其内,上盖(3)中部为通孔,按柄(1)上部由通孔穿出供按压。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的超薄键盘开关,其特征在于:所述上盖(3)内环形弹片(4)下方设有弹线(7),弹线(7)一端固定于安装底座(2)上,另一端位于按柄(1)侧壁,对应的按柄(1)侧壁设有突台(12)、导引斜面(11),按柄(1)下压时带动环形弹片(4)弹脚(43)下行接触安装底座(2)上的固定端子(6)实现开关导通;同时通过突台(12)也带动弹线(7)下行,下压到一定行程时,弹线(7)脱离按柄(1)沿导引斜面(11)向上回弹,击打到环形弹片(4)上发出声音。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的超薄键盘开关,其特征在于:所述安装底座(2)上还设置了弹线安装柱(22),弹线(7)一端竖直安装在弹线安装柱(22)内,另一端从弹线安装柱(22)侧壁横向伸出至按柄(1)的侧边,横向伸出端具有一提供弹力的向下的弯折部及一供按压及敲击的横向弯折部;安装底座(2)上的导柱(21)周围对应按柄形状设按柄行程槽(23);所述底座(2)上设有环形弹片安装柱(24),环形安装部(41)上对应设置第一端子安装部(42)处开安装孔,通过安装孔固定在 环形弹片安装柱(24)上,第一端子安装部(42)依附于环形弹片安装柱(24)侧壁向下伸出安装底座(2)。
