一种操作箱及其手套更换方法,操作箱包括箱体(101)、手套(102)、第一密封构件(103)、第二密封构件(104)和封盖板(105),箱体(101)具有腔室(1011),箱体(101)的侧壁上设置有操作窗口(1012),第一密封构件(103)用于将手套的手套口边缘部(1022)和侧壁密封,第二密封构件(104)设置于箱体(101)的侧壁的内表面,封盖板(105)设置于腔室内,封盖板(105)和第二密封构件(104)用于共同密封操作窗口(1012)。

Description

操作箱及其手套更换方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示面板的生产设备,特别涉及一种操作箱及其手套更换方法。
背景技术
传统的OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)显示面板的部分工序需要在操作箱内进行。其中,所述操作箱需要保持密封状态,以防所述操作箱内的气体环境被破环。
所述操作箱还设置有手套,原因是上述工序的实施需要所述手套配合实施。
然而,所述手套在经过一定时间的使用后会老化或破损,因此需要将所述手套更换。
传统的更换所述操作箱的手套的方案一般是:将所述手套从所述操作箱中取下,换上新的手套,然后重新将所述操作箱进行密封,更换所述操作箱内的气体,以使所述操作箱内的气体环境符合生产的要求。
上述技术方案需要在更换手套后重新将所述操作箱内的气体环境恢复至适合生产的状态,此过程不仅需要花费较多的费用,而且需要耗时6小时以上,甚至8小时以上。
故,有必要提出一种新的技术方案,以解决上述技术问题。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种操作箱及其手套更换方法,其能在更换所述手套的过程中保持操作箱的腔室处于密封状态,从而保护所述腔室内的气体环境不被破环,节省成本和节省工序耗时。
技术解决方案
一种操作箱,所述操作箱包括:一箱体,所述箱体具有腔室,所述箱体的侧壁上设置有至少一操作窗口;至少一手套,所述手套包括手套主体和手套口边缘部;至少一第一密封构件,所述第一密封构件设置于所述操作窗口处,并位于所述箱体的所述侧壁的外表面,所述手套的手套口边缘部设置于所述第一密封构件与所述侧壁之间,所述第一密封构件用于将所述手套口边缘部和所述侧壁密封; 至少一第二密封构件,所述第二密封构件设置于所述操作窗口处,并位于所述箱体的所述侧壁的内表面;以及至少一封盖板,所述封盖板设置于所述腔室内,所述封盖板和所述第二密封构件用于共同密封所述操作窗口;所述第一密封构件具有第一通孔,所述第一通孔在所述第一密封构件上的位置与所述操作窗口对应;所述第二密封构件具有第二通孔,所述第二通孔在所述第二密封构件上的位置与所述操作窗口对应;所述封盖板用于封盖所述第二通孔;所述操作箱还包括:固定构件,所述固定构件用于将所述第一密封构件固定在所述侧壁的外表面上,以及用于将所述第一密封构件从所述侧壁的外表面上解除固定。
在上述操作箱中,所述封盖板包括:主盖板;以及卡设构件,所述卡设构件设置于所述主盖板上,所述卡设构件用于与所述第二密封构件相互卡设,以使所述主盖板和所述密封构件紧密接触。
在上述操作箱中,所述主盖板或所述第二密封构件上设置有密封件;所述卡设构件上设置有第一卡设部,所述第二密封构件上设置有第二卡设部,所述第一卡设部在所述卡设构件上的位置与所述第二卡设部在所述第二密封构件上的位置对应;所述第一卡设部和所述第二卡设部用于相互卡设,并用于使得所述主盖板和所述第二密封构件共同挤压所述密封件,以对所述腔室进行密封。
一种操作箱,所述操作箱包括:一箱体,所述箱体具有腔室,所述箱体的侧壁上设置有至少一操作窗口;至少一手套,所述手套包括手套主体和手套口边缘部;至少一第一密封构件,所述第一密封构件设置于所述操作窗口处,并位于所述箱体的所述侧壁的外表面,所述手套的手套口边缘部设置于所述第一密封构件与所述侧壁之间,所述第一密封构件用于将所述手套口边缘部和所述侧壁密封;至少一第二密封构件,所述第二密封构件设置于所述操作窗口处,并位于所述箱体的所述侧壁的内表面;以及至少一封盖板,所述封盖板设置于所述腔室内,所述封盖板和所述第二密封构件用于共同密封所述操作窗口。
