一种上报信息的方法、设备及存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及无线通信中的上报技术,尤其涉及一种上报信息的方法、设备及存储介质。
背景技术
在无线通信领域,随着智能用户设备和移动互联网应用的快速发展,人们对数据传输速率、传输的数据量大小和用户体验等的要求越来越高。传统的以基站为数据传递节点中心的蜂窝网络在高数据速率以及邻近服务的支持方面存在明显的局限性,在这种需求背景下,代表未来通信技术发展新方向的设备到设备(Device to Device,D2D)技术应运而生。D2D技术的应用,可以减轻蜂窝网络的负担、减少用户设备的电池功耗、提高数据速率,并改善网络基础设施的鲁棒性,很好地满足上述高数据速率业务和邻近服务的要求。
D2D技术通常包括D2D发现技术和D2D通信技术,D2D发现技术是指用于判断/确定两个或多个D2D用户设备(User Equipment,UE)之间相互邻近或用于判断/确定第一用户设备邻近第二用户设备的技术;通常,D2D UE之间可通过发送或接收发现信号/信息来发现对方;在有蜂窝网络覆盖下,网络可辅助D2D UE进行D2D发现;D2D通信技术是指D2D UE之间部分或全部通信数据可以不通过网络基础设施而直接进行通信的技术。
D2D UE在进行D2D发现或D2D通信之前,都需要首先获取相应的无线资源;D2D发现资源和D2D通信资源都存在两种资源分配方式,其中,第一资源分配方式为基于竞争的资源获取,第二资源分配方式为由基站eNodeB为UE分配专有的资源。
具体的,第一资源分配方式通常由基站或是系统预分配一个D2D资源池,参与D2D发现或D2D通信的D2D UE监听该资源池,并通过竞争的方式获取D2D发送资源;第二资源分配方式由基站根据D2D UE的请求为D2D UE分配合适的D2D资源。
在UE之间进行D2D发现或通信时,通过收集最小化路测(Minimization of Drive Test,MDT)使能的D2D UE获取D2D资源失败信息有助于网络侧对D2D资源进行分析、调整,以提高网络D2D业务体验,或为运营商提供网络中D2D业务的数据模型;但是,现有技术中还没有针对D2D发现或D2D通信过程中利用MDT的机制收集MDT使能的D2D UE获取D2D资源失败信息、并发送至网络侧的解决方案。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例期望提供一种上报信息的方法及、设备及存储介质,使得基站能够根据D2D UE发送的D2D资源获取失败的信息对D2D资源进行处理,进而提高网络侧监控管理D2D业务的能力及D2D业务的用户体验。
本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明实施例提供一种上报信息的方法,包括:UE接收D2D资源获取失败的配置信息;确定获取D2D资源失败时,根据所述D2D资源获取失败的配置信息收集D2D资源获取失败的信息,并发送所述D2D资源获取失败的信息;所述D2D资源获取失败的信息用于基站对D2D资源进行处理。
上述方案中,在第一资源分配方式下收集D2D资源获取失败的信息时,所述D2D资源获取失败的信息包括但不仅限于下述信息之一或者组合:竞争失败原因,竞争失败时刻,D2D UE的注册PLMN或服务PLMN或PLMN列表信息,发现或通信资源类型,周围无线网络环境信息,位置信息,竞争资源所属小区信息或当前驻留小区或服务小区信息,D2D UE所竞争的资 源池信息,D2D UE竞争失败最后一次所测量到的资源池负荷信息,竞争失败时刻信息,通信资源竞争失败时刻UE所属D2D通信组ID,和资源竞争相关信息;其中,资源竞争相关信息包括竞争失败次数,总请求次数,重传次数,D2D UE发起数据包传输到发送成功的时延;
在第二资源分配方式下收集D2D资源获取失败的信息时,所述获取的D2D资源获取失败的信息包括但不仅限于下述信息之一或者组合:D2D UE申请发现或通信资源类型,D2D UE申请资源时间,失败时刻D2D UE的服务PLMN或PLMN列表信息,周围无线网络环境信息,位置信息,申请资源所属小区信息或当前服务小区信息,发现或通信资源申请时申请的资源相关信息,基站返回的申请资源失败原因,失败时D2D UE的相关参数,申请资源的失败次数;
所述第一资源分配方式为基于竞争的D2D资源获取方式;所述第二资源分配方式为D2D UE向基站申请D2D资源,基站为D2D UE分配专有的D2D资源获取方式。

本发明实施例还提供另一种上报信息的方法,包括:基站发送设备到设备D2D资源获取失败的配置信息;所述D2D资源获取失败的配置信息用于具有路测能力的D2D用户设备UE在获取D2D资源失败时,收集D2D资源获取失败的信息;接收D2D资源获取失败的信息。
上述方案中,所述基站发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息前,所述方法还包括:基站接收移动管理实体MME或网络管理系统发送的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息。

