Abstract

The invention is about with addition of various combination of L-carnitine, chromium (Cr) or as an acceptable pharmaceutical salt, zinc (Zn) or as an acceptable pharmaceutical salt, B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (Pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B12(cobalamin), grape seed or grape seed extract, green tea or green tea extract, ginger root, cinnamon materials to chocolate or solid/liquid compositions.

Description

FUNCTIONAL CHOCOLATE HELPING WEIGHT LOSS
TECHNICAL FIELD:
The invention is about new functional chocolate and the solid / liquid compositions concerns containing food supplements which are attenuator, health protective and metabolism accelerator. The invention involves some vitamins and minerals
compramising in energy metabolism, nutritional supplements and herbal products accelerating metabolism which are added chocolate and solid / liquid food.
STATE OF THE TECHNIC:
Chocolate is very nutritious and beneficial food with cocoa found in it. It contains mainly antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Although chocolate is very useful as a nutrition, it is becoming detrimental to human health with very high calories. Besides of the calories in chocolate is high, the high caloric content of the majority (50-60%) to be coming from carbohydrates, chocolate is being transferred to a detrimental nutrient. Chocolate and chocolate products available on the market with most of high calorie and high carbohydrate content negatively contributes to obesity which is one of the major health problems of our age.

Genus of carbohydrates contained in chocolate and many other sugary prepared foods is sucrose or glucose. Sucrose and glucose are carbohydrates with a high glycemic index. High glycemic index foods rapidly elevate blood sugar. In response to high blood sugar, human body secrete high amounts of insulin from pancreas to reduce blood glucose. insulin hormone does elevated blood glucose returning to normal levels, but also doing so much glucose in blood to be stored as fat in the tissues by stimulates the mechanism. It makes this by stimulating lipoprotein lipase enzyme in the fat tissue. Insulin hormone increases uptake of glucose into fat cells and stores glucose as triglyceride (oil) in adipose tissue. There is no or very little food items that will rule out problems of available chocolate's high glycemic index.
Commercially available low-calorie and carbohydrate diet chocolate are also available. Calorie and sugar reduced chocolate are available however there isn' t a chocolate which has debilitating effect, supports metabolism and added preservative human health.
Instead sugar (sucrose, glucose), chocolates prepared by participating in a variety of sweeteners are especially recommended for diabetic patients. Chocolates which are usually known with the name "diabetic chocolate" are mostly preferred by diabetic patients. Our invention (hereinafter referred to as functional chocolate) will be more worth than whole available chocolate and diet chocolate.
TECHNICAL PROBLEMS WHICH ARE AIMED TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION
There is not available a chocolate in the market which contains metabolism accelerator or weakening helper. Our goal is to make the chocolate known by whole of society adding a new feature and more healthy. We aim to help weakening obese/overweight people and to motivate them by this functional chocolate. We also aim to help protecting healthy and normal weight people' s weight and health. This functional chocolate in other words will be a "ideal" chocolate. We obtain a new chocolate enriched with food suplements which will rule out high sugar and high calories found in present chocolates. Functional chocolate can be prepared by using existing sweeteners for diabetic people. Functional chocalate' feature comes from other food supplements which we will incorporate into it. Thanks to it's content of food supplements will strengthen skeletal muscles, speed up metabolism, will increase feeling of satiety, increase the formation of energy in the body, had antioxidant effects and in addition to these, there will be many benefits to human health.
Many people who make slimming diet have many problems such as malnutrition, vitamin deficiency, lethargy, hair loss, slowing metabolism speeds, reduction in body resistance. Also, people who are on slimming diet (especially women) have sadness mostly because of being forbidden to eat chocolate. Chocolate is a useful and bliss nutriment, that's why people who are on weight loss diet stop or be unwilling to do their diet when they are forbidden to eat chocolate. We (Dietician Tuncay APAYDIN, Dietician Ramazan KEKIL ) observe the problems above mentioned in the hospitals which we work as dietician. To avoid such problems, there is a need for a chocolate which is weakening and supportive for human health. Thanks to the chocolate we have developed, it can be eaten for normal and weight loss diets.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION: L-carnitine,

Cinnamon (powdered or shell), The invention is about addition of these substances above in a specified proportions to known chocolate produced by conventional technology or orally consumable any solid / liquid composition.
Amounts of the components to be added to the composition will be as indicated in Table 2.

