电子烟雾化器依次在上料机构 2 、 取料机构3、 注油机构 4 、装封油圈机构 5 、装端盖机构 6 、电阻检测机构 7 、第一转料机构 8 、贴标机构 9 、第二转料机构 10 和压硅胶套机构 11 之间循环流动以实现加工。

进一步地,该取料机构3包括设置在该机架1上的安装座,该安装座上设置有摆动气缸,该摆动气缸的活动端连接有气爪,在该气爪上设有用于夹起或放下电子烟雾化器的一对夹持臂。摆动气缸在取料工位和注油工位之间来回旋转摆动,其旋转的角度优选地为90°。
更进一步地,该机架1上还设置有与该取料机构3相配合的一推料机构,该推料机构包括一用于判断电子烟雾化器的正反的传感器和一用于推动电子烟雾化器的推料气缸。该推料机构也设置在取料工位上,因输送到取料工位处的电子烟雾化器的正反是随机的,则在将电子烟雾化器移动到注油工位处的注油机构4上时,需先确定好电子烟雾化器的正反,从而保证后续的操作的准确性和连贯性。
该注油机构4设置在该注油工位上,其主要的作用在于向电子烟雾化器内注油。该注油机构4包括注油转盘41和设置在该注油转盘41的边缘上的若干个注油针筒42,该若干个注油针筒42沿该注油转盘41的圆周方向均匀分布。采用针筒滴入的方式注油,其好处在于方便吸油棉对烟油的吸收,从而有效的防止电子烟雾化器注油过程中出现漏油的情况。且注油后的电子烟雾化器通过该注油机构4转接至装配工位处以完成进一步地组装及加工。
该装配工位上设置有装配转盘12和设置在该装配转盘12的边缘上的若干个定位座121,该定位座121的主要作用在于固定电子烟雾化器以实现准确的装配。该若干个定位座121沿该注油转盘41的圆周方向均匀分布,注油转盘41一般地与步进电机相配合,即注油转盘41的转动角度是一定的,从而通过该定位座121的合理分布,可以实现电子烟雾化器的精确移动,提高该电子烟雾化器的装配精度和装配效率。
该装封油圈机构5、该装端盖机构6和该电阻检测机构7均设置在该装配转盘12的一侧,放置在该定位座121内的电子烟雾化器随着该装配转盘12的转动依次经过该装封油圈机构5、该装端盖机构6和该电阻检测机构7。
该装封油圈机构5设置在该装配工位上,其主要的作用在于将封油圈装入电子烟雾化器内。该装封油圈机构5包括封油圈振动盘51、封油圈提取导轨52和封油圈压装机构53,该封油圈振动盘51通过该封油圈提取导轨52与该封油圈压装机构53连接。封油圈振动盘51中的封油圈通过该封油圈提取导轨52上料到封油圈压装机构53内,再通过该封油圈压装机构53将封油圈压入电子烟雾化器内。
该装端盖机构6设置在该装配工位上,其主要的作用在于将端盖装入电子烟雾化器内。该装端盖机构6包括端盖振动盘61、端盖提取导轨62和端盖压装机构63;该端盖振动盘61通过该端盖提取导轨62与该端盖压装机构63连接。端盖振动盘61中的端盖通过该端盖提取导轨62上料到端盖压装机构63内,再通过该端盖压装机构63将端盖压入电子烟雾化器内。
该电阻检测机构7设置在该装配工位上,其主要的作用在于检测电子烟雾化器的电阻值的大小,从而有效地控制电子烟雾化器的装配过程中的品质,由于该电阻检测机构7设置在装封油圈机构5和装端盖机构6的后部,该电阻检测机构7是在该电子烟雾化器未全部组装时对该电子烟雾化器的电阻值进行检测,从而可以及时地检测出组装过程中的残次品,使得检测出的残次品能够得到及时的回收利用,保证了产品的品质,降低了残次品的浪费。
在该装配工位和该贴标工位之间还设置有第一转料机构8,该第一转料机构8的主要的作用在于将电子烟雾化器由立式旋转至卧式,并从该装配工位转接至该贴标工位。在装配工位处加工后的电子烟雾化器是立式的,但贴标的操作需要在电子烟雾化器的侧壁上进行操作,则需要将电子烟雾化器由立式旋转成卧式,可以理解地,能将该电子烟雾化器有立式旋转成卧式的方式有很多种,例如常见的旋转机械手或旋转夹具等。但只要能将电子烟雾化器由立式转变成卧式的第一转料机构8的结构均在本发明的保护范围内。