在上述操作箱中,所述第一密封构件具有第一通孔,所述第一通孔在所述第一密封构件上的位置与所述操作窗口对应;所述第二密封构件具有第二通孔,所述第二通孔在所述第二密封构件上的位置与所述操作窗口对应;所述封盖板用于封盖所述第二通孔。
在上述操作箱中,所述操作箱还包括:固定构件,所述固定构件用于将所述第一密封构件固定在所述侧壁的外表面上,以及用于将所述第一密封构件从所述侧壁的外表面上解除固定。
在上述操作箱中,所述固定构件是螺钉,所述螺钉用于通过旋紧的方式将所述第一密封构件固定于所述侧壁的所述外表面上,以及用于通过旋松的方式解除所述第一密封构件相对于所述侧壁的固定。
在上述操作箱中,所述固定构件是第一弹簧扣,所述第一弹簧扣的一端固定于所述侧壁的所述外表面上,所述第一弹簧扣的另一端具有第一扣齿,所述第一弹簧扣用于通过所述扣齿扣住所述第一密封构件,以使所述第一密封构件固定于所述侧壁的所述外表面上,所述第一弹簧扣还用于通过所述扣齿解除与所述第一密封构件之间的扣合状态,以解除所述第一密封构件相对于所述侧壁的固定。

在上述操作箱中,所述主盖板或所述第二密封构件上设置有密封件;所述卡设构件上设置有第一卡设部,所述第二密封构件上设置有第二卡设部,所述第一卡设部在所述卡设构件上的位置与所述第二卡设部在所述第二密封构件上的位置对应;所述第一卡设部和所述第二卡设部用于相互卡设,并用于使得所述主盖板和所述第二密封构件共同挤压所述密封件,以对所述腔室进行密封。
在上述操作箱中,所述卡设构件为分盖板,所述第一卡设部为锁扣翼,所述第二卡设部为锁扣槽;所述锁扣翼用于嵌入到所述锁扣槽内,其中,所述第二密封构件的所述第二表面上设置有与所述锁扣翼相适应的嵌入口,所述嵌入口贯穿至所述锁扣槽;所述锁扣翼用于通过所述嵌入口嵌入到所述锁扣槽内,所述锁扣槽用于容纳所述锁扣翼;所述卡设构件用于在嵌入到所述锁扣槽内后沿第一方向或所述第一方向的反方向旋转预定角度,以使得所述锁扣翼和所述锁扣槽相互锁扣;所述卡设构件还用于沿所述第一方向或所述第一方向的反方向旋转预定角度,以使得所述锁扣翼和所述锁扣槽解除锁扣。
在上述操作箱中,所述第一卡设部为第二弹簧扣/第二弹簧扣凹槽,所述第二卡设部为所述第二弹簧扣凹槽/所述第二弹簧扣,所述封盖板和所述第二密封构件用于通过所述第二弹簧扣和所述第二弹簧扣凹槽相扣合,以密封所述操作窗口;所述封盖板上的所述第二弹簧扣/所述第二弹簧扣凹槽以及所述第二密封构件上的所述第二弹簧扣凹槽/所述第二弹簧扣还用于解除扣合,以使得所述封盖板和所述第二密封构件相脱离,从而解除对所述操作窗口的密封。
在上述操作箱中,所述主盖板或所述第二密封构件上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽用于容纳并固定所述密封件。
在上述操作箱中,所述封盖板还包括握持构件,所述握持构件设置于所述分盖板上。
在上述操作箱中,所述封盖板还包括连接构件,所述连接构件用于连接所述主盖板和所述卡设构件。
一种上述操作箱的手套更换方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:利用所述封盖板和所述第二密封构件共同密封所述操作窗口;将所述第一密封构件从所述侧壁的外表面上解除固定,以使所述手套从所述侧壁上脱离;将另一手套的手套口边缘部设置于所述侧壁的所述外表面上;将所述第一密封构件固定于所述侧壁的所述外表面上,以将所述另一手套的手套口边缘部和所述侧壁密封;解除所述封盖板和所述第二密封构件对所述操作窗口的密封。
