Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Reinigung eines Partikelfilters nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 und ein Verfahren zur Reinigung eines Partikelfilters nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 7. The invention relates to a device for cleaning a particulate filter according to the preamble of claim 1 and to a method for purifying a particulate filter according to the preamble of claim 7.
Bekannt ist es, den Partikelfilter bei einer Verunreinigung zu tauschen und aufwendig in einer Spezialeinrichtung durch Verbrennen oder einer großen Menge Reinigungsflüssigkeit zu reinigen, was häufig ein nicht zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis liefert. It is known to replace the particulate filter in an impurity and consuming to clean in a special facility by burning or a large amount of cleaning fluid, which often provides an unsatisfactory result.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Vorrichtung zum Reinigen eines Par- tikelfiiters bereitzustellen, die einen sicheren, wartungsarmen Betrieb mit einem hohen Wirkungsgrad ermöglicht. The object of the present invention is to provide a device for cleaning a particle fiche, which enables safe, low-maintenance operation with high efficiency.
The object is achieved by a device for cleaning a particle filter of internal combustion engines, with a means for storing liquid detergent under pressure, with a pressure reducer to a pressure of about 2 bar, with a means for transporting the detergent to an opening of an interior of the particulate filter, with a means for producing a foam-like consistency of the cleaning agent, in particular by transition and / or expansion in an area with increased volume, after the entry of the cleaning agent in the opening of the interior of the particulate filter.
By means of the device according to the invention, the particulate filter cleaning agent, which is liquid in the reservoir for storage and then expands in the interior of the particulate filter into a foam, is almost completely filled and thus completely wetted with a small amount of cleaning agent and thus cleaned in all areas. The generation of the foam can be done simply by the physical expansion of an overpressure area in the means for transport in a larger area with lower pressure in the interior of the particulate filter in a simple manner. The means of transport extends only to the interior and is therefore not polluted or may not break off in the interior and thus endanger the function of the particle filter. The pressure to be used is relatively low and secured by the pressure reducer, so that no danger can arise during operation.
Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn das Mittel zur Bevorratung einen Druckbecher mit einer Druckbecherpistole umfasst. It is advantageous if the means for storing comprises a pressure cup with a pressure cup gun.
Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn das Mittel zum Transport einen Anschlussschlauch mit einem Mindestdurchmesser aufweist, der größer als die Öffnung ist, die in den Innenraum des Partikelfilters führen, so dass der Anschlussschlauch nicht in den Innenraum des Partikelfilters zu führen ist. It is advantageous if the means for transport has a connection hose with a minimum diameter which is larger than the opening, which lead into the interior of the particulate filter, so that the connection hose is not to be led into the interior of the particulate filter.
It is advantageous if the means for transport with a quick coupling is to be attached to the pressure cup. It is advantageous if the means for transport comprises a sealed hose for conducting to an input of a differential pressure sensor on the particle filter, in particular the front input of the differential pressure sensor, based on the flow direction of particles through the particle filter. It is advantageous if the cleaning agent, converted into a foam-like consistency, essentially fills the interior of the particle filter.
The object is also achieved by a method for cleaning a particulate filter, in particular using a device according to one of claims 1 to 6, wherein in an opening before the influx of the particle stream into the particle ¬ filter a cleaning agent under a pressure of less than or equal to 2 cash from a co- Tel is supplied for storage by a means of transport to the front of the opening and then expands in the interior of the particulate filter to a foam-like consistency.
Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn das Reinigungsmittel in einen Vordereingang eines Differenzdrucksensors eingefüllt wird. It is advantageous if the cleaning agent is filled in a front input of a differential pressure sensor.
Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Ansprüchen und der nachstehenden Beschreibung, in der Ausführungsbeispiele des Gegenstands der Erfindung in Verbindung mit den Zeichnungen näher erläutert sind. Further features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the claims and the following description in which embodiments of the subject invention in conjunction with the drawings are explained in more detail.