该贴标机构9设置在该贴标工位上,其主要的作用在于对电子烟雾化器贴标。该贴标机构9包括贴标滚筒链91、贴标机92、激光打标机93、驱动电机以及用于防止电子烟雾化器偏离的定位机构,该贴标机92和该激光打标机93设置在该贴标滚筒链91的上方。该贴标机92的主要作用在于在电子烟雾化器的侧面贴上纸质标签,该激光打标机93的主要作用在在电子烟雾化器的侧面刻上商标等标识。该贴标机92和该激光打标机93的先后顺序是可以颠倒的,但本发明中优选地使得电子烟雾化器先经过贴标机92,再经过激光打标机93。
进一步地,该贴标滚筒链91与该驱动电机驱动连接,该定位机构设置在贴标滚筒链91的始端。该定位机构的主要作用在于使得电子烟雾化器在进行贴标操作时是正对贴标机92, 从而可以保证贴标机92进行贴标时尽量不会出现贴偏的情况,使得电子烟雾化器进行贴标时能自动纠偏,减少因贴标出现偏差而产生而产生的残次品,进一步保证了电子烟雾化器的良品率。
该贴标工位和该压硅胶套工位之间还设置有第二转料机构10,该第二转料机构10的主要作用在于将电子烟雾化器从该贴标工位提取至该压硅胶套工位。该第二转料机构10可以采用常见的提取机构, 例如摆动气缸与气爪、旋转机械手等。但只要能讲电子烟雾化器从贴标工位提取至压硅胶套工位的第二转料机构10的结构均在本发明的保护范围内。
该压硅胶套机构11设置在该压硅胶套工位上,其主要的作用在于将硅胶套装入电子烟雾化器内,并对电子烟雾化器进行下料。该压硅胶套工位上还设置有装配滚轮。该装配滚轮的轴向与电子烟雾化器的轴向相平行,即该电子烟雾化器是卧式的,该装配滚轮也是卧式的,该装配滚轮的边缘上均匀分布有若干个装配槽,该装配槽的主要作用在于固定电子烟雾化器以进行压硅胶套的操作。 一般地,电子烟雾化器的两端均设置有硅胶套,则压硅胶套机构11的数量为两个,且分别设置在该装配滚轮的两侧。可以理解地,若生产的电子烟雾化器只有一段设置有硅胶套,则该压硅胶套机构11只有一个。但本发明中优选地在装配滚轮的两侧分别设置有一个压硅胶套机构11。
进一步地,该压硅胶套机构11包括硅胶套振动盘111、硅胶套提取导轨112和硅胶套压装机构113;该硅胶套振动盘111通过该硅胶套提取导轨112与该硅胶套压装机构113连接。硅胶套振动盘111内的硅胶套通过该硅胶套提取轨道上料到硅胶套压装机构113内, 再通过该硅胶套压装机构113将硅胶套压入电子烟雾化器的两端。且两端压入硅胶套后的电子烟雾化器通过该压硅胶套机构11进行下料。
综上,使用该电子烟雾化器注油贴标设备能实现电子烟雾化器的机械化生产,且生产过程中基本上都是自动化操作,不需要消耗大量的人力,从而降低了电子烟行业工人们的劳动强度。 并且,该电子烟雾化器注油贴标设备的装配精度高,检测质量好,改善了电子烟雾化器的产品品质,提高了电子烟雾化器的生产效率,降低了电子烟雾化器的生产成本。

  8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟雾化器注油贴标设备,其特征在于,所述贴标机构(9)包括贴标滚筒链(91)、贴标机(92)、激光打标机(93)、驱动电机以及用于防止电子烟雾化器偏离的定位机构;所述贴标机(92)和所述激光打标机(93)设置在所述贴标滚筒链(91)的上方;所述贴标滚筒链(91)与所述驱动电机驱动连接,所述定位机构设置在贴标滚筒链(91)的始端。
  9. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟雾化器注油贴标设备,其特征在于,所述压硅胶套工位上还设置有装配滚轮,所述装配滚轮的轴向与电子烟雾化器的轴向相平行;所述装配滚轮的边缘上均匀分布有若干个装配槽。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟雾化器注油贴标设备,其特征在于,所述压硅胶套机构(11)包括硅胶套振动盘(111)、硅胶套提取导轨(112)和硅胶套压装机构(113);所述硅胶套振动盘(111)通过所述硅胶套提取导轨(112)与所述硅胶套压装机构(113)连接;所述压硅胶套机构(11)的数量为两个,且分别设置在所述装配滚轮的两侧。