在上述操作箱的手套更换方法中,所述利用所述封盖板和所述第二密封构件共同密封所述操作窗口的步骤包括:通过所述手套主体将所述封盖板移动至所述操作窗口处,其中,所述封盖板位于所述腔室内;将所述封盖板封盖所述第二密封构件,其中,所述封盖板的所述卡设构件朝向所述操作窗口;将所述卡设构件的第一卡设部和所述第二密封构件的第二卡设部相卡设,使得所述主盖板和所述第二密封构件共同挤压所述密封件,以密封所述腔室。
在上述操作箱的手套更换方法中,在所述将所述卡设构件的第一卡设部和所述第二密封构件的第二卡设部相卡设的步骤之后,以及在所述将所述第一密封构件从所述侧壁的外表面上解除固定的步骤之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:将所述手套主体从所述操作窗口中取出。
在上述操作箱的手套更换方法中,所述解除所述封盖板和所述第二密封构件对所述操作窗口的密封的步骤包括:通过所述另一手套的手套主体将所述卡设构件的第一卡设部和所述第二密封构件的第二卡设部解除卡设;通过所述另一手套的手套主体将所述封盖板放置在所述腔室内。
在上述操作箱的手套更换方法中,在所述将所述第一密封构件固定于所述侧壁的所述外表面上的步骤之后,以及在所述通过所述另一手套的手套主体将所述卡设构件的第一卡设部和所述第二密封构件的第二卡设部解除卡设的步骤之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:将所述另一手套的手套主体移动到所述操作窗口中。
有益效果
相对现有技术,本发明可以使得在更换所述手套的过程中所述操作箱的腔室保持处于密封状态,从而保护所述腔室内的气体(例如,氮气(N2))环境不被破环,节省成本和节省工序耗时。

本实施例的操作箱包括箱体101、手套102、第一密封构件103、所述第二密封构件104以及所述封盖板105。
所述箱体101具有腔室1011,所述箱体101的侧壁上设置有至少一操作窗口1012,例如,所述箱体101的所述侧壁上设置有两个所述操作窗口1012。
所述手套102包括手套主体1021和手套口边缘部1022。所述手套102用于提供给用户(操作员)在所述腔室1011内进行作业,所述手套102还用于密封所述操作窗口1012,具体地,所述手套102内部具有一个半封闭空间,所述半封闭空间的开口位于所述手套102的手套口处,所述手套102的所述手套口与所述操作窗口1012的位置对应,即,所述操作窗口1012设置于所述手套口所对应的范围内,所述半封闭空间包覆所述操作窗口1012。
所述第一密封构件103设置于所述操作窗口1012处,并位于所述箱体101的所述侧壁的外表面。所述第一密封构件103包围所述操作窗口1012,具体地,所述第一密封构件103具有第一通孔1031,所述第一通孔1031在所述第一密封构件103上的位置与所述操作窗口1012对应。所述手套102的手套口边缘部1022设置于所述第一密封构件103与所述侧壁之间,所述第一密封构件103用于将所述手套口边缘部1022和所述侧壁密封。具体地,所述第一密封构件103用于将所述手套口边缘部1022紧压在所述侧壁上,以使所述手套102的所述手套主体1021密封所述操作窗口1012。所述第一密封构件103还用于解除对所述手套口边缘部1022与所述侧壁的密封。具体地,所述第一密封构件103还用于在从所述侧壁上脱离后,解除对所述手套口边缘部1022与所述侧壁的密封。
所述第二密封构件104设置于所述操作窗口1012处,并位于所述箱体101的所述侧壁的内表面。所述第二密封构件104包围所述操作窗口1012,具体地,所述第二密封构件104具有第二通孔1041,所述第二通孔1041在所述第二密封构件104上的位置与所述操作窗口1012对应。所述第二密封构件104具有第一表面1042和第二表面,所述第一表面1042用于紧贴所述侧壁的所述内表面,所述第二表面用于与所述封盖板105/密封件1054相接触。
