[0077] ( 1) 本申请的雾化盖端面与所述通气管及所述储油套围成有储油腔, 所述雾 化盖的端面设置有插孔, 且导油绳的两端分别折弯延伸穿过雾化盖上的插孔并 延伸至储油腔内, 由于雾化盖的端面为平整结构, 故装配后雾化芯的上端面能 与储油腔内的烟油液面齐平、 重合, 使得储油腔内不存留空气, 避免了在运输 过程中, 由于温度变化引起空气热胀冷缩导致烟油从导油绳逼出而造成雾化组 件漏油的缺陷; 且所述通气管设置有延伸至所述通气管的端面并呈环形的限位 凹槽, 所述限位凹槽处套设有与所述雾化盖弹性抵接的弹性密封垫, 所述外电 极位于所述储油套外侧的一端的外周面上设有用于限制所述外电极插入所述储 油套内的环形限位凸起, 因而不仅便于装配所述弹性密封垫和所述雾化芯, 而 且烟油密封性好, 整体结构简单紧凑, 避免装配不容易到位或过度挤压造成烟 油容易泄露至所述雾化芯内。
[0078] (2) 由于导油绳延伸至储油腔内以吸附烟油, 使得导油绳吸附的烟油更均匀 , 雾化效果更好, 从而提高用户食电子烟的体验效果。 并且避免了现有技术中 从雾化座的侧壁中部区域导油吋, 因烟油容易存积在雾化座外侧壁底部而不能 充分雾化烟油及容易误导用户而使导油绳干烧等问题。
[0079] (3) 雾化盖由橡胶等具有弹性的弹性材料制成, 该弹性材料的弹性较好, 且 能够耐高温, 较好的避免了烟油泄漏, 保护了用户的健康, 提高用户的体验效 果。 [0080] (4) 雾化盖上的插孔延伸至雾化盖与外电极相连的侧面, 以更好的安装导油 绳, 简化组装过程。

[权利要求 1] 一种雾化组件, 用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述 雾化组件包括透明的储油套 (21) 、 插设在所述储油套 (21) 内并沿 所述储油套 (21) 的纵向延伸设置的通气管 (22) 及插设在所述储油 套 (21) —端用于雾化烟油的雾化芯 (3) , 所述通气管 (22) 与所 述雾化芯 (3) 相邻的一端设置有延伸至所述通气管 (22) 的端面并 呈环形的限位凹槽 (221) , 所述通气管 (22) 上位于所述限位凹槽

[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述外电极 (34) 插 入至所述储油套 (21) 内的一端的内壁设有环形的限位台阶 (342) , 所述雾化盖 (32) 插设在所述外电极 (34) 内并抵持在所述限位台 阶 (342) 上。
根据权利要求 2所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述插孔 (322) 延伸 至所述雾化盖 (32) 与所述外电极 (34) 相连接的侧面, 所述插孔 ( 322) 为两个并关于所述通气孔 (321) 呈中心对称, 所述导油绳 (33 1) 的两端分别对应设在所述插孔 (322) 上, 且所述导油绳 (331) 的侧壁的与所述外电极 (34) 弹性抵接。
根据权利要求 3所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述通气管 (22) 与 所述储油套 (21) 为一体成型的结构。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化盖 (32) 包 括主体 (323) 及一端连接在所述主体 (323) 的周缘的连接环 (324 ) , 所述连接环 (324) 套设在所述外电极 (34) 的一端外并与所述 外电极 (34) 涨紧配合, 所述通气孔 (321) 和所述插孔 (322) 分别 设置在所述主体 (323) 上, 所述插孔 (322) 包括两个, 两个所述插 孔 (322) 关于所述通气孔 (321) 呈中心对称, 所述导油绳 (331) 的两端分别对应设在所述插孔 (322) 上。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述外电极 (34) 内 固定有中空的雾化座 (31) , 所述雾化座 (31) 的侧壁上设有两个相 对间隔设置的安装槽 (311) , 所述导油绳 (331) 架设在所述安装槽 (311) 内。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述储油套 (21) 用 于与所述外电极 (34) 插接相连的位置处套设有用于限制所述储油套
(21) 径向膨胀的紧固件 (24) 。
根据权利要求 1所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件还包括 保护套 (4) 及吸嘴 (1) , 所述保护套 (4) 套设在所述储油套 (21 ) 外并用于与所述电池组件可拆卸的连接, 所述吸嘴 (1) 连接在所 述保护套 (4) 远离所述电池组件的一端。
根据权利要求 8所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述保护套 (4) 远离 所述电池组件的一端内固定有绝缘环 (41) , 所述通气管 (22) 的端 部弹性抵接至所述绝缘环 (41) , 所述绝缘环 (41) 上设有沿所述雾 化组件的纵向分布并用于导通所述通气管 (22) 和所述吸嘴 (1) 的 过气孔 (411) 。
根据权利要求 8所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴 (1) 内形成 有与所述通气管 (22) 相连通的烟油冷凝腔 (11) , 所述烟油冷凝腔
(11) 的腔壁处设有出气孔 (12) , 以使所述雾化芯 (3) 雾化的烟 雾经过所述通气管 (22) 流动至所述出气孔 (12) 吋, 冷凝的烟油能 够存储在所述烟油冷凝腔 (11) 内。
根据权利要求 10所述的雾化组件, 其特征在于, 所述出气孔 (12) 的 周缘朝靠近所述雾化芯 (3) 的一侧凸设有用于阻隔所述烟油冷凝腔
