Refere-se a presente patente a um novo produto da área de segurança e entretenimento para crianças dentro de automóveis. O objetivo é de prevenir e evitar o esquecimento das mesmas dentro de veículos automotores estacionados e ainda proporcionar entretenimento dos mesmos evitando desvios de atenção dos motoristas para as crianças. O estado da arte atual trata somente da segurança cinética, ou seja, procura evitar danos físicos ao ocupante provocados por rápidas acelerações ou desacelerações atando-os ao corpo do veículo de forma conveniente e normatizada pelo INMETRO. Nenhuma aborda o problema do esquecimento e nem exibe nenhum processo com a finalidade de evitá-lo, o que confere a classificação como novidade no mercado e preenche um dos itens para o pedido de Patente de Invenção, PI. A Central Eletronica Inteligente (A) mencionada acima utiliza componentes de acordo com a técnica desenvolvida para receber, processar, guardar os dados e programas, bem como acionar cada componente do sistema. Estes componentes deverão ser cadastrados na central eletronica da cadeira, no ato da fabricação ou da instalação, para formar um sistema completamente operacional, com códigos próprios, de forma a não interferir e nem aceitar interferência de outros sistemas. A central eletronica na cadeira possui alimentação própria por baterias recarregáveis através de conexão a tomada de energia dos veículos (E) (acendedores para cigarros ou outra fonte viável) e recebe sinais dos sensores bem como envia sinais de comando para os módulos de saída. Possui sensores de presença da criança na cadeira (F) que atuam por infravermelho, por transdutores de pressão ou outra forma que se apresentar mais adequada. Sensor da posição do braço (G), sensor da situação das travas dos cintos de segurança da cadeira (H), saídas e entradas para futuras expansões (I). Como opcional ainda poderá comunicar eventos selecionados via sistema sem fios tipo GPRS ou como conhecido por celular (Chip) pelo módulo de comunicação (D).