本发明实施例所提供的上报信息的方法、设备及存储介质,基站向具有路测能力的D2D UE发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息,D2D UE接收D2D资源获取失败的配置信息后,确定获取D2D资源失败时,根据所述D2D资源获取失败的配置信息向基站发送D2D资源获取失败的信息;基站接收D2D资源获取失败的信息;本发明实施例所述D2D UE为具有路测能力的D2D UE;由此,D2D UE能够收集D2D资源获取失败的信息,并发送至基站;基站能够根据接收的D2D资源获取失败的信息对D2D资源进行处理,提高网络侧监控管理D2D业务的能力,减少人工路测工作,提高D2D业务的用户体验。

本发明实施例中,基站向具有路测能力的D2D UE发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息,D2D UE接收D2D资源获取失败的配置信息后,确定获取D2D资源失败时,根据所述D2D资源获取失败的配置信息向基站发送所收集的D2D资源获取失败的信息;基站接收D2D资源获取失败的信息;本发明实施例所述D2D UE为具有路测能力的D2D UE。
为更好地理解本实施例所述技术方案,下面简单介绍D2D技术和MDT的相关知识;D2D技术可以工作在授权频段或非授权频段,允许多个支持D2D功能的UE,即:D2D UE在有网络基础设施或无网络基础设施的情况下进行直接发现或直接通信。D2D技术的应用模式示意图如图1所示,主要有三种:
1)如图1所示的模式1,UE1和UE2在蜂窝网络的覆盖下进行数据交互,用户面数据不经过网络基础设施;
2)如图1所示的模式2,在弱覆盖区域或无覆盖区域的UE中继传输,允许信号质量较差的UE4通过附近有网络覆盖的UE3与网络进行通信,帮助运营商扩展覆盖范围、提高容量;
3)如图1所示的模式3,在发生地震或紧急情况,蜂窝网络不能正常工作的情况下,允许设备间直接通信,UE5、UE6和UE7之间的控制面和 用户面都不经过网络基础设施而进行一跳或多跳的数据通信。
为了降低运营商利用专用设备进行人工路测的成本和复杂性,第三代伙伴计划(Third Generation Partnership Projects,3GPP)组织在通用陆地无线接入网(Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network,UTRAN)和演进的通用陆地无线接入网(Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network,E-UTRAN)系统的版本10(Release-10)开始引入MDT功能。UTRAN包括基站(Node B)和无线网络控制器(Radio Network Controller,RNC),其对应的核心网(Core Network,CN)包括:宿主用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server,HSS)、移动交换中心服务器(Mobile Switching Centre Server,MSC Server)、服务的GPRS支持节点(Serving GPRS Support Node,SGSN)、通用分组无线业务(GPRS-General Packet Radio Service)等;E-UTRAN包括演进基站(eNB),其对应的核心网CN包括:HSS和移动管理实体(Mobile Management Entity,MME)等。MDT功能利用UE自动收集测量信息通过控制面信令报告给无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN);再通过无线接入网报告给操作维护系统(Operation And Maintenance,OAM)的跟踪收集实体(Trace Collection Entity,TCE)。MDT的应用主要包括:覆盖优化、容量优化、移动性优化、公共信道参数优化等方面。
根据不同的MDT配置方式,现有MDT技术支持基于管理的MDT(Management based MDT)和基于信令的MDT(Signaling based MDT)流程。基于管理的MDT主要针对特定区域范围内的UE;基于信令的MDT主要针对特定UE进行MDT配置;基于信令的MDT通常用国际移动用户标识(International Mobile Subscriber Identity,IMSI)或国际移动站设备标识(International Mobile Station Equipment Identity,IMEI)来指定某个UE,或再加上区域信息以限制UE的选择。