所述封盖板105设置于所述腔室1011内,所述封盖板105用于封盖所述第二通孔1041,特别地,所述封盖板105用于在需要更换所述手套102时封盖所述第二通孔1041,并用于在所述手套102更换完毕时解除对所述第二通孔1041的封盖。所述封盖板105和所述第二密封构件104用于共同密封所述操作窗口1012。在需要更换所述手套102前,或者所述手套102更换完毕之后,所述封盖板105可以悬挂于所述腔室1011内,也可以放置于所述腔室1011的底部或者其它地方,还可以通过活动连接构件与所述腔室1011的内壁连接,所述活动连接构件可以是机械臂、绞链等。
在本实施例中,所述操作箱还包括固定构件106。所述固定构件106用于将所述第一密封构件103固定在所述侧壁的外表面上,以及用于将所述第一密封构件103从所述侧壁的外表面上解除固定。具体地,所述固定构件106可以是螺钉,所述螺钉用于通过旋紧的方式将所述第一密封构件103固定于所述侧壁的所述外表面上,以及用于通过旋松的方式解除所述第一密封构件103相对于所述侧壁的固定;所述固定构件106还可以是第一弹簧扣,所述第一弹簧扣的一端固定于所述侧壁的所述外表面上,所述第一弹簧扣的另一端具有第一扣齿,所述第一弹簧扣用于通过所述扣齿扣住所述第一密封构件103,以使所述第一密封构件103固定于所述侧壁的所述外表面上,所述第一弹簧扣还用于通过所述扣齿解除与所述第一密封构件103之间的扣合状态,以解除所述第一密封构件103相对于所述侧壁的固定。
在本实施例中,所述封盖板105包括主盖板1051以及卡设构件1052。所述卡设构件1052设置于所述主盖板1051上,所述卡设构件1052用于与所述第二密封构件104相互卡设,以使所述主盖板1051和所述密封构件紧密接触。所述主盖板1051用于与所述第二密封构件104相接触,并用于盖合所述第二密封构件104的所述第二通孔1041。
在本实施例中,所述封盖板105还包括连接构件1053。所述连接构件1053用于连接所述主盖板1051和所述卡设构件1052。所述连接构件1053为弹簧或连接杆。
在本实施例中,所述主盖板1051或所述第二密封构件104上设置有所述密封件1054,即,在所述主盖板1051和所述第二密封构件104处于接触状态(所述主盖板1051处于盖合所述第二密封构件104的状态)时,所述密封件1054位于所述主盖板1051和所述第二密封构件104之间。所述密封件1054设置为环状,具体地,所述密封件1054为密封圈,所述密封圈包括橡胶条。

所述卡设构件1052为分盖板,所述第一卡设部为锁扣翼10521,所述第二卡设部为锁扣槽1043,所述锁扣翼10521用于嵌入到所述锁扣槽1043内,其中,所述第二密封构件104的所述第二表面上设置有与所述锁扣翼10521相适应的嵌入口,所述嵌入口贯穿至所述锁扣槽1043,即,所述嵌入口与所述锁扣槽1043相连,所述锁扣翼10521用于通过所述嵌入口嵌入到所述锁扣槽1043内。所述锁扣槽1043用于容纳所述锁扣翼10521,所述卡设构件1052(所述分盖板/所述锁扣翼10521)用于在嵌入到所述锁扣槽1043内后沿第一方向501或所述第一方向501的反方向旋转预定角度,如图5所示,以使得所述锁扣翼10521和所述锁扣槽1043相互锁扣,即,所述封盖板105(所述卡设构件1052)和所述第二密封构件104用于通过所述锁扣翼10521和所述锁扣槽1043相扣合,从而密封所述操作窗口1012。此外,作为一种可替代的方案,所述第一卡设部为第二弹簧扣,所述第二卡设部为第二弹簧扣凹槽,或者所述第一卡设部为所述第二弹簧扣凹槽,所述第二卡设部为所述第二弹簧扣,所述封盖板105和所述第二密封构件104用于通过所述第二弹簧扣和所述第二弹簧扣凹槽相扣合,从而密封所述操作窗口1012。
所述卡设构件1052(所述分盖板/所述锁扣翼10521)还用于沿所述第一方向501或所述第一方向501的反方向旋转预定角度,以使得所述锁扣翼10521和所述锁扣槽1043解除锁扣,即,所述封盖板105(所述卡设构件1052)和所述第二密封构件104用于通过所述锁扣翼10521和所述锁扣槽1043解除扣合,从而解除对所述操作窗口1012的密封。