Claims

1. It has orally consumable and a digestible solid composition, it's property to contain 0.05 - 2 g of L-carnitine, 0.0000001 - 0.00005 g chromium (Cr), 0.0001 - 0.05 g of zinc (Zn) and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts.
2. It has composition according to claim 1 and it's property to contain dry cocoa solids, cocoa butter and milk.
3. It has composition according to claim 1 and it's property to contain 0.05 - 6 g cinnamon powder, 0.05 - 4 g of green tea or green tea extract, 0.05 - 5 g of dried ginger root, 0.05 - 10 g of grape seed or grape seed extract
4. It has composition according to claim 3 and it's property to contain dry cocoa solids, cocoa butter and milk.

It has composition according to claim 1 and it's property to contain 0.0001 - 0.003 g Bl (thiamine) vitamin, 0.0001 - 0.003 g B2 (riboflavin) vitamin, 0.003 - 0.02 g B3 (niacin), vitamin, 0.0001 - 0.01 g B5 (pantothenic acid) vitamin, 0.0001 - 0.003 g B6 (pyridoxine), 0.0000001 - 0.000006 g B12 (cobalamin) vitamin.

It has composition according to claim 3 and it's property to contain 0.0001 - 0.003 g Bl (thiamine) vitamin, 0.0001 - 0.003 g B2 (riboflavin) vitamin, 0.003 - 0.02 g B3 (niacin), vitamin, 0.0001 - 0.01 g B5 (pantothenic acid) vitamin, 0.0001 - 0.003 g B6 (pyridoxine), 0.0000001 - 0.000006 g B12 (cobalamin) vitamin.
7. It has orally consumable and a digestible solid composition, it's property to contain 0.05 - 6 g cinnamon powder, 0.05 - 4 g green tea or green tea extract, 0.05 - 5 g dried ginger root, 0.05 - 10 g grape seed or grape seed extract

It has composition according to claim 7 and it's property to contain 0.0001 - 0.003 g Bl (thiamine) vitamin, 0.0001 - 0.003 g B2 (riboflavin) vitamin, 0.003 - 0.02 g B3 (niacin), vitamin, 0.0001 - 0.01 g B5 (pantothenic acid) vitamin, 0.0001 - 0.003 g B6 (pyridoxine), 0.0000001 - 0.000006 g B12 (cobalamin) vitamin.
9. It has composition according to claim 8 and it's property to contain dry cocoa solids, cocoa butter and milk.

It is an orally consumable liquid composition which' property to contain 0.05 - 2 grams of L-carnitine, 0.0000001 - 0.00005 grams of chromium (Cr), 0.0001 - 0.05 gram of zinc (Zn) and the (Cr, Zn) pharmaceutically acceptable salts. To obtain this liquid composition, 1-100 grams of dried ginger root, 1 to 100 grams of green tea, cinnamon powder or cinnamon bark plants are waited in a 25 ° C - 100 ° C 100 ml - 1 liter water for 5 minutes - 12 hours.

It has composition according to claim 10 and it's property to contain 0.0001 - 0.003 g Bl (thiamine) vitamin, 0.0001 - 0.003 g B2 (riboflavin) vitamin, 0.003 - 0.02 g B3 (niacin), vitamin, 0.0001 - 0.01 g B5 (pantothenic acid) vitamin, 0.0001 - 0.003 g B6 (pyridoxine), 0.0000001 - 0.000006 g B12 (cobalamin) vitamin.