现有技术中MDT支持UE在连接状态和空闲状态进行MDT测量;根据不同的UE上报方式,现有MDT技术支持立即MDT(Immediate MDT)和日志MDT(Logged MDT)两种方式;立即MDT方式指UE在连接状态根据MDT配置信息进行MDT测量并及时将测量信息报告给无线接入网,再通过无线接入网报告给TCE;日志MDT方式指UE在空闲状态根据MDT配置信息进行MDT测量,并存储测量信息,在进入连接状态时将测量信息报告给无线接入网,再通过无线接入网报告给TCE。
UE可同时配有立即MDT配置信息和日志MDT配置信息两套独立的配置信息。两种MDT配置信息都是在UE处于连接状态时由网络侧配置;立即MDT配置信息和日志MDT配置信息均包括:MDT适用范围、UE的标志信息、和MDT测量内容;其中,MDT适用范围可用小区列表或者TA列表来表示;UE的标志信息仅用于通用移动通信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System,UMTS)中基于UE的跟踪;根据立即上报方式和日志上报方式不同,立即MDT配置信息还包括:上报触发事件、上报间隔、和上报数量;日志MDT配置信息还包括:日志记录间隔和日志配置持续时间。
本发明实施例基站侧上报信息的方法的基本处理流程,如图2所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤101,基站发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息;
具体地,基站先接收MME或网络管理系统发送的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息,再确定具有路测能力的D2D UE,最后通过专用消息或广播消息向具有路测能力的D2D UE发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息;
在一实施例中,上报获取设备到设备资源失败信息过程中,D2D UE发生S1切换时,由目标MME或网络管理系统决定是否通过目标基站发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息;
上报获取设备到设备资源失败信息过程中,D2D UE发生X2切换时,从MME或网络管理系统获取到D2D资源获取失败的配置信息的源基站在向目标基站发送切换请求消息时,通过X2接口消息向目标基站传递所述D2D资源获取失败的配置信息;切换完成后,目标基站确定具有路测能力的D2D UE,向具有路测能力的D2D UE空口下发D2D资源获取失败的配置信息;
这里,基站之间传递D2D资源获取失败的配置信息适用于基于信令的立即上报方式的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息在intra-PLMN的X2切换,或满足配置信息的有效的intra-PLMN的X2切换;
其中,所述D2D资源获取失败的配置信息包括:D2D资源获取失败的信息的上报方式、D2D发现和/或D2D通信过程中D2D UE获取D2D资源失败信息的指示;
所述D2D资源获取失败的信息的上报方式包括:立即上报方式和日志上报方式;立即上报方式为D2D UE获取D2D资源失败时,根据立即上报方式的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息即刻将D2D资源获取失败的信息发送至基站;所述日志上报方式为D2D UE获取D2D资源失败时,将发生的D2D UE获取D2D资源失败信息存储并记录,在D2D UE处于连接态时,根据日志上报方式的D2D资源获取失败的配置要求在合适的时候将记录的D2D资源获取失败的信息发送至基站;

在一实施例中,D2D UE处于网络覆盖内,且UE处于连接态时,网络侧配置D2D UE采用立即上报方式,和/或配置D2D UE采用日志上报方式;D2D UE处于网络覆盖内,且D2D UE处于空闲态和/或连接态时,网络侧 配置采用日志上报方式;D2D UE处于网络覆盖外时,网络侧配置D2D UE采用日志上报方式。

具体地,基站先确定具有路测能力的MDT使能的D2D UE,再通过专用消息或广播消息向具有路测能力的D2D UE发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息。
步骤303,D2D UE获取D2D资源失败时,根据所述D2D资源获取失败的配置信息收集D2D资源获取失败的信息;
具体地,UE确定获取D2D资源失败时,根据所述D2D资源获取失败的配置信息收集D2D资源获取失败的信息;

D2D UE发生X2切换时,从MME或网络管理系统获取到D2D资源获取失败的配置信息的源基站在向目标基站发送切换请求消息时,通过X2接口消息向目标基站传递所述D2D资源获取失败的配置信息;在切换完后,目标基站确定具有路测能力的D2D UE,向具有路测能力的D2D UE空口下发D2D资源获取失败的配置信息;