所述封盖板105(所述卡设构件1052)上的所述第二弹簧扣/所述第二弹簧扣凹槽以及所述第二密封构件104上的所述第二弹簧扣凹槽/所述第二弹簧扣还用于解除扣合,以使得所述封盖板105和所述第二密封构件104相脱离,从而解除对所述操作窗口1012的密封。
在本实施例中,所述主盖板1051或所述第二密封构件104上设置有凹槽10511,所述凹槽10511用于容纳并固定所述密封件1054(密封圈)。
在本实施例中,所述封盖板105还包括握持构件10522。所述握持构件10522设置于所述卡设构件1052上,具体地,所述握持构件10522设置于所述分盖板上。所述握持构件10522可以为手柄、把手等。
通过上述技术方案,可以使得在更换所述手套102的过程中所述腔室1011处于保持密封状态,从而保护所述腔室1011内的气体(例如,氮气(N2))环境不被破环,节省成本和节省工序耗时(在所述腔室1011开腔后,要将所述腔室1011内的气体环境恢复至适合生产的状态,需要非常高昂的费用,以及需要耗时6小时以上,甚至8小时以上)。
参考图6,图6为本发明的操作箱的手套更换方法的第一实施例的流程图。本实施例的操作箱的手套更换方法以本发明的操作箱作为实施的基础。本实施例的操作箱的手套更换方法包括以下步骤:
步骤601,利用所述封盖板105和所述第二密封构件104共同密封所述操作窗口1012。
步骤602,将所述第一密封构件103从所述侧壁的外表面上解除固定,以使所述手套102从所述侧壁上脱离。具体地,通过所述固定构件106解除所述第一密封构件103与所述侧壁之间的固定,例如,通过旋松的方式使得所述螺钉脱离所述侧壁,以解除所述第一密封构件103与所述侧壁之间的固定,或者,解除所述第一弹簧扣与所述第一弹簧扣凹槽之间的扣合状态,以使解除所述第一密封构件103与所述侧壁的固定。
步骤603,将另一手套的手套口边缘部设置于所述侧壁的所述外表面上。
步骤604,将所述第一密封构件103固定于所述侧壁的所述外表面上,以将所述另一手套的手套口边缘部和所述侧壁密封。具体地,通过所述固定构件106将所述第一密封构件103与所述侧壁固定在一起,例如,通过旋紧的方式使得所述螺钉固定于所述侧壁上,以使得所述第一密封构件103与所述侧壁相固定,或者,将所述第一弹簧扣和所述第一弹簧扣凹槽相扣合,以使所述第一密封构件103与所述侧壁相固定。
步骤605,解除所述封盖板105和所述第二密封构件104对所述操作窗口1012的密封。
本发明的操作箱的手套更换方法的第二实施例与上述第一实施例相似,不同之处在于:
所述利用所述封盖板105和所述第二密封构件104共同密封所述操作窗口1012的步骤(即,所述步骤601)包括:
步骤701,通过所述手套主体1021将所述封盖板105移动至所述操作窗口1012处,其中,所述封盖板105位于所述腔室1011内。具体地,通过所述手套主体1021握持所述握持构件10522,通过所述握持构件10522拉动所述封盖板105,使之移动至所述操作窗口1012处。
步骤702,将所述封盖板105封盖所述第二密封构件104,其中,所述封盖板105的所述卡设构件1052朝向所述操作窗口1012。具体地,通过所述手套主体1021握持所述握持构件10522,通过所述握持构件10522拉动所述卡设构件1052,从而拉动所述封盖板105的所述主盖板1051朝所述操作窗口1012移动,以封盖所述第二通孔1041。
步骤703,将所述卡设构件1052的第一卡设部和所述第二密封构件104的第二卡设部相卡设,使得所述主盖板1051和所述第二密封构件104共同挤压所述密封件1054,以密封所述腔室1011。具体地,通过所述手套主体1021将所述卡设构件1052的第一卡设部和所述第二密封构件104的第二卡设部相互卡设,使得所述主盖板1051和所述第二密封构件104共同挤压所述密封件1054,进而与所述第二密封构件104共同密封所述操作窗口1012(所述腔室1011)。其中,所述将所述卡设构件1052的第一卡设部和所述第二密封构件104的第二卡设部相互卡设的步骤包括:
将所述卡设构件1052中的锁扣翼10521通过所述第二密封构件104的所述第二表面上的嵌入口嵌入到所述第二密封构件104的所述锁扣槽1043内,将所述卡设构件1052(所述分盖板)沿所述第一方向501或所述第一方向501的反方向旋转预定角度,如图5所示,以使得所述锁扣翼10521和所述锁扣槽1043相互锁扣。或者
通过所述封盖板105(所述卡设构件1052)上的所述第二弹簧扣/所述第二弹簧扣凹槽以及所述第二密封构件104上的所述第二弹簧扣凹槽/所述第二弹簧扣将所述封盖板105和所述第二密封构件104相扣合。
步骤704,将所述手套主体1021从所述操作窗口1012中取出。
进一步地,在本实施例中,在所述步骤701之后以及在所述步骤702之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
将所述封盖板105与所述第二密封构件104对准。具体地,将所述封盖板105上的所述卡设构件1052的第一卡设部与所述第二密封构件104的第二卡设部对准。
本发明的操作箱的手套更换方法的第三实施例与上述第一实施例或第二实施例相似,不同之处在于:

步骤803,通过所述另一手套的手套主体将所述封盖板105放置在所述腔室1011内。
通过上述技术方案,可以使得在更换所述手套102的过程中所述腔室1011保持处于密封状态,从而保护所述腔室1011内的气体(例如,氮气(N2))环境不被破环,节省成本和节省工序耗时(在所述腔室1011开腔后,要将所述腔室1011内的气体环境恢复至适合生产的状态,需要非常高昂的费用,以及需要耗时6小时以上,甚至8小时以上)。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种操作箱,其中
    所述操作箱包括:
    一箱体,所述箱体具有腔室,所述箱体的侧壁上设置有至少一操作窗口;
    至少一手套,所述手套包括手套主体和手套口边缘部;
    至少一第一密封构件,所述第一密封构件设置于所述操作窗口处,并位于所述箱体的所述侧壁的外表面,所述手套的手套口边缘部设置于所述第一密封构件与所述侧壁之间,所述第一密封构件用于将所述手套口边缘部和所述侧壁密封;
    至少一第二密封构件,所述第二密封构件设置于所述操作窗口处,并位于所述箱体的所述侧壁的内表面;以及
    至少一封盖板,所述封盖板设置于所述腔室内,所述封盖板和所述第二密封构件用于共同密封所述操作窗口;
    所述第一密封构件具有第一通孔,所述第一通孔在所述第一密封构件上的位置与所述操作窗口对应;
    所述第二密封构件具有第二通孔,所述第二通孔在所述第二密封构件上的位置与所述操作窗口对应;
    所述封盖板用于封盖所述第二通孔;
    所述操作箱还包括:
    固定构件,所述固定构件用于将所述第一密封构件固定在所述侧壁的外表面上,以及用于将所述第一密封构件从所述侧壁的外表面上解除固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的操作箱,其中
    所述封盖板包括:
    主盖板;以及
    卡设构件,所述卡设构件设置于所述主盖板上,所述卡设构件用于与所述第二密封构件相互卡设,以使所述主盖板和所述密封构件紧密接触。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的操作箱,其中
    所述主盖板或所述第二密封构件上设置有密封件;
    所述卡设构件上设置有第一卡设部,所述第二密封构件上设置有第二卡设部,所述第一卡设部在所述卡设构件上的位置与所述第二卡设部在所述第二密封构件上的位置对应;
    所述第一卡设部和所述第二卡设部用于相互卡设,并用于使得所述主盖板和所述第二密封构件共同挤压所述密封件,以对所述腔室进行密封。
  4. 一种操作箱,其中
    所述操作箱包括:
    一箱体,所述箱体具有腔室,所述箱体的侧壁上设置有至少一操作窗口;
