本实施例中,若用户终端 402确定所述吸烟相关数据不满足所述预设上报 条件, 则移动终端可生成提示信息, 以提示用户暂无权限, 还可以进一步提示 用户如何获得权限, 具体此处不做限定。
所述用户终端 402用于将所述吸烟相关数据透传至服务平台 403;
具体的, 用户终端 402可以通过移动通信网络, 或 WIFI网络, 或其他类 型的通信网络将触发信号发送至服务平台 403。
其中, 本实施例中的数据通信框架可以如图 3所示, 电子烟 401与用户终 端 402绑定, 用户终端 402通过通信网络连接到服务平台 403, 一个服务平台 403可以为多个电子烟 401以及用户终端 402提供服务。
所述服务平台 403 用于将所述吸烟相关数据存储至所述服务器平台预先 建立的数据库中;
所述服务平台 403 用于根据所述吸烟相关数据分析出与所述吸烟相关数 据对应的信息;
所述移动终端用于建立选择列表;
其中, 所述选择列表记载各所述展示模式;
所述移动终端用于通过所述选择列表接收用户的选定操作;
所述移动终端通过用户输入的所述选定操作以选定所述目标展示模式。 所述移动终端用于根据用户输入的所述选定操作生成所述目标展示模式 请求信息;
所述移动终端用于将所述目标展示模式请求信息发送给所述服务平台
403;
所述服务平台 403用于接收所述移动终端发送的目标展示模式请求信息; 所述服务平台 403 用于确定与所述目标展示模式请求信息对应的目标展 示模式;
所述服务平台 403 用于将与所述吸烟相关数据对应的信息以所述目标展 示模式推送给所述用户终端 402;
本实施例中, 服务平台 403可以向用户终端 402推送广告信息、或新闻内 容, 包括附近的电子烟 401商店信息, 或电子烟 401保养知识等, 具体形式可 以为文字、 图片、 声音或视频。
需要说明的是, 本实施例中, 若用户终端 402上安装有与电子烟 401对应 的 APP程序, 则服务平台 403可以将信息推送给该 APP程序, 由该 APP程序 向用户展示该信息, 若用户终端 402上没有安装该 APP程序, 则服务平台 403 也可以将信息推送给用户终端 402上原有的其他程序 (例如浏览器等), 由这 些程序进行信息的展示, 具体方式此处不做限定。
所述用户终端 402 用于通过所述目标展示模式展示与所述吸烟相关数据 对应的信息。
本实施例中,当移动终端确定电子烟 401发送的吸烟相关数据满足预设上 报条件时, 则移动终端可将该吸烟相关数据透传至服务平台 403, 则服务平台 403可以根据该吸烟相关数据向用户终端 402推送相应的信息, 由于服务平台 403会才艮据不同的吸烟相关数据推送不同的信息, 所以用户所能了解到的内容 不再局限于自身的吸烟情况,而可以通过用户终端 402从服务平台 403获知更 多的内容, 因此能够实现更多种类信息的交互, 从而提升用户体验, 且本实施 例中只有满足预设上报条件的移动终端才会接收到所述服务平台 403 推送的 信息, 使得服务平台 403的负担得以降低。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到, 为描述的方便和简洁, 上述描述 的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程, 在此不再赘述。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟采集吸烟相关数据;
所述电子烟将已采集的所述吸烟相关数据发送给与所述电子烟绑定的移 动终端;
所述用户终端将所述吸烟相关数据透传至服务平台;
所述服务平台将所述吸烟相关数据存储至所述服务器平台预先建立的数 据库中;
所述服务平台根据所述吸烟相关数据分析出与所述吸烟相关数据对应的 信息;
所述服务平台接收所述移动终端发送的目标展示模式请求信息; 所述服务平台确定与所述目标展示模式请求信息对应的目标展示模式; 所述服务平台将与所述吸烟相关数据对应的信息以所述目标展示模式推 送给所述用户终端;
所述用户终端通过所述目标展示模式展示与所述吸烟相关数据对应的信 息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 展示模式包括: 饼状图、 或柱状图、 或趋势图, 或三维图、 或二维图, 或静态图、 或动态图、 或展示列表。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务平台接 收所述移动终端发送的目标展示模式请求信息之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述移动终端建立选择列表, 所述选择列表记载各所述展示模式; 所述移动终端通过所述选择列表接收用户的选定操作,以使用户通过输入 所述选定操作以选定所述目标展示模式;
所述移动终端根据用户输入的所述选定操作生成所述目标展示模式请求 信息;
所述移动终端将所述目标展示模式请求信息发送给所述服务平台。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述数据通信方 法还包括:
所述电子烟建立与所述用户终端之间的关联关系。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟通过 蓝牙连接、 或 WIFI连接、 或红外线连接、 或 NFC连接与所述用户终端建立关 联关系。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟采集 吸烟相关数据包括:
所述电子烟分别采集所述电子烟预先存储的多种口味烟油的名称; 和 /或,
所述电子烟分别采集用户抽吸所述电子烟内各口味烟油的次数。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟采集 吸烟相关数据包括:
所述电子烟通过所述电子烟内设置的感应开关采集用户每次抽吸所述电 发信号, 以使所述电子烟根据所述触发信号雾化烟油以生成烟雾;
和 /或,
所述电子烟通过所述感应开关采集用户吸烟的间隔时长,所述间隔时长为 用户相邻两次抽吸所述电子烟所间隔的时长;
和 /或,
所述电子烟通过所述感应开关采集用户抽吸所述电子烟的时间; 和 /或,
所述电子烟通过所述感应开关釆集用户抽吸所述电子烟的频率。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟釆集 吸烟相关数据包括:
所述电子烟釆集所述电子烟内电池的电压;
和 /或,
所述电子烟釆集所述电子烟内雾化器的电阻,所述雾化器用于雾化烟油以 生成烟雾。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据通信方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端将 所述吸烟相关数据透传至服务平台之前还包括:
所述用户终端判断所述吸烟相关数据是否满足预设上报条件;
若是,则所述用户终端触发所述用户终端将所述吸烟相关数据透传至服务 平台的步骤。
10、 一种数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 电子烟、 用户终端以及服务 平台;
所述电子烟用于采集吸烟相关数据,并将已采集的所述吸烟相关数据发送 给与所述电子烟绑定的移动终端;
所述用户终端用于将所述吸烟相关数据透传至服务平台;
所述服务平台用于将所述吸烟相关数据存储至所述服务器平台预先建立 的数据库中, 根据所述吸烟相关数据分析出与所述吸烟相关数据对应的信息, 接收所述移动终端发送的目标展示模式请求信息,且还用于确定与所述目标展 示模式请求信息对应的目标展示模式以及将与所述吸烟相关数据对应的信息 以所述目标展示模式推送给所述用户终端;
所述用户终端还用于通过所述目标展示模式展示与所述吸烟相关数据对 应的信息。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 展示模式包括: 饼状图、 或柱状图、 或趋势图, 或三维图、 或二维图, 或静态图、 或动态图、 或展示列表。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端 还用于建立选择列表, 所述选择列表记载各所述展示模式; 以及通过所述选择 列表接收用户的选定操作,以使用户通过输入所述选定操作以选定所述目标展 示模式,根据用户输入的所述选定操作生成所述目标展示模式请求信息, 并将 所述目标展示模式请求信息发送给所述服务平台。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟建 立与所述用户终端之间的关联关系。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟通 过蓝牙连接、 或 WIFI连接、 或红外线连接、 或 NFC连接与所述用户终端建立 关联关系。
15、 根据权利要求 10所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟采 集的所述吸烟相关数据包括: 所述电子烟预先存储的多种口味烟油的名称; 和 /或, 所述电子烟内各口味烟油的次数。
16、 根据权利要求 10所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟采 集的所述吸烟相关数据包括:通过所述电子烟内设置的感应开关采集的用户每 次抽吸所述电子烟的时长, 其中, 所述感应开关用于才艮据用户抽吸电子烟的动 作对应生成触发信号, 以使所述电子烟根据所述触发信号雾化烟油以生成烟 雾; 和 /或, 通过所述感应开关采集用户吸烟的间隔时长, 所述间隔时长为用 户相邻两次抽吸所述电子烟所间隔的时长; 和 /或, 通过所述感应开关采集用 户抽吸所述电子烟的时间; 和 /或, 通过所述感应开关采集用户抽吸所述电子 烟的频率。
17、 根据权利要求 10所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟釆 集的所述吸烟相关数据包括: 所述电子烟内电池的电压; 和 /或, 所述电子烟 内雾化器的电阻, 所述雾化器用于雾化烟油以生成烟雾。
18、 根据权利要求 10所述的数据通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端 还用于判断所述吸烟相关数据是否满足预设上报条件, 若是, 则所述用户终端 触发所述用户终端将所述吸烟相关数据透传至服务平台的步骤。