这里,基站之间传递D2D资源获取失败的配置信息适用于基于信令的 立即上报方式的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息在intra-PLMN的X2切换,或满足配置信息的有效的intra-PLMN的X2切换;

本发明实施例中提出的第二发送模块11、第二接收模块12、确定模块13和处理模块14都可以通过位于基站内处理器来实现,当然也可通过具体的逻辑电路实现;本发明实施例中提出的第一接收模块21、获取模块22和第一发送模块23都可以通过位于用户设备内的处理器来实现,当然也可通过具体的逻辑电路实现;在实际应用中,处理器可以为中央处理器(CPU)、微处理器(MPU)、数字信号处理器(DSP)或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。
本发明实施例中,如果以软件功能模块的形式实现上述上报信息的方法,并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。这样,本发明实施例不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

    用户设备UE接收设备到设备D2D资源获取失败的配置信息;
    确定获取D2D资源失败时,根据所述D2D资源获取失败的配置信息收集D2D资源获取失败的信息,并发送所述D2D资源获取失败的信息;所述D2D资源获取失败的信息用于基站对D2D资源进行处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述上报信息的方法,其中,在第一资源分配方式下收集D2D资源获取失败的信息时,所述D2D资源获取失败的信息包括但不仅限于下述信息之一或者组合:竞争失败原因,竞争失败时刻,D2D UE的注册PLMN或服务PLMN或PLMN列表信息,发现或通信资源类型,周围无线网络环境信息,位置信息,竞争资源所属小区信息或当前驻留小区或服务小区信息,D2D UE所竞争的资源池信息,D2D UE竞争失败最后一次所测量到的资源池负荷信息,竞争失败时刻信息,通信资源竞争失败时刻UE所属D2D通信组ID,和资源竞争相关信息;其中,资源竞争相关信息包括竞争失败次数,总请求次数,重传次数,D2D UE发起数据包传输到发送成功的时延;

  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述上报信息的方法,其中,所述发送所述D2D资源获取失败信息,包括:
    UE在获取D2D资源失败时,根据所述D2D资源获取失败的配置信息通过专用消息向基站发送所收集的D2D资源获取失败的信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述上报信息的方法,其中,所述D2D资源获取失败的配置信息,包括:
    D2D资源获取失败信息的上报方式、D2D发现和/或D2D通信过程中D2D UE获取D2D资源失败信息的指示;其中,
    所述D2D资源获取失败的信息的上报方式包括:立即上报方式和日志上报方式。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述上报信息的方法,其中,所述发送所述D2D资源获取失败的信息,包括:
    所述D2D资源获取失败的信息的上报方式配置为立即上报方式时,UE根据D2D资源获取失败的配置信息即刻向基站发送所收集的D2D资源获取失败的信息;或,
    所述D2D资源获取失败的信息的上报方式配置为日志上报方式时,UE存储D2D资源获取失败的信息,在D2D UE处于连接态时和/或根据D2D资源获取失败的配置信息要求向基站发送所收集的D2D资源获取失败的信息。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述上报信息的方法,其中,所述立即上报方式的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息包括:适用范围、上报触发事件、上报间隔和上报数量;和/或,
    所述日志上报方式的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息包括:适用范围、日志记录间隔和日志配置持续时间。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述上报信息的方法,其中,确定获取D2D资源失败前,所述方法还包括:
    UE未接收到D2D资源获取失败的配置信息时,UE收集未获取到的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息,并向基站发送所述未获取到的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息。
  9. 一种上报信息的方法,所述方法包括:
    基站发送设备到设备D2D资源获取失败的配置信息;所述D2D资源获取失败的配置信息用于具有路测能力的D2D用户设备UE在获取D2D资源失败时,收集D2D资源获取失败的信息;
    接收D2D资源获取失败的信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述上报信息的方法,其中,所述基站发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息前,所述方法还包括:基站接收移动管理实体MME或网络管理系统发送的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述上报信息的方法,其中,所述基站发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息前,所述方法还包括:
    基站确定具有路测能力的D2D UE;
    相应的,所述基站发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息,包括:
    基站通过专用消息或广播消息向所确定的具有路测能力的D2D UE发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息。
  12. 根据权利要求9或10所述上报信息的方法,其中,所述基站接收 D2D资源获取失败的信息,包括:
    基站接收D2D UE通过专用消息发送的D2D资源获取失败的信息。
  13. 根据权利要求9或10所述上报信息的方法,其中,所述基站接收D2D资源获取失败的信息后,所述方法还包括:
    基站根据所述获取D2D资源获取失败的信息对D2D资源进行本地处理;或,
    将所述D2D资源获取失败的信息发送给D2D业务管理网元或跟踪收集实体TCE。
  14. 根据权利要求9或10所述上报信息的方法,其中,在UE发生X2切换时,所述基站为源基站,所述方法还包括:
    源基站向目标基站发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息;
    切换完成后,目标基站确定可上报D2D资源获取失败的信息的D2D UE;
    目标基站向所述D2D UE空口下发D2D资源获取失败的配置信息;其中,
    源基站传递D2D资源获取失败的配置消息适用于基于信令的立即上报配置信息在intra-PLMN或者满足配置信息有效的inter-PLMN的X2切换。
  15. 根据权利要求9或10所述上报信息的方法,其中,在UE发生S1切换时,所述基站为源基站,所述方法还包括:
    源基站与目标基站进行切换,切换完成后,由目标MME或网络管理系统决定通过目标基站发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息。
  16. 根据权利要求9或10所述上报信息的方法,其中,所述D2D资源获取失败的配置信息,包括:D2D资源获取失败的信息的上报方式、D2D发现和/或D2D通信过程中D2D UE获取D2D资源失败信息的指示;其中,
    所述D2D资源获取失败的信息的上报方式包括:立即上报方式和日志 上报方式。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述上报信息的方法,其中,所述立即上报方式的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息包括:适用范围、上报触发事件、上报间隔和上报数量;和/或,
    所述日志上报方式的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息包括:适用范围、日志记录间隔和日志配置持续时间。
  18. 根据权利要求9或10所述上报信息的方法,其中,在第一资源分配方式下收集D2D资源获取失败的信息时,所述D2D资源获取失败的信息包括:竞争失败原因、竞争失败时刻,D2D UE的注册PLMN或服务PLMN或PLMN列表信息、发现或通信资源类型、周围无线网络环境信息、位置信息、竞争资源所属小区信息或当前驻留小区或服务小区信息、D2D UE所竞争的资源池信息、D2D UE竞争失败最后一次所测量到的资源池负荷信息、竞争失败时刻信息、通信资源竞争失败时刻UE所属D2D通信组ID、和资源竞争相关信息中的任意一个或多个;
    在第二资源分配方式下收集D2D资源获取失败的信息时,所述D2D资源获取失败的信息包括:D2D UE申请发现或通信资源类型、D2D UE申请资源时间、失败时刻D2D UE的服务PLMN或PLMN列表信息、周围无线网络环境信息、位置信息,申请资源所属小区信息或当前服务小区信息、发现或通信资源申请时申请的资源相关信息、基站返回的申请资源失败原因、失败时D2D UE的相关参数、申请资源的失败次数中的任意一个或多个。