    至少一手套,所述手套包括手套主体和手套口边缘部;
    至少一第一密封构件,所述第一密封构件设置于所述操作窗口处,并位于所述箱体的所述侧壁的外表面,所述手套的手套口边缘部设置于所述第一密封构件与所述侧壁之间,所述第一密封构件用于将所述手套口边缘部和所述侧壁密封;
    至少一第二密封构件,所述第二密封构件设置于所述操作窗口处,并位于所述箱体的所述侧壁的内表面;以及
    至少一封盖板,所述封盖板设置于所述腔室内,所述封盖板和所述第二密封构件用于共同密封所述操作窗口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的操作箱,其中
    所述第一密封构件具有第一通孔,所述第一通孔在所述第一密封构件上的位置与所述操作窗口对应;
    所述第二密封构件具有第二通孔,所述第二通孔在所述第二密封构件上的位置与所述操作窗口对应;
    所述封盖板用于封盖所述第二通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的操作箱,其中
    所述操作箱还包括:
    固定构件,所述固定构件用于将所述第一密封构件固定在所述侧壁的外表面上,以及用于将所述第一密封构件从所述侧壁的外表面上解除固定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的操作箱,其中
    所述固定构件是螺钉,所述螺钉用于通过旋紧的方式将所述第一密封构件固定于所述侧壁的所述外表面上,以及用于通过旋松的方式解除所述第一密封构件相对于所述侧壁的固定。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的操作箱,其中
    所述固定构件是第一弹簧扣,所述第一弹簧扣的一端固定于所述侧壁的所述外表面上,所述第一弹簧扣的另一端具有第一扣齿,所述第一弹簧扣用于通过所述扣齿扣住所述第一密封构件,以使所述第一密封构件固定于所述侧壁的所述外表面上,所述第一弹簧扣还用于通过所述扣齿解除与所述第一密封构件之间的扣合状态,以解除所述第一密封构件相对于所述侧壁的固定。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的操作箱,其中
    所述封盖板包括:
    主盖板;以及
    卡设构件,所述卡设构件设置于所述主盖板上,所述卡设构件用于与所述第二密封构件相互卡设,以使所述主盖板和所述密封构件紧密接触。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的操作箱,其中
    所述主盖板或所述第二密封构件上设置有密封件;
    所述卡设构件上设置有第一卡设部,所述第二密封构件上设置有第二卡设部,所述第一卡设部在所述卡设构件上的位置与所述第二卡设部在所述第二密封构件上的位置对应;
    所述第一卡设部和所述第二卡设部用于相互卡设,并用于使得所述主盖板和所述第二密封构件共同挤压所述密封件,以对所述腔室进行密封。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的操作箱,其中
    所述卡设构件为分盖板,所述第一卡设部为锁扣翼,所述第二卡设部为锁扣槽;
    所述锁扣翼用于嵌入到所述锁扣槽内,其中,所述第二密封构件的所述第二表面上设置有与所述锁扣翼相适应的嵌入口,所述嵌入口贯穿至所述锁扣槽;
    所述锁扣翼用于通过所述嵌入口嵌入到所述锁扣槽内,所述锁扣槽用于容纳所述锁扣翼;
    所述卡设构件用于在嵌入到所述锁扣槽内后沿第一方向或所述第一方向的反方向旋转预定角度,以使得所述锁扣翼和所述锁扣槽相互锁扣;
    所述卡设构件还用于沿所述第一方向或所述第一方向的反方向旋转预定角度,以使得所述锁扣翼和所述锁扣槽解除锁扣。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的操作箱,其中
