Abstract

A volumetric flexible container (600) which lies flat in an empty state and occupies a volume with a specific, multi-arm (601, 602, 603, 604) shape when filled with liquid, and provided with a spigot (540), is disclosed herein. Methods for manufacturing such a container are also disclosed, comprising steps of forming a film into a tube, folding said arms, and heat-sealing the free ends of said arms.