  19. 根据权利要求9或10所述上报信息的方法,其中,在接收D2D资源获取失败的信息前,所述方法还包括:
    基站接收UE发送的未获取到的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息。
  20. 一种用户设备,所述用户设备包括:第一接收模块、获取模块和 第一发送模块;其中,
    所述第一接收模块,配置为接收D2D资源获取失败的配置信息;
    所述获取模块,配置为获取D2D资源,在确定D2D资源获取失败时,收集D2D资源获取失败的信息,并触发第一发送模块;
    所述第一发送模块,配置为发送D2D资源获取失败的信息;所述D2D资源获取失败的信息用于基站对D2D资源进行处理。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述用户设备,其中,所述第一接收模块,配置为接收基站通过专用消息或广播消息发送的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述用户设备,其中,所述第一发送模块,配置为通过专用消息向基站发送D2D资源获取失败的信息。
  23. 根据权利要求20所述用户设备,其中,所述第一发送模块,配置为根据D2D资源获取失败的配置信息即刻向基站发送D2D资源获取失败的信息;或,
    存储收集的D2D资源获取失败的信息,在D2D UE处于连接态时,根据D2D资源获取失败的配置信息向基站发送D2D资源获取失败的信息。
  24. 根据权利要求20所述用户设备,其特征在于,所述第一发送模块,在第一接收模块未接收到D2D资源获取失败的配置信息时,还配置为收集未获取到的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息,并向基站发送所述未获取到的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息。
  25. 一种基站,所述基站包括:第二发送模块和第二接收模块;其中,
    所述第二发送模块,配置为发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息;所述D2D资源获取失败的配置信息用于具有路测能力的D2D UE在获取D2D资源失败时,收集D2D资源获取失败的信息;
    所述第二接收模块,配置为接收D2D资源获取失败的信息。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述基站,其中,所述第二接收模块,还配置为在发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息前,接收MME或网络管理系统发送的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息。
  27. 根据权利要求25或26所述基站,其中,所述基站还包括:确定模块,配置为确定具有路测能力的D2D UE;
    相应的,所述第二发送模块,配置为通过专用消息或广播消息向具有路测能力的D2D UE发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息。
  28. 根据权利要求25或26所述基站,其中,所述第二接收模块,配置为接收D2D UE通过专用消息发送的D2D资源获取失败的信息。
  29. 根据权利要求25或26所述基站,其中,所述基站还包括:处理模块,配置为根据所述D2D资源获取失败的信息对D2D资源进行本地处理;或,
    将所述获取的D2D资源获取失败信息发送给D2D业务管理网元或TCE。
  30. 根据权利要求25或26所述基站,其中,在UE发生X2切换时,所述第二发送模块,还配置为向目标基站发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息;
    所述确定模块,在切换完成后,还配置为确定可上报D2D资源获取失败的信息的D2D UE;
    相应的,所述第二发送模块,还配置为向所述D2D UE空口下发D2D资源获取失败的配置信息。
  31. 根据权利要求25所述基站,其中,在UE发生S1切换时,所述基站为源基站,所述处理模块,还配置为与目标基站进行切换,切换完成后,由目标MME或网络管理系统决定通过目标基站发送D2D资源获取失败的配置信息。
  32. 根据权利要求25所述基站,所述第二接收模块,还配置为在接收D2D资源获取失败的信息前,接收UE发送的未获取到的D2D资源获取失败的配置信息。
  33. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至8任一项所述的上报信息的方法。
  34. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求9至19任一项所述的上报信息的方法。