    所述第一卡设部为第二弹簧扣/第二弹簧扣凹槽,所述第二卡设部为所述第二弹簧扣凹槽/所述第二弹簧扣,所述封盖板和所述第二密封构件用于通过所述第二弹簧扣和所述第二弹簧扣凹槽相扣合,以密封所述操作窗口;
    所述封盖板上的所述第二弹簧扣/所述第二弹簧扣凹槽以及所述第二密封构件上的所述第二弹簧扣凹槽/所述第二弹簧扣还用于解除扣合,以使得所述封盖板和所述第二密封构件相脱离,从而解除对所述操作窗口的密封。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的操作箱,其中
    所述主盖板或所述第二密封构件上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽用于容纳并固定所述密封件。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的操作箱,其中
    所述封盖板还包括握持构件,所述握持构件设置于所述分盖板上。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的操作箱,其中
    所述封盖板还包括连接构件,所述连接构件用于连接所述主盖板和所述卡设构件。
  16. 一种如权利要求4所述的操作箱的手套更换方法,其中
    所述方法包括以下步骤:
    利用所述封盖板和所述第二密封构件共同密封所述操作窗口;
    将所述第一密封构件从所述侧壁的外表面上解除固定,以使所述手套从所述侧壁上脱离;
    将另一手套的手套口边缘部设置于所述侧壁的所述外表面上;
    将所述第一密封构件固定于所述侧壁的所述外表面上,以将所述另一手套的手套口边缘部和所述侧壁密封;
    解除所述封盖板和所述第二密封构件对所述操作窗口的密封。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的操作箱的手套更换方法,其中
    所述利用所述封盖板和所述第二密封构件共同密封所述操作窗口的步骤包括:
    通过所述手套主体将所述封盖板移动至所述操作窗口处,其中,所述封盖板位于所述腔室内;
    将所述封盖板封盖所述第二密封构件,其中,所述封盖板的所述卡设构件朝向所述操作窗口;
    将所述卡设构件的第一卡设部和所述第二密封构件的第二卡设部相卡设,使得所述主盖板和所述第二密封构件共同挤压所述密封件,以密封所述腔室。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的操作箱的手套更换方法,其中
    在所述将所述卡设构件的第一卡设部和所述第二密封构件的第二卡设部相卡设的步骤之后,以及在所述将所述第一密封构件从所述侧壁的外表面上解除固定的步骤之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
    将所述手套主体从所述操作窗口中取出。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的操作箱的手套更换方法,其中
    所述解除所述封盖板和所述第二密封构件对所述操作窗口的密封的步骤包括:
    通过所述另一手套的手套主体将所述卡设构件的第一卡设部和所述第二密封构件的第二卡设部解除卡设;
    通过所述另一手套的手套主体将所述封盖板放置在所述腔室内。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的操作箱的手套更换方法,其中
    在所述将所述第一密封构件固定于所述侧壁的所述外表面上的步骤之后,以及在所述通过所述另一手套的手套主体将所述卡设构件的第一卡设部和所述第二密封构件的第二卡设部解除卡设的步骤之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
    将所述另一手套的手套主体移动到所述操作窗口中。
